The owner will go online and argue with you about the lack of quality service provided which shows a degree of unprofessionalism. He will claim he is the victim when if there were an issue he would have never scheduled an appointment to begin with. He will claim he is very busy but will make time to argue with customers online. Professional lawn services who really are busy don’t have time to refute a person’s dissatisfaction. Please choose a professional lawn service.

Things were said and done that made us feel as if we were less important than the MTZ Lawn Care's other clients. We were verbally told by Mr. Martinez that our lawn would be mowed on Friday, but late into the afternoon no one arrived-neither did anyone care to call us to reschedule our appointment. I had to text the phone number to inquire as to why no one had arrived yet. I then got a text back that they were busy with "regular" clients and were not going to be able to make it. He seemed offended that we had not contact him to mow our lawn during the winter time! It was really strange! Suddenly, we are not considered "regular" or important clients anymore after he had been the only one mowing our lawn for the past 2 years! It seemed completely out of character. My husband still wanted to give them a chance so he asked me to see if we could reschedule. I texted and asked when someone could come out, realistically and if we could be placed on the schedule next week. He ignored those messages after neglecting to adhere to our appointment. Lack of character and quality of service is the issue and the cause for the 1 star review.

Jose and his crew came ahead of schedule to rake our very large, wooded backyard and haul away the leaves. Quick work and very professional.

I have used Martinez Lawn Care for over two years. Started using Mr. Martinez for my rental properties and eventually my home. He does an outstanding job, is always on time, keeps open communication about schedule and the price is very reasonable.
