I emailed for a quote and the response was prompt and my appointment was set up quickly. Brad came out right on time and was very friendly. We discussed what I was thinking, he made some suggestions and said Id get a quote in two to three days. Well, that was two weeks ago. It seems that is a theme with reviews. Quite disappointed.

I have called this company twice to get a quote for my yard and both times the receptionist said that would call me back the same day. The first time it took over a week never called back and the second time it has been 3 days still no response. If anyone in Twin Falls is looking for lawn care go somewhere else time is to valuable.

They excavated mounds of extraneous dirt, roots, tree stumps, weeds, etc. Installed lovely ground cover, two new trees at the front by the street and flowers to grace the front of my house, on the right and the left of my front door. Hanks crew did an amazing job planting our bushes, flowers, and laying rock. Our business looks so much nicer with this redone. The crew was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and they went over and beyond to make sure we loved it!

Initially Hank was very responsive when putting in our new yard. A month later I called, texted, asked, begged, nagged for warranty work to be done- replace dead bushes. At the end of the summer I gave up. This spring we turned to the builder to get his help with fulfilling the warranty work. He got the same response. Finally, we dug up the dead plants and replaced them ourselves. Very disappointing

Contacted around April to come give a bid. Brad (the owner) came out, didnt give me a bid. Had to come out a second time, then gave me a bid. I said lets move forward. He gave me a date when he was going to come out. Waited he never showed. I contacted him about it, and he gave me an excuse. We set another date. Day came never showed. We went back and forth a few times. I even called the office and scheduled with his office. Still now show. I think the most frustrating part is that he never would call me to let me know he wasnt coming. Finally I have him a due date to do the job or I would find someone else. Two days after the due date someone finally came out and fixed a leak I had, but that wasnt the whole job I contracted him for. So then I was like do I wait for him to finish the job since he started, or do I find someone else because he missed the deadline. Then they had the nerve to send me a bill for a half completed job. I called them and told them I want paying because they didnt do the whole job. The lady in the office said she didnt know the job wasnt finished. Talk about poor communication. Throughout the whole process they never called me not once. Never again will I even think about using them. I will also strongly discourage anyone from ever using them. Can any sprinkler company do what they say that will?

We originally reached out to them about putting down some crushed concrete for our driveway. It was a big job. Even though it was already a long day Mr. Hanks took time to look at and fix several sprinkler heads and pipes in our sprinkler system that had broken after some trucks drove over our yard during the winter. I was so grateful he took that extra time. He really went above and beyond and was true to his quote.

This review is not about the work or how well it was performed. I dont know the quality of the work because the owner stopped communicating with us altogether. He came out and we discussed a few different projects he could do. He seemed very enthusiastic and willing to do the work. The last thing he mentioned to us was getting back to us with a quote. That is the last we have heard from him and it has been well over two weeks. My wife and I have left repeated voice messages and we have heard NOTHING back. Fortunately, there is plenty of landscape businesses in Twin Falls.

Not only were they professional but so nice. They went above and beyond. When trimming some of our bushes they noticed that the little garden barrier had started to lean over and fixed it right up for us. They really did amazing work and we will definitely be using them again.

Hanks has always done our sprinkler blowouts and have been prompt and easy to work with. They also did our lawn care before we moved into our house and did a great job just keeping the landscaping up until we could get moved in.

Ive had Hanks take care of our 2 homes for a few years now. Everyone is so kind and always wearing a smile. Top notch from reception to lawn crew. I love knowing Im in good hands with Hanks.

I have a small yard (front and back). They refuse to mow my back yard. Last week, my son chased them down and told them they needed to come back and mow it. Did not come back. Today, same thing. I am elderly and live on a very limited budget. I am paying for my complete yard to be done. I think they see me as just an old man that they can continue to rip off. I called and asked to talk with Mr. Hanks. That request was also ignored. I am very disgusted and frustrated!!!

I had written a negative review, but I was entirely wrong. Brad tried to contact me, but my phone was off. He also took care of the issue of the back yard not being mowed. He was very professional and understanding.

The Hanks crew are pretty awesome! They have been my go-to guys for a few years now on both our homes.... they do a lot for the community as well. Very chill and always smiling...

Shows up and does my sprinkler blow out and backflow check, but I dont usually get a call before theyre going to show up. Other than that, they do great.
