Aaron and his crew left my lawn spotless! Not only did they remove the leaves from my front yard, they removed the spikey sweet gum balls from a massive tree in my backyard. By the time they were done, the mountain of leaves and sweet gum balls were impressive. 10 out of 10 will have them come back to help with this particular service.

I used Loose Leaf this winter to remove all of leaves from my yard. They did a wonderful job getting the leaves from my lawn and the leaves that had blown under my bushes and also onto my patio. My yard looks spotless! I also added on mowing after the leaves had been removed and my everything looks so crisp and neat. This crew did a wonderful job on our property. We recently moved to our new house a month ago so the leaves were pulled up and we didn t have the time or equipment to do this job. We were having family come in so we had a short timeline and he came to fit us in right when we needed it. They were easy to communicate with via text and calls and worked past sunset to finish the job. Our yard/flower beds look fantastic!

I called on a Tuesday for service and needed it done quickly. They came out that evening at 6 to give me an estimate that was VERY reasonable and got me scheduled in. He ended up being able to get out the next day at 2 and got the work done and did such a good job! I can only give them 5 stars but I would give them 10 if I could. They really saved me by getting it done so quickly and were super reasonable and easy to work with!

Leaf removal - I have a huge Sycamore Tree Which is registered as the second largest Sycamore tree West of the Mississippi - The leafs are huge and abundant- didnt phase the Loose Leaf Team. They conquered my yard and all its leaves - I recommend them and plan to use them again!

I called Loose Leaf Lawn Care because I needed someone that could help get my leaves up in a timely manner. They did just that! Even with Christmas around they corner they made it out and did a great job. Im seeing soil in beds that have been covered in leaves since purchasing this house. They were efficient with their time and even ran into an equipment error, but called to let me know and didnt charge me for that time. That is the kind of transparency I look for in a company. Called Aaron last minute and needed a large yard cleaned up. He went by one day and gave me a quote. The next day the company completed the work. Easy pay over Venmo. The best part about this it was all done over the phone. I live two hours away and could not make it back and forth at the time. Be careful with this company. Ensure you get a quote for service prior to the start of the job. Shame on me for not doing so. Aaron was supposed to drive by my home and offer a quote. He didnt. Instead he sent an hourly rate of $90/hour. It sounded decent so I scheduled. Figured my job would take a couple hours. I dont have the smallest yard, but not the largest either. Typical midtown yard. He and one other gentleman arrived for leaf removal. Halfway through the job, I checked in with him as it seemed to be taking a very long time. He told me he was a man down due to an injury and one of his leaf blowers quit working. I just assumed my hourly rate would be recalculated based on the shortcomings on his side, and the job was taking longer than it should. Man was I wrong. The job took exactly four hours, 11:18am to 3:15 pm. When I asked him for the cost, he said $450!!! $450 for leaf removal. What? Four hours at $90/hour is $360, and that is if he had a full crew. First, he said it took him 4 1/2 hours. I reminded him that it had been exactly four hours. He said Oh, OK. Then he said he had to charge more for some limbs he was hauling off. I reminded him that I had earlier told him to leave them and I would bundle them up. In my mind, 2/3 of the crew should equal 2/3 of the hourly rate. Not according to Aaron. Instead he argued with me about how he provides a luxury service and he has to drive out to the dump to drop off my leaves. Again, not really sure how that justifies charging more than the agreed amount. At the end of it all, I paid for the four hours of work, even though he showed up short-handed and had equipment failures. Do yourself a favor, lock this guy into a price beforehand. Dont do what I did.
