JS Services in Twinsburg

Poor service overall, extremely slow to respond, took forever to make the appointment, phone service has been out of order forever. They finally showed up but 6 hours before the agreed upon time for the appointment and left without fixing the broken sprinkler heads. They are overpriced, I had started the system already, there was a broken valve and to replace that they charged me more than 300 dollars. There was a sprinkler head buried in the grass, leaking water around it and the guy had no clue and walked right past it twice. I myself located it, cut the grass around the head to let it pop out. But still ended up paying a hefty amount. 2 other areas of grass turned yellow/ dead due to wrong sprinkler heads and water not reaching them. Overall, I would not recommend their service.

Fantastic experience for our annual irrigation system backflow valve test. Convenient and responsive online communication for appointment setup, reminders, and payment. JS Services will be getting all of my irrigation system business in the future.

Great people. Great company. If you have a sprinkler system. Call them. They can help keep it running and serviced or maybe get a new one. A++
