We ve been with ABC Pest Control for a few years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. Our service guy Freddie always communicates well and lets me know when he s on his way. He s always very professional and very pleasant and respectful. The pest control he puts out is safe for our dogs, cats, and children and it s worked wonders for controlling bugs. We live in a high-roach area and the pest control worked from day one to kill them. Whenever I see a roach it s on its back dying. I now see only the occasional roach that finds its way into the house trying to get out of weather, and they re always dying. Customer service has always been very kind, helpful, and quick to answer questions I have too. I set my mother up with ABC Pest Control and Freddie, and I would recommend them/him to another s, and have.

Ive used ABC for pest control for several years now in 2 different houses. Every person theyve sent to my home has been very professional and friendly. If there is an issue between quarterly treatments they are prompt on coming back out to work on it. For instance: a couple weeks ago when Texas finally ended the multiple month long drought, all the rain caused ant mounds, crickets, and several other species to just start popping up all around my yard and start trying to make their way inside. ABC came out within 2 days of me notifying them, took care of every ant mound and renewed the protection around the base of my house. That was about a week ago, all the ant mounds are gone and Im not seeing any of the other insects still trying to make their way in through the garage. They will address every question and concern with a friendly smile despite likely already having answered the same questions 5 other times that day. And if they judge you for the housework not being caught up, they dont show it. Id give 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

My person, Freddie, is open to my complaints and ensures my house is treated properly. He takes his time to ensure all my issues have been addressed and educates me on things I need to know. I love that we have the same person come each time! Jordan is so kind and addresses the needs of our home. Hornets, scorpions, etc. If an issue is bigger than one treatment it has not been a problem for him to come out and adjust the treatment to take care of it at no extra charge. Hornets and scorpions just love my kitchen.

Freddie has been my technician for a while now. He is one of three main reasons that I stay with this company. He is professional and always goes the extra mile. I also like the fact that if I see bees or ants between services they send Freddie out at no additional charge.

The first time they came which was in summer, I paid $150 for them to get rid of the water bugs. Eventually ended up coming back 2 other times because nothing had changed. I wanted to do it 1 time, not every few months for $88 for something that didn t even get rid of the problem. A man showed up at my door while my son was napping, knocked several times waking him up. I did not receive a call from anyone saying they were stopping by. I answered the door and asked what he was doing, he said he was here to go over the house. I said I don t want to do it again. I never agreed to a 1 year service agreement. I didn t sign a contract. He got extremely rude with me after I told him no, and especially because nobody notified me, he just showed up. He said some rude things and stormed off. Defiantly wont be recommending this place, or telling anyone about it. If that s how you want to do business then I want no part of it!!!
