Enviro Care takes care of our business property, and we could not be more pleased with their work. We have used them for the past six months, and our lawn looks great! Their team is reliable and goes above and beyond. Plus, their crew is pleasant when they're on the property. With so many lawn care options, it's hard to choose a dependable lawn service, but you will not be disappointed with the service and work from this company.
This company is great! Excellent service and pricing. The owners along with their employees are top notch in all areas from landscaping design to sprinkler install. Donna is great to work with as well, she gets things scheduled and done and follows up to make sure we're happy. Highly recommend!

My company made a contract with this company and we are SORELY DISSAPPOINTED in the service and lack of communication that we received. The first issue we encountered (after we set up service) was that we were told that the first scheduled time they would be coming out would be on Wednesday 5-11-22. No one showed (there was no communication) and WE HAD TO CALL THEM TO GET IT RESCHEDULED. They then came out out on Thursday 5-12-22 and the service we received was so awful. It looked as if a child had cut the grass. Not one of the things they promised to do had been done. It was awful. The grass was mowed unevenly, there was no edging done. There were still weeds left all over the property and the trash they promised would be picked up was just mowed over and left. We then tried to reach out to them Friday 5-13-22 only to get a bounced back email. If you do not want to waste your money, DO NOT use this lawn care service. Please see pictures below. Keep in mind these photos are AFTER THE JOB WAS DONE!!
NWP resident. I dread when it s yard day at my complex. I always find something in my yard that was not there when I left, or a stepping stone(I purchased) that has been ran over with the mower and not put back in place when finished. The person operating the blower ALWAYS blows my pillows off my bench onto the ground/yard and NEVERRRRR picks them up. I will have something like a plastic cup on my patio table and find it on the ground. I know it s this company because I have a camera on my back porch and the workers SIMPLE LACK RESPECT FOR OTHERS PROPERTY. I also planted some fruit bushes earlier this year in the front flower bed, and surely enough the person with the weed eater chopped off half the plant TWICE! All this is on video. I understand taking care of multiple complexes is a hassle and time consuming, and sometimes needs to be done quickly, but be freaking respectfully of other things/property.
They take care of my lawn and do a great job. The crew are always friendly and helpful. The girls in the office are very informative and helpful. Thank you so much great company
Ignacio is about as friendly as they come and he is knowledgeable. The guys that do the work are professional and thorough. They do good work.

Most people won t notice unless you know how to properly maintain a yard, but this company does the bare minimum, if that, on maintaining yards. NWP property resident.

Today December 14, 2023 in parking lot at 1021 ESE Loop 323 lawn service was done and my car was full of leaves and dirt, if you re going to do work around cars can you at least be more respectful, they are parked there probably because they are at work in one of the buildings, I had just got my car washed. I wouldn t recommend your service even if I was using, this is heartless and down right rude .
Never showed up after 2 on site consultations an pre paying 1600 dollars

Enviro Care has been doing my yard for years. Staff is professional and helpful. Service is always on time.
Horrible lawn care. Over charged for doing very little, destroyed some of my flower beds and butchered my bushes. Will not use again.
Had them take care of my yard and flower beds for two years.....Trusted the company to do a good job, they did the first time or two. After that it was a, well it got mowed job. Cheapest bark was used in flower beds, that floats away when it rains, then there is bark all over the place. Severe over pricing of flowers placed in flower beds. Over $500 for 40 pansy flowers... in an already established flower bed. They switch the flowers out every 3-4 months, charge $500-$800 every time. Mowing is way over priced, for the quality or lack there of, for the work they do. At the house maybe 30 minutes every week, over $400 a month. Would never recommend this company.
Ive used Enviro-Care for years. They used to be good. Customer service is now lacking, and you have to watch their guys that they dont destroy plants they put in!
Good work and Service
Theyre terrible! And even after calling in and reporting their shoddy work, repeatedly, they dont improve! (I rent; I have no choice!) They destroyed my little statue garden, they mow too close to the ground and dig holes with the mower, they point the leaf blowers directly at my potted plants and destroy them, they mowed down a flower bed,..... My neighbor has also asked them to not mow her flowers but they continued to anyway.... I wouldnt even give them one star but I dont think it would let me leave a review if I didnt click at least one. I give them ZERO stars. Rental manager said that other tenants have complained them also. I guess they must have a contract because they havent switched to another service. Ugh!
