Baker Brothers Lawn Care in Tyler

Never received my refund for sod which was never delivered much less laid down. Its been six months now, phone calls/messages with promises but no refund!

I have a fairly large yard and Baker Brothers Lawn Care gave me a great price! The yard always looks nice and the guys are always friendly!

The lawn care service is excellent. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a service. They are easy to work with to complete the lawn service and clean up.

Excellent job at a good price! Weve had a lot of rain this year and they seem to be able to get the job down around all that.

Was out of town and needed lawn mowed. He showed up and did it and sent photos and it looked great. Still not home to see it but Im sure its great.

I visited with Baker Brothers Lawn Care by phone today. Although they dont service my area, the person was very courteous and helpful with questions I had regarding weeding and feeding my lawn. If they ever expand their service to Mineola, I will definitely sign up for their lawn maintenance.

I reached out to Baker Brothers in November 2022 and they came out, looked at what I wanted done and gave me a quote. They did half of the job and said they would be back after all the leaves fell to remove all leaves from the property (the main thing I wanted done with so many trees in my yard) They never returned. I reached out multiple times and Brian would give different excuses: they are short handed, they only have one work vehicle, they are super busy, etc. I trusted this man by his word and paid him almost $1500.00. They also left my driveway full of limbs through Christmas weekend. It has now been over 5 months and he will not respond to any messages or calls. I don t recommend this company at all.

These guys care for the lawn VERY well and keep in communication like pros! I appreciate their hard work, good communication and professionalism.

Where do I even begin. I ve had lawn companies before that come by spend about 45 mins and leave. I thought they did good work untill I saw the work of baker brothers! They go above and beyond and for an extremely fair price. They didn t just cut my lawn and go. They talked with me about different ways to boost the look of my home by changing up my garden etc. and let me tell you my house looks completely different. I am proud to say baker brothers have my business for life.

I was recently at a friends home who was having her lawn mowed and edged by Baker Brother Lawn Care. I had parked next to the curb and one of the landscape guys began edging near my car. Unfortunately, a rock or some sort of debris flew up and cracked my front passenger window. I called Baker Brothers hoping they could help me out and left a voicemail at 7:00 pm that evening not expecting a callback until the next day or later in the week. They called me back immediately and were so apologetic and communicative. They gave me the information to their insurance company. Their insurance company has been timely and easy to work with and is thankfully replacing the entire window and having it retinted. This company cares about making things right, even when the person on the other end wasnt a client of theirs. I will definitely be using Baker Brothers Lawn Care in the future and would recommend them based on my brief but pleasant interaction with their company.

I hired this business due to the reviews. They started my lawn in April of 22. I had just a few patches of weeds and crab grass I wanted taken care of along with my flower bed. They sprayed and treated my yard 5 times. Now in August of 22 my yard now is overrun with crabgrass. My Bermuda grass is almost non existent. They left clumps of grass in the flower bed multiple times, causing more weeds and grass in the flower bed. The last straw for me was when they cut my grass this last time they left clumps uncut and dead cut grass everywhere. I could not justify the cost for the service I received.

Always do a great job and leave porches and patio clean after service. Very responsive to any requests for additional services or scheduling.

I really enjoy the services I receive from Baker Brother s. They are great with their communication with me & I always get a response quickly from them. They are very flexible to work with and do a good job. I have never had to touch up my yard after they finish and have no complaints about their work.

Came in super light with the mulch short-handed the whole entire job which I can understand that part forgot to cut multiple trees and bushes and did not finish killing and pulling weeds around the retaining wall paid a lot of money for this job it could have been done better through another company probably wont use them again too bad because the introduction was great

We use Baker Brothers Lawn Care for our regular lawn care every two weeks as well as other special projects (fertilizing grass, digging up shrubs, cleaning up flower beds and etc). They go above and beyond. When they notice something needs to be done they bring it to my attention and ask how we would like it handled. My neighbors have noticed their quality of work and asked for the company info. We are very pleased.

Been trying to get my old lawn done per quote given for 4months...will not call back or return text message...dont bother trying to contact

We started using them for our house a few month back. Asked them to come take a look at my mother in laws house and three appointments later with two of them being no call no shows we have decided that they re just not worth the time anymore. Can t show up to an appointment to gain more business and missed appointments for a house they already had business at we will just give our business to someone who will value their customers.

Did a great job on our yard when my husband broke his shoulder. Gave us a good price because he is a veteran. Very easy to work with and kept up great communication
