Superior Lawn has been my go to lawn service, maintaining my residential and commercial properties for over 20 years. When I recently built a new home I called Dusty knowing my lawn would be taken care of and look amazing. Top notch service everytime.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have used Superior Lawn for roughly 2 years without issue. I was scheduled for treatment and they no showed on two separate occasions. When I reached out about rescheduling or receiving a refund, Dusty was extremely argumentative and tried to tell me they had come out despite having voicemails from him telling me they would have to come out on a different day. I have called over 5 times trying to cancel my service and receive a refund for the service that was never completed, and have not received a call back one time.

If zero stars would exist, they would get it. I tried to start service with this company again but found out less than 5 business days ago I had an outstanding bill from the house we moved from almost a year ago. I got a call about starting service and told them I wanted to review the new estimate. I was then told that if I didnt pay the other amount a collection agency would be called. I told him I didnt even have a chance to review the bill and quickly told them that I dont want their service if they treat their customers this way. Dusty, learn how to communicate with the public or find somebody in your company that can. This place sucks. BTW, my yard never looked that great either... that is a side note.

Thank you Dusty and team for being our lawn care provider for the past 17 years. We look forward to many more years of using you and your teams services. Every time we have called (latest is for the current invasion of Army Worms), Dusty usually has his team out at our house either the same day or the next day. I highly recommend getting on one of his automatic (just take care of it programs). Nothing is an immediate fix but if you stick with his yearly program of treatments, your lawn will be look good year after year.

I called Superior as I have been a customer for at least 4 years. Mr. Dusty the owner answered the phone and was extremely rude to me. I had asked for them to come spray my nut grass as my yard looked terrible. He said for an additional fee he would, but he could not go all over the city spraying for nut grass with no additional cost. I have never had to pay an additional cost to them for my yard. He continues on about his service and the cost of some special chemicals that he would have to buy. (Isn t that the cost of doing business?) I have no agreement with an exception clause as to what does and does not come under lawn treatment or weeds I would highly recommend a different company. I am 81 years young but not young enough to weed treat my yard; hence my becoming a client of a lawn service. So long Mr. Dusty!

Superior has been doing my yard for over 5 years. Hectors usually the one who comes out hes awesome. The owner Dusty is on top of anything and everything. And he provides a great service. Im fully recommend them for your yard needs.

I have a different company in the past and my yard was full of weeds, i call Superior Lawn, they took over and now my yard is beautiful I love doing business with Superior Lawn highly recommended.

This lawn service does a pretty good job overall but there some times that I think they let the weeds get a little out of control. But I still continue to use them.

Im a new customer, this season, and I have to say my lawn looks the best its looked since I moved in to my house, July 2012. Ive used 2 other services in the past, but Superior exceeds them by far.

Absolutely the BEST lawn care service in Tulsa. I have used Superior for almost 16 years. Dusty and his crew have a devotion to their customers that is rarely seen these days. My beds and large assortment of bushes and small trees are trimmed regularly. If I ever have an issue related to a wind storm, or other problem, they arrive promptly after my call. My large yard looks fabulous all the time, and Superior has received new business based on the appearance of my yard. The Superior team are outstanding and I am most grateful that I was referrred to them many years ago. I can recommend them, and do, that any homeowner will be extremely happy with their service.

This guy in my opinion is a scam artist. Several years ago, I requested an estimate for sprinkler repair. When I pulled up to my house, there was crew of three that was waiting in my yard. I had to unlock my gates and show them what I wanted repaired. It was difficult communicating because none of the crew spoke English, and my Spanish was admittedly poor. We struggled through using google translate, while I pointed at each of the problem areas. He explained pointing at the paper what the cost was for the repair. I said that was more than I could afford and they left. I was handed a paper with the amount that said estimate. A few months later I get a bill saying I owed them money. I called the company and said hey I only requested an estimate when I called and no work was performed because it was more than I could afford at the time. They apologized and said it would be taken care of. No further contact. Flash forward three and a half years... yes you read that right. I get a summons left in my mailbox to go to court for nonpayment. I was being sued for over $1,500 saying they did work on my property. (So not officially served mind you since it was just left in my mailbox). Note, the amount they quoted me for the repair was $410.00. Also, had I missed the court date they would have gotten a default judgement for that full amount. I show up on the court date with literally more than 80+ other people in the courtroom all dealing with varying degrees of the same thing from this company. One person there I met had a spreadsheet of all the cases this guy was bringing trying to get money from. It was extensive. Some people paid just so they didnt have to deal with it, others brought attorneys to contest and fight it. The owner and his wife tried to get me to settle, and said no we are going all the way with this. In the end, I ended up only having to pay for court costs, but this experience has left me very cautious with getting estimates from anyone now. This company is not one who you want to do business with. Feel free to look the business up on OSCN. I cannot stress this enough avoid this company like the plague. This is my experience and my opinion.

I have used Superior Lawn for several years at two different homes. I have always been pleased with their service, professionalism and quality of work. You know you have a great lawn service when your neighbors make comments how lush your lawn looks.

Double the price of other local lawn care services, and they are not flexible with scheduling- we wanted bi-weekly service but this simple option is not available to customers, only weekly service.

Salesman will lie about ability to provide service. When contacted office, reception defensive & rude. Appeared to have no customer service or problem solving skills. Would NOT recommend to provide lawn service.

If I can give lower than a 1 star I would. Worst service I have ever experienced. Very hard to get a hold of them if there is something wrong, and very good at ignoring calls. We agreed on a monthly price that would include seeding and aeration. I called them why they didn t cut our grass one of the week, and said Dusty doesn t want to do service with us. They stopped us without notice once it was close to time for the seeding. Then they send us a bill for the month charged when they didn t even come one of the weeks. Dusty was so nice at first when we had our grass looking good. We ve had service with them since the spring, and our grass was green and in good shape. After we called complaining our grass is in the worst shape it s ever been and reassured us once they do the seeding in the fall, the grass will grow and will look green again. They ruined the grass in our backyard and screwed us over. They over charged us for fixing one of the leaks in our sprinkler system and had to return couple times and charged us 75 dollars each time they came out for the job that wasn t fixed. Don t trust them to take care of your lawn. Horrible experience. I will be filing a claim to BBB ASAP.

They used to be good but we had to cancel since after they serviced our yard the west side of yard had huge dead areas so we complained and a manager came out and said it was our fault but they can retreat and service the yard to restore the yard (at a cost) which was crazy. The dead areas started where they parked the truck and began spraying then went to the back yard but then the rest of the yard was fine. So something must have been in the hose line originally that killed the grass. We keep a nice yard and have plenty of pictures to back it up.

They have done excellent work for years. My lawn is maintained in Superior fashion. It is fertilized mowed and maintained throughout the year perfectly. They also pick up all my leaves during the fall. I have several dogs so that is very important for the lawn and my ability to pick up poop. More importantly they respond immediately if I call or text if I have any question or problem. They also maintain my sprinkler system without having to call yet another company. They remulch all my flower beds when I ask. The owner and men who do the work are friendly, responsive and I never have to ask them to do anything again. Their high work standard shows every time they come. They leave and the lawn is perfect!

Superior Lawn and Landscape has done my yard work for over 20 years. The guys who work for Dusty are super nice. Dusty is so easy to reach. If I need something done differently to my yard, he does it. if I need snow removal, he gets it done. They also maintain my sprinkler system. I can really rely on them to do top quality work. Finally, they know how much my dogs mean to me, and they are so very careful about not opening any gates until my dogs are secured. I plan on using them for the next 20 years!

I am being taken to small claims court three years after using this operation for an outstanding balance of nearly $500. I ordered --and paid--for one treatment only. When I called about this issue, I was told that they dont do one treatment only (I was not advised of this by the wife of the owner when I ordered service). The receptionist said that my yard was treated four additional times. This was news to me. I never wanted--nor authorized--nor signed a contract--for any of these services. I never saw a yard sign and invoice on my door for these services (as most of these companies--ChemLawn, etc) do. My yard show any visible effects of treatment. How do I know that they did any work at all? I would advise viewing the Better Business Bureau complaints about their billing practices. Buyer beware.

Currently, they are taking lots of their customers to small claims and something doesnt smell right. Most of the other defendants in the court room complained of incorrect charges or unfair circumstances (as did we). WARNING: Save yourself the trouble....dont get involved with this company.

They are great about ignoring calls they dont want. Had issues with them not talking care of the whole yard while charging for the entire property. When I complained I got a Just dont pay that bill as their way of making good. They spilled fertilizer and killed part of my lawn...Just dont pay that bill. Well they stopped treating my lawn with no calls or notices and said I was delinquent. the Just dont pay that bill never makes it to the billing department. Avoid them!!

Hired Superior to come and maintain an already health lawn. Needed some help with grub control, but I had a fairly weed free lawn. They always called the day before treating the yard, but it seems like treating means that they come by and stick their sign in the yard and leave a bill on the door. I finally asked my neighbor to watch for them to come by - sure enough, a sign and a bill. NO TREATMENT. Fired them after a year of poor service. Now I have a new service and last years crabgrass to get rid of.

AVOID SUPERIOR LAWN AT ALL COSTS! I asked for a one time spring clean up, and then for minimal services after that. I was quoted one price and then billed a much higher price. I made an initial payment and told them that I only wanted certain services. They did a lot more than I asked again and then billed me for it. I called and told them not to come back. But they did...and billed me for it. I called AGAIN and told them not to come back, but they did...again. And billed me for it again. I called 10 more times to try to work out some sort of compromise and each time was told they would get back to me about it, but they never did. Not surprisingly, they say they have no records of my calls and have now sued me for over $1500 and fully expect me to pay for services I specifically told them I did not want and also for the times they came after I fired them TWICE. Youll notice a similar trend on their Google reviews and BBB reviews. My neighbor had a similar experience and said he wished he had known I was going to use them so he could have warned me. Im not just trying to get out of paying, either. Im an upstanding citizen with a job and no other record to speak of. I even offered to pay for some of the work I didnt ask for in an effort to be fair, but they have been totally unreasonable. DO NOT CALL SUPERIOR LAWN. Call J&S Landscaping instead...I switched to them afterward, I LOVE their service and have had no problems with them

I hired them to put Sod down along a new driveway. They did half of the work and was told they would return. I was very nice with them and they apologized. Then stated to me on two different times the truck was loaded with the sod and they were on their way. They never returned and I couldnt get the owner to call back. I could only talk to assistant. I called back several times and finally was told they were not going to finish at the price they gave me to complete the work and was told we should just part ways. Two months later I received a mechanics lien on my home for the full amount. 10 years in real estate and Ive never experienced such poor workmanship and service.
