Sadly this company did a horrible and I mean horrible job servicing our lawn. Even when they treat it we get more weeds then we had before. I would NOT recommend this company if you want a nice lawn So sad because there were good at one time

I had been using Turf Unlimited since 2013 for various services. They have an excellent sales department and make presentations that are difficult for the team to live up to but overall they try hard. The last service I was using was for irrigation blowout but the cost has reached a point that the cost of DIY solution gets returned after 2 service calls even with a 6 gallon pancake compressor. I got the idea when someone with a list in hand drove up and offered the service for $50. I looked it up on YouTube and voila for $122 Im in business. Takes 20 minutes and my field is 10,000 square feet with a water feeder line 75 feet to the irrigation box. However, if youre not a DIY type I highly recommend Turf Unlimited.

I have been a customer for several years and the quality of the product is of the highest quality. A+ What I dont like is the employees recently. For years we were spoiled with a talented gentleman who knew what he was doing and took every visit seriously, even giving us his cell if we had any issues. That was 3 years ago and since then the quality of workmanship has declined. The new services are quick, forgetful, they dont walk the lawn to look around and spray weeds or issues or even clean up afterwards. They just dont seem to be interested in what they are doing and just want to get it done and move on. I have called three times this season and never had to call prior to 2020. Honestly, if it wasnt for the quality of the product I would be looking elsewhere. C

In 2021 I started my membership with them. The service was excellent. For 2022 the service wasnt that great at all. I have more weeds in a certain spot. I called and they came out and was told it would take a couple days to clean up the weeds but they were wrong. The weeds spread more and more now. I call them again and was told a tech will be out this week. I hope this visit will kill the weeds or else am looking for another place to go.

I have been a customer for 2 years now. Used to use Truegreen and my lawn looked terrible for years. Now my lawn looks amazing. The technician Chris is so passionate about his job it shows.

A lot of positive reviews for Turf Unlimited, but they did not do a good job with my lawn. They fail to properly deal with weeds, and even after 2 applications, there is no difference. That appears to be a weakness of them - improper weed control. And why do these companies not announce themselves when they come ? At least the homeowner can have a chance to ask about the specifics of the treatment they are doing that day. What are these companies afraid of ? Paying $118 per treatment, but no quick face to face about what was done. They leave behind a little note, but thats of no help. Have no clue whether their treatments are actually helping or not. Dont believe all of their hype and propaganda.

Very personable and helpful in recommendations for the lawn and future care of the lawn. Professional and knowledgeable, our tech (Nestor) has provided us (new customers) with great lawn fertilizer and maintenance service to date!

I m a two time customer with these guys so I figured I would have them back. The system was running fine until this season when the backyard zone heads were not all coming up so I called them and called them and called them, you get the picture, they never called me back. Had somebody else come in to look at it. It looks like a possible leak somewhere. I signed off on the job but I don t know anything about sprinkler systems I was yielding to their supposed expertise. First thing the guy said was the 15 heads in that one zone was way to much plus the mixed the head styles another no no. Anyway I didn t proceed with any repairs until I understand the issue better. MY OPINION is if you want to do business with some who won t call you back, where loyalty means nothing and whose work appears to be substandard then these are the guys for you.

Be careful with this company. They schedule you in and will cancel your account with out even a call or notice as to why. So i had a no show for my 1st step which now pushes me out and of course to get my grass ready for the season.

Nestor treated our lawn and was extremely knowledgeable. He was very professional and took the time to educate me on the products he was using and process we d be following to rid our lawn of weeds. He also took the time to provide guidance on upcoming seeding we planned to do. Our lawn is looking great! We are thrilled to have made the change to Turf Unlimited!

This is our second year with Turf Unlimited and we are very happy! They offer a great service, we always get a call ahead of time to let us know they will be coming to treat the lawn, and they leave a note after each visit of what was done or if theres any concerns with the lawn. They sprayed a crabgrass preventative guaranteeing that if crabgrass appeared, they would rectify it. On July 9, their Tech came and noted in writing that I had some crabgrass which should be taken care of. They have done nothing to rectify the situation, even after I have phoned the office two times. It is now July 27th.

I am using their service for lawn care and maintaining sprinklers for almost two years, they are great. Just installed another zone of sprinkler and they did awesome job as always.

The whole process to add on 2 zones went very well. From the quote process with Stephen to the crew led by Roy everything was top notch. The quality of the work was excellent. On site, the crew went over their plans and were very knowledgeable too. Also they offered the best price. Kudos to you guys. Good Quality, Great Value and professional service.

If there was a higher rating than 5-stars, I would give it. Ive had the opportunity to deal with MANY (>50) contractors) in the last 30 years, and I can honestly only remember 2 to 3 that stand out. Turf Unlimited tops that list. They call you back...they show up when they say they will...they keep you posted...they KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING...AND...best of all, their charges are more than fair, sometimes lower than I expect!! Im just sorry I didnt find them when I first moved to this area and had to weed through the others. Thank you!

Awesome services, fairly priced and best part is they arent pushy on anything at all! If you want to cut back on a service or skip a treatment they just say ok! With zero pushback. I never leave reviews but this place rocks.

I have tried many lawn services over the years and they have always been a complete waste of money. I was desperate and, frankly, hopeless, when I called Turf Unlimited in the middle of July with a lawn 80% overrun by crabgrass. Well, its now October and our lawn has never looked so amazing or healthy! I cant recommend Turf Unlimited highly enough. After 8 years of trying to grow a lawn I finally found a company that can get the job done! Thank you, Turf Unlimited!!

I am very impressed with my first service. I got a courtesy phone call 5 days in advance. When the technician came he reviewed my property then called me to tell me exactly what he was going to do. Im most impressed that he noticed I had over seeded a few areas and was going to avoid putting any weed control in those areas but advised he would put fertilizer over them. He also noted the condition of my lawn and advised how to better it. When I came home I had a detailed description of what products were used and areas of concern. Im aware of the concerning areas but more impressed that the technician is AWARE. I have been told they strive to keep the same technician and that services are every 6 weeks. I have prepaid so payment is not an issue. Hopefully I do not have to change this google review as I am overly impressed from the time I called them 3 weeks ago to set up service to my first service.

Im going into my second season with Turf Unlimited and Im very impressed with the service overall. I was recommended to them by a friend of mine who had high praise for them, and he was right. The applications are always timely, the appointment reminders are super helpful and the pricing is very competitive. I love the fact that after ever visit the technician sends you a note with a summary of the visit and recommendations for what can be done to improve results. A big plus is that I can pay my bill and add service through the online customer portal. I certainly will be continuing my business with them.

Moving into a newly built home has been a journey. So many contractors and service workers (at least 25 different businesses) have been to the house (those hired by the builder/developer and us) with varying degrees of quality, consistency, fairness in pricing and professionalism. Keeping the landscaping company the builder had used was a huge mistake (burnt lawn and bushes, lots of money paid for terrible results). A neighbor recommended Turf Unlimited and they have been the best company to partner with. So far the Turf team has been to the house at least 10 times for fertilizer treatments and irrigation. The experience continues to be wonderful. After writing two 5-star Yelp reviews and five letters of appreciation to the owner (4 emails and 1 handwritten letter), I wanted to write a google review as well to sing their praises. Here is what makes them stand out for me: 1. Organized office/administration. They offer a discount if you pre-pay and a bonus if you refer others. You get a call letting you know when they are coming out. Any time Ive had to call the office for a question, they have been helpful and friendly. 2. Honesty and integrity. I signed up for insect repellent service, and when Paul came out, he determined that I didnt need it. I can say that there have been other companies who have done work that wasnt needed so this is greatly appreciated and a way to earn customers for life - thanks for saving me time and money. 3. Quality - Chris A does the fertilizer treatments in my area and he has such passion and commitment to help get your lawn as healthy and green as possible - I am amazed at the results which continue to get better! Every visit I look forward to reading his notes which detail what was done and suggestions of any other helpful tips for the homeowner. You also get newsletters periodically which are very helpful. The irrigation team (Wayne and Chad) have been great as well - as they found that all of the bushes the builder installed werent synced up with the irrigation system and were not getting any water, luckily caught in time so they all didnt die). They also had to fix multiple sprinklers knocked out when the developer installed sidewalks - no easy job. 4. Fair Pricing - Im paying less than before and getting an excellent result. Long story short, I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate doing business with Turf. Of anyone weve partnered with to date, they have been the standout. I had been using another lawn service for several years, and had been consistently unhappy. A neighbor of mine had been using the same service, and was equally unhappy, and one day I noticed the Turf Unlimited truck in front of his house. I asked him about it, and he expressed his new found satisfaction so I called that day. I couldnt be happier. I will have the same technician, Jerry, which gives me great confidence. He will get to know my lawn, and provide me with the best solutions. My lawn is looking great after my first application so I am extremely happy I made the switch. Thank you Turf Unlimited.

They do a great job fertilizing my lawn and the customer service is amazing. They always talk to you to discuss how the lawn is doing and provide advice on what to do between treatments. The technician even gave me his cell phone number so I can call him directly with any questions. Prices are very reasonable and are comparable to competitors that dont provide this level of customer service. They seem to make a point of not upselling so make sure to ask about whether you should be having them apply lime and aerate/overseed as these are often important and not included in their base package.

I am finishing my second season with Turf Unlimited. I switched from another company that I used for 15+ years. TU came to my home to inspect my lawn and give me recommendations. Since they took over, my lawn has never looked better!! My tech (Brian) talks to me before every application and provides valuable recommendations based on his observations. They are always willing to make changes to the recipe to ensure the best outcome. Great work, great service and great results. You cannot ask for more than that.

I have been a customer of Turf Unlimited for 10 years and Pesl Controll for 2 years and very happy with their service. The applications are timely, the people very nice, the price is competitive, and the results are outstanding. Starting having our yard sprayed for ticks two years agoi because of the threat of Lyme and not seen a single tick since then. I give them my highest recommendation.

There customer service is rude. They came out to my property and did the work and were mailing me a bill which i didnt get when i contacted them to find out how I can pay they told me they sent it to collections and i had to pay some collections agency which was done. Now I call back and the rep is telling me I have to pay 2x the bill because the collections agency charged them and they wont do any work unless they get the money they charged them which isnt my problem. Not sure why thhey didnt call me or something before they went that route but they seem very unprofessional and poor customer service ill never use there services again.

Weve been with Turf Unlimited for 3 seasons, our lawn looks great and we cant say enough good things about the technicians that service our yard to the office staff. Their Customer Service is second to none, always professional, friendly and very responsive! We highly recommend them over any of the other lawn service providers, especially the national chains.

I started using Turf unlimited last year 2016 after trying another company and trying to take care of our weed problem on our own. Before I used Turf unlimited my grass was terrible and utterly embarrassing. NOW! My yard looks amazing! Most importantly the customer service is superb. Extremely friendly staff! Now I just added another service they will take care of my irrigatiom system as well. I just had my system turned back on and the guy was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. I have used other irrigation companies offering cheap deals and well they were cheap for a reason. I highly recommend Turf Unlimited. My neighbor recommended them and I am glad to be a customer.

They are awesome and dont charge you for services you dont need!!
