This is a great sevice they do a great job Im glad they do my yard very caring! If you need anything else done they are happy to do it at very reasonable prices!

**TULSANS BEWARE** I cannot even FATHOM, how a company can be so ridiculously unprofessional. My next door neighbor hired this company because their lawn mower broke. LawnStarter came out and SCALPED their bermuda yard, it looks horrendous, my neighbor used the term butcher and ruined 2 massive strips of my Fescue yard in the process. My yard is right next door which is fescue, which has to be maintained at a much higher height. LawnStarters crew decided to use MY driveway and yard to access my next door neighbors yard, for no other reason than laziness, there was no reason not to use their driveway or simply lift the mower up a 6inch curb. They not only scalped an entire 20 foot section on the way to my neighbors yard, but AGAIN on the way back scalped another 20 foot section in my front yard. Shockingly they were too lazy to use my neighbors driveway to access the yard they were servicing. They were so high or brain dead they left the mower engaged and scalped 2 20 ft strips of my fescue lawn. Fescue really struggles in the high heat conditions and I work very hard and spend alot of money to maintain my fescue yard year after year. Mowing it down to 1 is like a death sentence in the hottest part of the year. My neighbor is beyond embaressed at all of this. BEWARE to anyone using this service, the neighborhood 10 year old can do it better.

Couldnt follow a simple request. I filled out the online form to set up a one-time mow. I got a text from Steve saying he would call me. I said I prefer to schedule via text since Im at work at the moment. And they called me anyway. Sounded like a call center in another country also.

They guy did a great job and I love doing everything on the phone, including scheduling, paying, and the tip.

They charged me for a lawn mowing in the middle of December and are ignoring my requests for a refund. No crew showed up but even if they had, it hadnt needed to be mowed for months. Review Edit: LawnStarter contacted me after leaving this review and corrected the issue so I am bumping this up to three stars. Would bump it up higher if it didnt take this review for them to finally contact me.

Ive used Lawnstarter for over a year now and I cant say enough good things about them! Theyre responsive, communicative and the quality of the work is unparalleled. They are priced really well too. I havent used LawnStarter but my mom uses them in Tulsa Ok and this Review is Via her thoughts. I do all of her online technology from Missouri . This company has been amazing to my mom. So kind to her and always lets her know when they are coming or if theres a change in time. They do an amazing job with her lawn, cleaning up and not damaging her plants etc. Has been using them for over a year and cant say enough great things about them.

cancellation process is a nightmare. I cancelled my service on their website 3 times before eventually just calling to have it *actually* cancelled and they refused to refund me for the charge that was made after I cancelled.

Was quoted for 47 dollar mow and was told that the person mowing the yard would contact me before starting. I received no communication with the mower before he left. I asked for the yard to be cut short and it was not. There was a patch not mowed even though I marked on Google maps what area needed mowing. Two weeks later I receive a notice that I was charged 95.99 because of a long grass charge. Apparently its ok to double charge people whos grass is higher than 6 inches. Communications with in email was the best. Service on the otherhand was a joke. Would not recommend to others. I see they have some 5 start ratings which makes me believe these are family member reviews. The future of lawncare my foot .....

Demetrius did my lawn last summer and requested him this year. Very friendly. Always had big smile and does a great job!! Nobody would be disappointed with the quality of his work. Very pleased.

Customer service is HORRIBLE! I scheduled my first lawn cut, was asked if a two day window was acceptable, ok...all good. Was out of town, had folks coming to the house for the weekend, so scheduled a cut for Wed....maybe Thursday. (they had said 2 day window...1 day before, or 1 day after...terrific!) Nope....its now Friday afternoon, NO ONE has shown up to cut my lawn, no call, no nothing! What a JOKE these people are! NOT HAPPY.

Horrible customer service. They quoted me wrong on my initial quote and instead of someone calling they just messaged me through the app saying it was wrong and didnt complete all of my lawn. I have called customer service several times and have waited on hold hours also put in my number twice for a call back never received a call back. Sent in a message on the app again no response. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! BEWARE DO NOT SIGN UP!!

Was found driving by the house, did not even stop, and did not service the lawn. We had been waiting all morning for the service, and they claimed they would not because our dog in the backyard. They did not even stop at the house. We had waited all morning for someone to stop by and we would have been MORE than happy to quickly and nicely put the dog inside. That was the plan all along. They didnt even knock or stop.

I travel back and forth between two properties so the house in Tulsa was just a mess to look at. I cannot start a mower to save my life, so I reached out to Lawnstarter. I am very pleased with the service. Definitely recommended!

They were one of the worst lawn care company s I have ever used. 90% of the time they were 3 days or more late. Trying to get ahold of them was close in impossible. They were to be here over 5 days ago never showed up and now have me on the schedule for 2 weeks from now, needless to say I m so done with them, looking for a new company. As an FYI they pay $20 for the first review so I m sure most people take them up on the offer, which I did and gave them an excellent review on Nextdoor neighbor. What a mistake. So,if your looking for a dependable company RUN don t walk away from this place, absolutely horrible

We tried for 2 weeks to get someone to mow our lawn. Customer no service was of no help. Most of people I spoke to were difficult the understand because of their heavy accents. They did not understand what I was saying. They never showed up to mow our yard. They kept saying because of multiple problems . First they couldn t find us in their system, then they could find no one to mow our yard. They continued to reschedule without notifying me. If I could give them no stars I would.

The mowing was fine, no issue there. The unprofessional way they have dealt with property damage is absolutely unacceptable. The crew broke the front door window after a rock launched from weed whacking and the crew member did not even attempt to acknowledge the damage. I watched him do it, approached him and asked that he make note of the damage so that info was there when I made the damage claim. After 6-7 weeks there has been zero resolution and every time I call the support rep has no info regarding the damage despite my diligence of sending photos upon request numerous times and paying for the repair in the meantime. They even tried to accuse me of lying about the damage which means the crew members never reported the incident. I am so dissatisfied with their customer service and cannot believe how this company has been attempting to avoid responsibility for this long.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. TERRIBLE SERVICE. The first mow was rescheduled merely hours before they were due, two separate times. 2 weeks after they finally completed the mow, they left my grass nearly 3 tall. Requiring another mow just 2 days later. After attempting to cancel, I have been charged 3 more times WITHOUT even receiving a mow. After multiple attempts to get a refund while still being charged, I finally had to go through my credit card issuer in order to do a chargeback and block any further attempts to charge me from this terrible company.

Derek with LawnStarter is the best person I have ever had tend to my lawn. It s immaculate!! Others from LawnStarter were ok but Derek goes above and beyond. I highly recommend him to anyone in Midtown!

I wish I had read the lowest ratings before I used this out fit. The first guy dropped out. The second guy up-charged (tall grass) without saying a word and did a sorry job of mowing. He did not honor my instructions for mowing grass tall - so there wouldnt have been a need for tall grass up-charge. The next occasion we were postponed 2 times. When he finally got here he left big heaps of cut grass in various places in the yard. Most crews will cut and blow excess to the driveway and pick it up. Not this guy. Which in this case wouldnt have mattered because he left grass all over the driveway and sidewalks. The problem is these are all contract people cutting for this outfit. They are subcontractors. No skin off their nose if they do you a bad job. He also left his starting fluid can in my neighbors yard. Not very nice. Save the frustration. Choose a local company or individual.

Set up for bi weekly mowing took them two weeks to come out and they taked on a $50 long grass fee. Then they said my grass didnt need cut on the second two weeks and processed to reschedulefor around 1 and a half months. I am sure had I not canceled they would have tag on the long grass fee again. Edit I am editing my review to add I have been in contactwith them and they have shown a willingness to try and correct the earlier listed problems.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! Both lawn care providers (I cancelled the first one due to lack of performance) were absolutely horrible, unprofessional, did not show up on time on multiple occasions AND the last one didn t cut my yard yet I was charged! The customer support refused to give me a refund and I ended up having to dispute the charges with my bank. I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! You will be disappointed as it is a WASTE OF TIME and MONEY! UPDATE: I received a response to my review from a Kat who asked me to send an email so that she could fix the issue. LIES! I emailed Kat only to receive a message from Francis that I still would NOT receive a REFUND! Interestingly enough, in reading the other reviews, a refund WAS issued to another dissatisfied customer! So, why is that LawnStarter? Do you only offer refunds to people who are NOT persons of color?? In ALL of the communication I received, I was told that refunds are against company policy! Well, I will continue to share that not only does your company offer POOR SERVICE but you also participate in racially bias business practices! Your business will NOT flourish by treating people this way! You should be utterly ashamed of yourselves!

I had multiple instances where a job was marked as complete even though no one had even shown up to my property. One such job was an extra tree trimming service that I paid an additional $90 for. The job was never completed, though the crew claimed it was. Also, nearly every time I had a service scheduled I received a message saying that they were unable to do the job that day due to personal issues and that I had been rescheduled. I can understand once or twice, but this happened for nearly 75% of my services. Im still working with customer service to receive a refund for the incomplete services. Working with the customer service rep was the only positive experience I had with Lawnstarter.

Andrew the man that mows my lawn is fast understands what I ask of him and my lawn looks awesome. I would like to tip him but I don t know how to get to the website to do that please send info.

This is just my first week. A simple call to en-suite ended up with getting my service for mowing scheduled and mulching and shrub trimming. All was done on time and Josh, who is responsible for our yard has been great to work with thus far. The prices are affordable, the service is timely and you can do everything through an app on your phone. Absolutely love this service!

They were very quick to get me on their schedule and they communicate quickly about any issues with the scheduled mowing. You can communicate with your team through an App and request additional services if needed.

Will not stop contacting me after asking for an initial quote. Have asked multiple times to stop texting and calling but they keep doing so. I DO NOT WANT YOUR SERVICE QUIT CONTACTING ME. Thanks!

Beware of their long grass policy. They will take your credit card information and charge you double the quoted price without telling you that they will be charging you this fee beforehand.

Ive started from nothing and cause of you guys im in too 100 percentile and among the number one lawn care companys . I have 5.0 rating new mowers and such. Thanks dont all. I compete very well with big companys and did I mentiin i started solo . now got one guy with me.

Has always provided great service and even if there is rain in the forecast he has always either came before or in a timely manner after.
