Landscape Services in Tupelo

My boyfriend called to inquire if this company did lawn care services for the public, and a woman answered before he even finished the question: "we don't do maintenance" and then hung up. Unbelievable. We would have asked about other services, but were unable to due to the customer service being too good for taking more possible business. Well, on to the next business!

I called Landscape Services to inquire about doing several things to our yard of a new house that we had purchased. The man that I spoke with was very nice and told me that someone would come out the following Friday. My husband met with Ellen one of their two Landscape Architects and was very impressed with her knowledge and loved her ideas for flower beds, drainage issues, etc. She told him that she would get us a broken down estimate the following week. Two weeks went by and I started calling trying to get in touch with her to get those estimates. She was never there and I left several voicemails and messages with the people that answered the phone. I finally gave up and then Ellen called around week 6 (since she came out) and said she had been out the previous week sick and she was going to work on that estimate and get it to us the following week. It's been two weeks since she called to tell me that and we still have not heard from her. No phone calls or emails of estimates. We had very high hopes for this company and see the pink trucks all the time, but we are extremely disappointed that we have been waiting since the end of February first of March to get an estimate from this company. The people are very nice that work there, but I give them a one star for having to wait (and STILL waiting) on an estimate we requested two months ago.
