We cancelled services and they showed up a month later while we weren’t home. They performed the service and then sent it to their collections service for nonpayment. There was no bill sent or phone call and the service was already cancelled. We received a call the day after we confirmed with them that this was in error and we were not responsible. They agreed. The call we received then stated we had two services that were unpaid (lie: it was only 1 that was not authorized) and that they would credit one but we needed to pay the other. We declined this “offer” and then was told they would credit back “both services”. Watch out for the schemes. They’ll act like they are doing you a favor. We were not impressed by the integrity of this company. They did have one employee by the name of Roy that was very helpful and was able to confirm on his end that we did indeed cancel the service and provided the date of this cancellation.
So far the company has been very professional and willing to answer questions and provide needed support. However, I’ve been disappointed with the lack of progress eradicating or even reducing the weeds. I would argue that the weeds are actually worse than before the two treatments. I’m also disappointed with the apparent indiscriminate application of weed killer. It’s pretty obvious the follow up treatment of chemical spray was not applied equally across the lawns and some sections were missed entirely. I’m cautiously optimistic the weed issue will improve over time but I’ll admit I’m losing confidence this problem will get resolved as promised. The good news is the lawn is greener and looks a little fuller than before.
Quick and easy, my first experience is good. Got in did the job and got out. Very professional. Great job, thanks for helping us control weeds. I will set the mower a little higher, I was at 3 3/4” but will move blades to 4 1/2”.
I’ve been using this service for 2 years. What a great team! My lawn is still thriving and even in the drought times it normally looks good (see the photo/ I have not been watering yet and it’s hot as all get out). The employees are knowledgeable and very professional. If I need to reschedule there is never an issue. I appreciate their attitude, knowledge, work and demeanor. They are very courteous and don’t mind answering any questions I have.
We have been a year round customer for 6 years and the service over the past year has been HORRIBLE. They have managed to take a newly sodded and perfect yard and destroy it. No one seems to care or will even call us back.

I have to give you 5;stars. Tru Green came to my house, talked with us, waited patiently for the other party to arrive & listened to what we were needing. Not just selling us a service. But selling us a service we wanted & need. I forgot the ladys name who came out but she was awesome . Since that day , Tru Green has been in contact with me. I knew what day & time Issac was coming . He waited for my friend & I to quit talking in the backyard . I wasnt thinking about needing to be inside . Lol. So far, so good. Ive been out a few times & not been attacked by mosquitoes . Thanks, Tru Green . note : they have been out a few more times . My mosquito problem is much better . they let you know when theyre coming & arrive on time . I like these people .

We had some struggles but this branch went to work and took care of me and my lawn. Now my neighbors are using their services.
Whats wrong with this picture. I paid for a year of service $800.00. Here I am in my back yard spraying a $25.00 bottle of roundup to kill the weeds. They show up unannounced. Im sitting on patio, the dogs in the house start barking. I go in and see there truck. I close the doggy door and go to the front door and they are already gone.
If you live in East Texas, you must avoid this company. My yard looks way worse than last year. They come and work for 15 minutes then charge you $140 per session. Last week, I paid $400 for something I dont understand. Dont waste money yall.

As a new client we had two different people show up at two different times and walk away with the job not complete. A manager finally called and took our info and says he would be out in person that day to get the job done. He came and did the job and followed up. This is a manager who knows how to provide excellent service.
This is my first year to work with TruGreen. I am extremely happy with how they communicate and execute their plan. Since my property has not had this kind of card before and I can visualize what might be, I asked to modify my service a bit. They were very accommodating and it s all coming together. The price is good. I m happy.

Let me first say I have not had service by this company. However I did call to see if they could take care of a specific issue weed . The person on the phone wouldn t listen. He just kept saying yes weeds we take care of that . He wouldn t let me finish explaining what weed . I begrudgingly gave my address and phone number. During the call he asked for my card info . I said I will be paying in cash . They do not except cash . That s fine however I pay in cash end of conversation so you would think . Unbeknownst to me this person made me an account anyways . So many calls in 2 days telling them the same thing . Sorry I would only have cash . 4 th day They send out to my house to convince me to get their service. The phone calls were one thing but giving strange people my address to bagger me into your service is unexceptionable. If you are looking to do research on who to go with don t call this company. Still calling 2 weeks later ! Called a different company came out took care of it no hassle. Thank you to Evans tree and lawn care ! Better price better quality better people. We have just signed up for their program and our first visit was good.. their app keeps you up to date when your technician is on their way. Andrew, our technician was friendly, polite, answered our questions and then proceeded to treat our lawn.
First time to use this company. Person that came and sprayed our yard was very professional and hopefully we got a head start on these weeds.

I have tried to contact them multiple and no one is willing to help. They have destroyed my yard and I can t seem to get anyone to want to fix this problem. They said my lawn would look like a golf course. All the sod I put down is now dead and they don t seem to care.
Have had two applications so far. Still have weeds so we will see how it goes.

TruGreen will simply not apply the proper amount of material to your yard. I have submitted to them camera recordings of their team literally applying maybe 5lbs of material and saying they applied 130lbs. If you use them, you had better have home security cameras that monitor your home/yard so you can verify you receive what you are paying for. Im cancelling. Tired of having to follow up, check my cameras and get reserviced. Plus, they local office you cant call them you go to a call center.

My family is risking being homeless because YOU HAVE not PAID MY FIANCÉ. WE HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH MANAGEMENT AND THE POST OFFICE FOR WEEKS NOW BECAUSE WE HAVE ONLY GOTTEN ONE OUT OF FOUR PAY CHECKS SO FAR. THE ADDRESS IS RIGHT SO WHAT IS THE ISSUE? We have a ten month old.

TruGreen performs year-round fertilization for my yard, flower beds, trees and shrubs. They also provide lawn pest control.
8 months and $1,000 later and all we have to show is still a yard full of weeds they will not return their phone calls they will not respond when you call them they put you on hold and you wait for 2 to 3 hours they say theyre going to show up and they dont show up Im sitting here for the second day in a row waiting for them to show up supposedly But yet hes not here My mothers 83 years old weve paid them $1,000 plus and theyve done nothing for this yard!!!
I filled out my information for this business because they advertise your first tree cutting is $60. After you submit your information you find out that to get that deal you must sign up for an annual plan. So they manipulate you into getting your information. Now, I am getting four or five calls a day from these people. I have blocked the number and they call me from a different number. I finally answered and explained to the sales person that I was not interested, and he interrupted me and STILL Attempted to sell me on their plan. At this point, with all these phone calls, they are harassing me. Don t use this company. If anything they have bad business practices.
