The treatments are not working for me. Ive called and texted but no response. The drafts keep coming out of my account.

My yard was almost nothing but weeds two years ago. The first year of treatment, once the weeds were destroyed, I had a lot of bare spots in the yard. By the end of the second growing season of treatment, my entire yard was lush and green, like a carpet. I still have a few lingering weeds, but my True Green specialist knows what they are and said that they will disappear as the soil gets better. I am looking forward to next growing season, when my yard won't need to be cut as often!
Paid for a year with these guys. First guy that came out over sprayed my lawn and killed at least 1/3 of it, so dead it's just bare dirt now. The rest of it is splotchy brown where they sprayed it unevenly, with weeds growing where they missed spots. They claim it's not their fault and won't do anything about it. My kids play in the back yard, so I didn't let them spray back there. The last two photos are the front yard where they sprayed and the backyard where they didn't spray, right across the fence. You can decide for yourself if they killed the grass or not. I cancelled and requested a refund, but who knows when or if I'll ever get it. I fertilized it myself and reseeded, but since they applied a pre-emergent, it's unlikely the grass seeds will grow. Most likely it will need to be resodded.
I was not satisfied with the performance of this service. I used them for a year, and now they spring is here, and my lawn has green in patches. I texted the person who services it, but he did not respond back. I emailed the lady who sent me the bill about the issue and had no response. However, when I owed money, I got plenty of emails. I tried to give them a chance to help my lawn, but they ghosted me. I finally called to cancel. The lady over the phone asked why, and I told her. She sounded indifferent to my issue. So, I canceled the service. Do not use these people for your lawn.

This company is a RIP OFF!! They come out and spray water EVERY SINGLE TIME they spray. Whoever Josh, the manager is, doesnt do his job because I call and complain and they say they will get him to call and I havent heard from the guy, other than sending me a bill. I pay for services rendered and have no issue paying, BUT THEY ARE NOT SPRAYING ANYTHING TO HELP WITH WEEDS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE, at the Midsouth Tupelo location, where they keep repeating Josh is the manager but DOES NOTHING as far as work goes!!
Cancelled way too expensive.
I have had TruGreen for years and most of the time if called them back out they come within a week. My lawn could look better as long as I have had them but overall I am pleased. They did get rid of my Army Worms this year.
Good service
So far we have had a lot of weeds in our lawn. We called again today hoping for so action. If we have to buy our own weed killer, then why pay someone else to do it? Not happy so far.
Warning do not use this company. They killed my grass and tried to blame it on winter kill lve lived here 20 here s and ha no problem and none of my neighbors had a problem. They did admit to killing my grass and promised to fix it but will not. Do not do business with this company
So far, so good. I was searching for a company to help get my yard in shape. I enjoy mowing and edging, so I mostly needed help with weeds and bare spots in my three acre lawn. I called Andy on his personal phone. He was referred by another local company that does not service my rural area. He was extremely nice and answered all of my questions with ease. He came out the first day that was convenient for the both of us. We walked around my yard and he pointed out multiple grass species (Zoysia, Centipede, and an invasion of Bahiagrass) and any weeds he spotted (Mostly Virginia buttonweed and crab grass). Instead of asking me which services I wanted, he asked what I was looking to accomplish. He did not try to convince me to get any services I didnt want or need. I told him what I wanted from my lawn, and that I was not in any hurry for miracle results. With that in mind, we worked out a treatment plan that would weed and strengthen the healthy Zoysia grass in the front yard. Then we will slowly push back the centipede and Bahiagrass grass I dont want in the other areas of the lawn, and let the Zoysia spread more easily to those areas. He did not try to sell me a bag of goods, when it came to the dry patchy areas in my backyard under two big old oak trees. I knew from my own research, that getting grass to grow in those areas was a lost cause. He told me exactly what I expected to hear. He told me we would leave the unwanted areas alone, until we got to them. The front yard will be treated with a pre and post emergent and fertilized when it is most effective. My husband had warned me how expensive these services can be. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the price for an entire year, (seven treatments) was barely more than I expected to pay for a single treatment. A tech named Ryan came today and applied the first treatment. He was so noninvasive, by the time my territorial dog barked, he was already hard at work in the front yard. He was on task and finished up quickly. He was packed up and gone, by the time I took my dog inside and fed and watered her. I am a new customer whose lawn was just treated for weed control. So, I cant attest to the effectiveness of the treatment at this time. I will update my review with that information at a later date. So far, everyone I have spoken with has been extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They even helped me identify an insect that has swarmed to my oak trees in the past few days. Andy helped me determine what I should and shouldnt do, when it comes to caring for my lawn on my end. Based on customer service, I will happily recommend TruGreen to anyone who will listen. They have been a pleasure to work with.
