ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. TL:DR: see photos I attempted to leave a review on this business' FB page but discovered I had been blocked from the page after initiating contact. So here we go. Jeff, the owner, was given every opportunity to make this right & chose not to. The extra neato part of the thing is that he used to be a personal friend of my husband, the one who hired him. This is the backyard of one of the houses my husband built & sold, and is the handiwork of "Amazing" Lawns and Landscapes. This is also the only reason why the contract on the house almost fell through. The new owners of the home received bids from 2 other lawn/landscape companies prior to closing to find out what it would cost to correct the disaster in the backyard because Jeff/Amazing Lawns would not fix it. So, in addition to having already paid Jeff/Amazing Lawns in full (because FRIENDS), we had to pay an additional $3,200 to another local landscaping company. Which, on one hand, we were more than happy to do because the new owners deserve a beautiful, useable outdoor living space with their beautiful new home, and we stand behind our work and the work of our subs. But on the other, this situation shouldn't have existed at all! We emailed the bids to Jeff/Amazing Lawns, knowing he knew full well the job he had done & left for us. When we didn’t receive a response, I messaged the company on FB, requesting a phone call to address the situation. Unbelievably, Jeff called my husband and, during the conversation, let my husband know he would in no way help financially nor would he correct the disaster he left behind. And in case the pictures don't speak for themselves: the sprinkler heads were "installed" so high above the ground, plopped into holes, and left lop-sided, making it a hazard to even walk around, let alone mow, nor did they actually water the yard (they did water the new siding & windows thoroughly though, which left hard water stains); the fill-dirt Jeff used was full of rocks - we're talking softball size & bigger; and the valve box was installed so high that the gate in the fence couldn't clear it. ALSO, in talking to other past clients of Amazing Lawns, I was informed that he did the exact same thing to a SMALL LOCAL SCHOOL that had hired him to do their football field. He RUINED it. The school had to ask a neighboring school to share their field for the season because the field was not only unusable but UNSAFE. And Jeff left them high & dry. The school had to then rely primarily on volunteer work to patch the field back together because their money had been practically stolen by this crooked business owner. DO NOT USE THEM.

We purchased a controller for our sprinkler system on 8 August 2019 and it has already died ! Jeff did come out and checked it out and said he would check to see what he could do. That was SEVERAL WEEKS AGO ! I have attempted to contact them several times to see what he found out ! They DO NOT ever answer or respond to my calls ! I have been left now for several weeks, during the summer, without my sprinklers going ! He is friendly guy for appearances, but all I can say is BUYER ---- BE AWARE BUYER----BE AWARE BUYER----BE AWARE
