Doug and his crew came out for an estimate right away and scheduled and performed the work with ease. His cre did some extra cleanup I didn't ask for out of good nature. I couldn't help but offer a tip after the work was done because I was so pleased with the results. I was a little disappointed he took the tip though. I was really hoping he would say no to the tip so I could save my money but he didn't so I was kinda stuck. And he had already seen the wad of cash I was holding. I can't split the cash after he's already seen it in my hand. It turns the whole tipping experience into a negative one if the person sees you being stingy, now you're losing money to make someone else feel cheated. So I gave the all the bills but I was slow to let just in case he gave me another shot to back out of the tip and keep my money, no such luck. Just kidding of course, Doug was awesome and the work was completed very quickly and my yard looks great. I look forward to working with this team again in the future.
