Salespeople tell you what you want to hear, but the actual service was a disaster. They come if and when they feel like it, regardless of your needs, plans, or express requests. They do not tailor treatment to the areas of the home you wish to address but simply come and promise you they sprayed something somewhere which you cannot verify since they came at something other than the requested time. Starting from scratch hiring a new company after wasting too much time with these people.

So Weedman came out to my neighborhood sometime late last summer/early fall. I was not home so they spoke with my wife. They were very pushy and aggressive for their services. My wife told them several times we werent interested. They insisted and continued their aggressive push. My wife gave them my phone to make them go away. Over the next several weeks I received somewhere around 3-5 phone calls a week. I began to block their number. The calls stopped for a couple months. Recently I started getting phone calls from Weedman again. I continued to add these new numbers to the block list, yet they persisted. I finally answered the phone today. I asked the salesmen the fact that I havent answered you in months wasnt enough? The fact that you guys had to call me on four different numbers wasnt enough to tell you I wasnt interested? The salesmen told me no and the only way to make the phone calls stop was to verbally tell them I wasnt interested. Which I did. I cant give a review on the actual service they provide but based on the aggressive and harassing nature of their salesforce these folks dont deserve your money. Go with literally anyone else who respects the customer Edit: in an attempt to respond to Weedmans response. While I can appreciate them trying to get the customer their estimate, the incredibly aggressive and harassing behavior of your sales team trying to deliver an estimate from 6+ months ago is a bit much. The harassing nature of their sales team is problematic to say the least

I was hesitant to hire WeedMan bc I had never heard of them prior to that first phone call from one of the most wonderful sales people I had ever talked to. My lawn was a disastrous mess and he promised he could address all my problems. I still remember his name. It was John. He told me the truth and all my weeds disappeared & bald spots filled in last summer. My lawn was beautiful for the first time in years. Even the color was a more deep and healthy looking green. Weed Man has always been a great service to keeping your lawn looking good. They provide many services to meet your needs to include grub and mosquito control. They also have a referal program so to first timers please use me as your referal and when your neighbors get jealous, refer them under your name. Who doesnt like to save money.

My yard is becoming overrun with wide blade fusco grass. Weedman had noted this last year so in an attempt to improve the appearance of my yard, last fall they reseeded it with good grass seed in hopes to push out the fusco- and gave me an education in the process with tips on the kind of seeds AND the kind of mulch to purchase. This spring our yard is filled with lush, emerald green grass. And its very full. Its beautiful! Thanks Weedman.

After three different companies, this one is the best communicator. Their prices are market, not give away ( darn) but they do make good on their duties. If the weeds wont die, theyll come back and take care until they get it right. Post pandemic things have changed alot. One of them is that providers of service/retailers seem frightened of running into people who want their monies worth. I do. The worst company I have ever dealt with. From customer service all the way down to the lawn maintenance. Cant say one positive thing about this company. After a whole summer, my yard is the worst looking on the block. On multiple occasions, they showed up to my property to fertilize the yard, prior to downpours, which resulted in standing water. Poor communication, poor customer service, would give zero stars if possible. Do yourself a favor and go with another company.

Purely rude and disrespectful. Slandering other companies for no reason after repeatedly telling them we are happy with the treatment we ve received from our current company. Extremely unprofessional and because of this I will never consider weed man for service.

We had significant problems with weeds, after the second application we saw a huge difference. Theyve also helped the grass in our backyard stronger to withstand our two large dogs running around and tearing it up.

This company was canvassing my neighborhood. I had seen a lawn sign a couple years earlier but never called. I wasnt really sold on my current companies effect on my lawn so I decided to try Weed Man. The gentleman I spoke with assured me he could do for my lawn in one season what my previous company had done in two seasons. He was correct my lawn is in much better condition. We hired this company to take care of weed control. They were missing several areas that we repeatedly asked them to do, and we have picture proof and security camera proof. When we called to complain and cancel our service, They insisted on coming out one more time to remedy the problem. But we told them we still wanted to cancel. Now They keep sending us bills and are threatening to send us to collections. Im not sure why they dont understand that their services are no longer needed, and we are not making any more payments. Half of what they sprayed never died and they missed more than they sprayed. I would like them to stop coming to my house! We never renewed for a new season and they just showed up.

The techs at Weedman are diligent in their process and are always willing to make up for any mistakes that occasionally occur. They are also always willing to re-visit and add more weed killer if I feel there are areas that didnt receive enough coverage. Very responsive to your needs unfortunately the quality of product doesn t perform. I pay a lot of money for green weedless grass unfortunately through several reapplications my grass is patchy and contains weeds in all different areas. I m rarely home to interface with the techs who apply the product. Somethings wrong, products they use or techs installing the product. Not happy with this company s service at all.

Since Weedman has been doing our lawn, we have the worst looking lawn on the street. It looked so much better when we were caring for it ourselves. They charge extra for anything more than putting down a weak fertilizer and seem not to care much about the crabgrass or bare spots. Now our lawn looks worse than our neighbors that dont put down any fertilizer at all. Were canceling service Monday Morning. Weve had enough of the weed man. A year of hoping and watching and paying out good m9ney for bad service. Now its time to start taking care of our own lawn again. We miss getting compliments on our lawn all summer long, next year its back to what we had before the Weedman, a beautiful lush green lawn. We wasted so much money for a whole year.

Had a couple of issues with my lawn towards the end of this summer. Not only was I called directly by a sales rep, but also by the sales manager to resolve my issues. Both took a generous amount of time to explain to my understanding of what was going on. They were both responsive and helpful to my satisfaction.

I was afraid they d accidentally killed a butterfly bush and a manager came out to look and talk with me. He gave a detailed explanation and showed me how to tell that it s still alive and how they know they didn t accidentally spray it (it was being choked out by other plants which were still green duh!). I appreciate their kindness and patience with people who don t know anything about their yards. Highly recommend! Oh, we also got mosquito control which gave us a lovely, mosquito free yard.
