My wife and I wanted to have extensive stonework done on the front porch and wrap-around patio. In addition, we wanted to have lighting added to the front of the house and walkway. We checked almost every landscaping company in the area and All South Lawnscapes was clearly head and shoulders above the rest. Warren, who owns the business, came to the house, listened to what we wanted and then described in detail what he would do, making several suggestions that were amazing. He put together an estimate and sent it to us. There was no pressure and we hired him. The work was AMAZING! The materials were delivered and Warren and his men were right on time. Warrens crew were artisans. They obviously take pride in their work and it shows. Warrens lighting crew was just as amazing. If you need landscaping, lighting, a lawn or any type of stonework done to your house, do yourself a favor and call All South Lawnscape. THEY ARE THE BEST! Oh, one last thing. Warrens office manager is his wife Ashley. She was such a pleasure to deal with.

The lady at the front desk will tell you one thing and then do another, also act like she does not have time to speak with you and hang up before the conversation is over. They do good work, but their representation in the front office is very poor.

All South Landscape has done a couple of projects for me at my home. They do what they say they are going to and do a good job with fair pricing.

We have used AllSouth Lawnscapes on two projects now and they have been fantastic. Alex is our go to guy and he has great communication and truly cares. Our second project was a big one and they showed up when they said they would and worked hard to get it done quickly and also perfectly. The crew guys were great especially Matt. They did excellent with the clean up as well. This companies pricing is very fair unlike some others out there. As a realtor we come across a lot of companies and recommendations but I would 100% recommend any client we have and or family and friends to use AllSouth. Thank you again!

The crew at All South did a great job with our backyard renovation. Warren took our ideas and turned them in to a design my wife, who is a visual learner, could appreciate. They were great about breaking the job into phases so we could manage such a large project across multiple years. Developing a plan is only one part and the execution of the design was equally impressive. Our project included grading, irrigation, a garden with dedicated irrigation, tree/stump removal, sod, flower bed creation and trees. The future plans include hardscapes, water control out front ,and an outdoor kitchen. Well definitely call the team at All-South for those projects and any other large projects in the future. Most importantly, Warren and his crews will make it right. You dont have to tell them to pick up trash or fix things that get broken along the way, they just take care of you.

I used AllSouth to relocate my deceased wifes 300 lb. memorial fountain to my new home. They did this in NEARLY freezing rain. Given frozen fingers the grommet for the power was leaking when I started to set the fountain back up. AllSouth came back and completely solved my problem with the leak. Follow up service was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and just plain fun to talk with as they fixed the leak which required turning over the 300 lb. fountain.

Worst experience from a company that presents itself as a professional company. Warren, project manager, assurance rings hollow. Ensure all your expectations are documented.

All South Lawnscapes went above and beyond with our total backyard redo. We had 25+ trees and a lot of water issues and now we have a serene yard we can play with our kids in! A dream come true! We are so thankful for Warren Elwells thoughtful plan and oversight to make sure the job was done right!

We had All South out months ago to fix a drainage issue. They were on time, professional. They explained project details and drew out where everything would be located. Warren, Alex & Tim worked together to fix our issues while beautifying our lawn. Highly recommend

All South Lawnscapes first worked with us to complete a design for our entire yard which we could use it s any contractor. They gave a fair price to install new landscape islands and then a patio paver area each completed on time. Later they responded quickly to replace some plants. Thanks.

Excellent company! Tim and the All South team do great work and are very professional. Alex did a fantastic job planning our backyard patio and where to place the lighting around the house. Alex demonstrated excellent customer service as we discussed the patio drawing. He listened to all our needs and we could not be happier with the outcome! I highly recommend using All South Lawnscapes for any of your landscaping needs.

We have a steep driveway and needed to build a walkway to provide an easy access to the street. We also needed new sod. Five stars to Matt and the crew for their hard work and diligence. One star to Alex for his poor project planning (not providing a drawing for the project, not confirming the location of the walkway before the start day); ignoring customers needs (planning to start the walkway in the middle of the steep driveway (whats the point?!) and not in the front yard as was clearly communicated, not informing us about his plan); propensity to cut corners (bringing materials that were different, than the ones specified in the estimate, not providing the lawn soil as a part of the quoted soil preparation). We informed him beforehand that our lot had poor soil. I was at the site looking when the crew was ready to lay sod and I had to request the crew to stop. A lot of crew time was wasted while them and us were adjusting. Because of the delays that could be avoided, if the project had been properly planned, the crew was late on the sod installation, which was the last step in the project. As this was near end of day Friday, the crew was in a hurry to complete. The result was a bumpy lawn with big gaps and holes between sod pieces. An expensive Zoysia grass we paid a premium for looks so unprofessionally installed with those big gaps and bumps. Also, in the final invoice the sod price was inflated compared to the estimate. With the current attitude toward project planning and little care to customers needs, that we have experienced, we would not recommend All South Lawnscapes.

On time good designs from good architects

Allsouth Lawnscapes replaced old flagstone with new pavers, and re-landscaped the surrounding area which transformed the patio behind the house. As with any project, challenges came up along the way and I was most impressed with the way these were handled. I would recommend using this company.

We recently had our front view of house (#11060) re-done. We really love the work they did with plants that will give great color throughout the year. Professional, punctual, quality job. I have been planning to re-sod my lawn for a couple of years. I had lots of drainage and erosion issues only getting worse with time. You don t really know how a company performs until you use them, even after lots of great reviews. I contacted several companies. If they didn t show up when they said, I marked them off. First impression, which is essential to me, is showing up when you say you will. Alex came as planned every time. Returned my calls which he probably thought oh no, not her again. I changed my mind a couple of times and he worked with me. He was always professional as well as all staff. He had a professional crew who worked their booties off and provided a beautiful lawn.
