I was recommended this company by a friend of a friend and I wish I hadn't listened. We had a previous company that just stopped showing up so I had high hopes for this company. We had one of the best looking yards on the block and after two treatments with Greenleaf, our lawn looks awful! I do not recommend this company!
Have used them for four years. First couple of years was great the last two have been terrible. I called to get a technician out and told them do not fertilize without talking to me first! Came home and saw the sign they leave after application! Called and was told they forgot. I called again and in a couple of days a tech shows up and tells me he thinks it is grubb worms. And any bad spots Bermuda would need be sod layed. Did granules for grubs on the whole yard myself and layed some sod. Have watered heavily and wanted to get it fertilizer applied. Have called multiple times with no response
They are very reliable and do great work. The service crews are hardworking and show up consistently every week around the same time. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Customer service is excellent. They do a great job of answering the phone fast and are always so helpful.
I have used Greenleaf Lawn for over 6 years. This is by far the best lawn company I have ever used. They send a crew every time to work my small yard, and the guys are extremely professional and respectful. Their work is quality and they make sure all points are covered, every time they work my yard. I have also used them for flower bed work, and again perfect every time. Lori and Melissa in the office have been a blessing to work with. They meet and exceed any need I have. I am not just a customer, but they "know" me. Hi. I have had a great vendor experience with Greenleaf Lawn LLC. My lawn had improved so much in turf quality since they took over treating my lawn. Weeds are gone. The turf quality is improving. The lush green look of the lawn is wonderful. They also maintain my lawn on a weekly basis. Their crews are efficient and courteous and do a great job. I had high hopes for this company. Even though their monthly quote of $673 was more expensive than the other quote I received, which would have also included a few additional services, I decided to give them a shot because they seemed like nice people and were more responsive to messages than their competitor. What a terrible mistake it was to sign up for their services! My backyard used to look like a golf course resort. The grass was beatiful and green; the trees were lovely. Last August, their team took it upon themselves to use a hedge trimmer on my weeping willow trees to make it easier for them to mow under the trees. When I got home, what used to be gorgeous and healthy weeping willow trees looked pitiful! Since then, one of the trees had died. They assured me that the trees would be ok, yet I now have to pay $1,200 to remove one tree and prune the other in hopes to, at least, save one of them, as it's not looking too good nearly a year later. Their crew would constantly get stuck in the back and rip out the grass. Their excuse was that our grass in the back is always wet. Well, what do you expect when you show up the day after it poured outside? They were very well aware that our yard retains water for a few days after it rains, yet they seemed to consistently stop by the day after it rained and then blame our yard for being always wet. I'm attaching photos of how our backyard looked before we hired Greenleaf and after to let you be the judge. I'm also attaching a screenshot of the "owner's" email to me from yesterday. When they ripped out the grass yet again two days ago, I contacted their office with pictures, to which I got a highly unprofessional response from the "owner." In 17 months, Greenleaf Lawn managed to successfully destroy our yard, yet daring to point out their mistakes seemed to have angered the "owner." Save your money and find somebody else. I have given this company countless chances, but I now feel like I had wasted so much time, energy, and money (over $11k) on a company that shouldn't be in business because the "owner" is utterly unprofessional and chooses to attack the customer instead of owning up to their team's mistakes and offering a solution. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! EDIT: The upload of the pictures is delayed a bit, so I wanted to include the "owner's" email below. If you'd like to see the pictures right away, please go to their Facebook page. I was able to attach seven pictures to my review successfully on Facebook. Here's the e-mail that I received yesterday: Your lawn is always wet. If we skip it you are unhappy that the grass is tall. When we mow it the wet soft areas may incur some lines but the grass is not ruined or damaged. The crew does their best to provide outstanding service and work with the conditions of your lawn. As our service is not satisfactory to your standards, we feel it is best to terminate the contract effective immediately. A check will be issued for any credit balance on the account. I hired them to do my Christmas lights. They were not very helpful giving me an idea on when they'd be out to do them (estimated sometime in the next week or two). They got out pretty quick (few days - seems like they could've known that and given me a heads up instead of 6pm on a Friday night). The installers were friendly and quick except for the fact they didn't speak a word of English which was frustrating as the home office didn't tell them a few things like we had purchased a wreath. Trying to talk with the installers (multiple times) was painful as all we could do is a bunch of pointing and grunting. I called the home office and got a wreath out there a few days later which is clearly amateur made but does the job. All of that is kind of expected these days, unfortunately, so not a big deal. However, they put my lights on with clips that make the lights on top of and inside of the shingle a couple of inches. The problem is you can only get a decent view of the lights on the house when you are looking directly at it as most lights will be blocked by the shingle from any other angle. Also, I did a red outline and the red was significantly more dim than the rest of the lights. I asked them about this and they knew and just acted as if it's just the way it is. I suggested maybe they try a brighter light for red. They suggested I alternate with a different color. Asked to go ahead an alternate (just tired of talking with them at this point) and haven't heard back. Someone posted the office lady having an attitude - I definitely picked up on it but she wasn't too bad. Just short and not very caring. Oh, they also are the highest price around. I just had heard about them for so long I felt like giving them a try this year. The girl who estimated the pricing was pretty nice and helpful. The pricing to put lights on shrubs as well as a wreath is insane.
These guys are tremendous! I would recommend them to anyone needing a dependable and trustworthy lawn care service around Tulsa. They show up when they say they will, and they work hard when they are there. I have never had any problems with them one bit. They have very fair and reasonable rates and everyone I have had the pleasure of speaking to when I have called them are extremely kind and polite. If you need any type of lawn care, these are the guys to call. We plan on using them for Christmas light installation again this year too since they did such a good job last year.

Ive had two yard companies since Ive moved into this house and my yard always had issues. I switched to Greenleaf lawn and they have made my yard look amazing.
Greenleaf has been our Mill Creek Pond HOA Lawn Service for five years. They do an exemplary job of everything and are excellent to work with.
I got recommendations from neighbors for a lawn mowing company. Despite coming highly recommended, I cannot recommend them. I had some winter kill of Bermuda grass along a fence and planted fescue to cover the dirt to get a spring start. It was coming up beautifully and I asked a man when they started to mow to be sure NOT to weedeat along the fenceline in the back yard. They did. And left the gates open - I have dogs. I contacted the company through their website and expressed my concern and they said they would let the workers know. Again, they used weedeater along the fenceline TO THE DIRT level and effectively killed all the new grass that was growing. And left one gate open. I texted the owner and after a few days he responded that he would handle it. I planted new grass seed. Weedeating was done to the dirt again, and they left both gates open. I cancelled my service. They DID refund me the LAST mowing charge. Too late to plant fescue seed. Ill need to buy sod now.... they cost me money, time and frustration.
A few weeks ago Greenleaf Lawns repaired my faulty 1 year old lawn drains (previously installed by my builder). Chris initially determined the type of drains needed. The team who installed them very skilfully placed new drains and resodded in 2 very hot and long days (over 10 hous each day in very hot weather)! Marvin, the team supervisor explained everything to me as they worked and was so conscientious about every detail. I was especially impressed that they discovered one source of my muddy lawns: a cracked sprinkler pipe that was placed by the builder. I highly recommend Greenleaf for all your lawn and landscaping needs! Special thanks to Marvin and his amazing, hardworking team!

Simply put, my lawn looks the best on my street thanks to their handy work. Our grass is super lush and completely weed free and everyone says it looks like golf course. Great company to work with for sure. Our yard looks amazing year round. Whats amazing is that our lawn is always the only one that ends up not being totally dead in the winter time. No matters how cold it gets outside we still have partially green grass. That just speaks to the work they do to it year round as far as the fertilizing, aeration and weed control.

Had a ton of weeds in early spring after calling GreenLeaf Jeff was sent out promptly to spray, I saw incredible results within 24 hours. Just had another spraying of fertilizer and weed control. Can not wait to see it continue to progress!

Over the past 35 years, I have used several lawn services in the Tulsa area. Greenleaf is by far the best lawn care I have ever used. No one ever came out to give estimate
Auto drafted from my account three times without my permission! My account was set up for me to call and pay. Every month I will call and they would assure me they would fix the problem. Three times is too many to have to call for something like this. I was also not happy with the overall look of my lawn I had dead grass and weeds.
WOW! What a difference Greenleaf lawn has made to our lawn. Our lawn latterly looked like a perfectly green carpet all summer long. The fertilization and weed control made such a difference! As far as their mowing service, it was outstanding too. Look forward to another season of using them next year.
Worked with this company for putting our Christmas lights up. They also will take them down, replace burned out bulbs and store them for you for next year. Their administrative staff are very responsive, helpful and polite.

Called them to see about a quote for sprinkler. I asked them about it and they hung up on me. I assumed that the connection had a problem so I called back. It rang and rang but there was no answer so I waited for awhile and called again. This time the line was immediately picked-up and hung up. It seemed to be on purpose. Perhaps because my phone number is still the one I had from when I lived out-of-state? Still, pretty unprofessional.
In 5 days time they mowed twice and applied two lawn treatments; burned up the bermuda lawn. The following Fridqy i heard the mower but thought Well, jokes on them. There is no grass. But he was out pushing the mower over dirt so i ran to get my robe on to go out and tell him to leave and when i ran outside he was loading up. He didnt leave an invoice on my door so i figured he realized there wasnt anything to mow. But, no, i got the email invoice...and was charged full amount for him mowing dirt for less than a minute. The folowing Friday i took my daughter to school, two blocks away, and got home to them mowing the damn dirt again. I told them to quit, the grass was already too short, burned up. They smiled and nodded. I assume they dont speak English! I canceled service as soon as they opened. My experience is they are more interested in receiving money than actually caring for my lawn. Update: i agree the overmowing is what killed the lawn and left my yard a mud pit.
Reliable for lawn maintenance
I had hit or miss results with this lawn care company. The last straw was that when I requested my lawn be bagged instead of bing mulched for a higher fee (which I was good with) I personally witnessed the mowers never emptying the mower bags as they mowed and actively would run over clumps of grass that would spill out of the mower. That level of dishonesty just isn t acceptable. This was after an incident where the same employee while blowing off my patio scattered glass shards out of the fire pit and also tried to hide the mistake by blowing it all into the lawn where my kids walk barefoot. I think the company could be dependable, but you would have to watch every move.

I have been working with Greenleaf for going on a year since we purchased our house. The previous owner had let the lawn go but the Greenleaf guys were able to turn it around. Our grass is so thick and green with absolutely no weeds. Its so thick our toddler can even walk in it!Couldnt recommend there team enough.

I have a regularly scheduled service for both the lawn mowing as well as their weed control service. There is nothing I can complain about, as both are done effectively & completely whether or not I am at home or not. Now going on 3 years with Greenleaf don t plan on switching any time soon
Don t waste your time or money. They re in the money business and don t respect customers. Didn t respect our agreement at all. Melissa is unprofessional, overstepped between my husband and I personally. She will take money from you over the word of their lawn guys. Biggest waste of money. What a joke of a company, here I am thinking we got good people. Written or not, when someone gives you payment information you give full disclosure at that time. Melissa likes to talk over customers before they fully explain the issue. Heard negative reviews and should have listened. Ramona is a wonderful employee and does her job properly, she deserves recognition. Melissa apparently is also in charge of the google reviews.

Greenleaf Lawn crew has put up our outdoor Christmas lights for our business for several years now since we saw them on a news segment about holiday lights on channel 8. They do a fantastic job & we will be continuing to use them. Their fee is also more reasonable than other local companies we have used in the past.

Tried to over charge us by 3 times, did a horrible job on the lawn, and then threatened to take us to collections when we didnt want to pay the highly inflated price they decided to charge after we had agreed on a price. They told us they spent 2 hours doing our lawn when I was home and they took less then 15 minutes. When they were done, the yard was horrible, uneven, and had streaks all over it. Also, they charge the highest prices in town. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
I cant express enough how grateful I am for this company. I had been using another lawn care company who were mediocre at best. I stumbled upon Greenleaf after I saw them in the Tulsa People magazine for winning the A-List award for lawn service for like the 6th year in a row. I called and instantly received excellent customer service. Thats when I knew I had to let my current lawn company go. Been working with them for 6-7 months now and Im BEYOND happy. Called and requested a quote for sod on a very large property. Was told someone would be out same day and I would receive an email. Its been 12 days and never heard anything. Called this morning and they told me they have no record of me calling. If they are that unorganized, I definitely do not want to do business with them. Too bad for them as they lost out on a large project that would have also been a large landscape project around a pool we just built.
Jeff came to evaluate. spent less than 10 minutes. never called me back. I had to call him. so he said it was a high cost project. I got an appointment for it. Never showed up. When I called that night he said that he left a message and I did not respond (nothing was on my phone).

Absolutely the best! There when they say they will be. They have meet every sill request I have given them and even returned to take care of something that was parish our fault. Not happy with there service. They are not very clear with their charges.
I was initially sent an estimate of $78 for my lawn care, then the next day I received another email saying that it would cost $600, $50 per man hr. So they are trying to tell me that it would take 12 hours to cut and weed my 1/4 acre corner lot. Um yeah no thanks.
Greenleaf Lawn LLC has been treating my lawn 5-6 times per year to fertilize, and spray for weeds and insects for the past 2-3 years. With that service we have been very happy as they provide good service, and are sensitive to other lawn needs we have had over the years. We just had Greenleaf Lawn LLC complete a landscaping project in our side yards that we wanted to have completed for quite some time, but have found it difficult to find someone to do exactly what we wanted to have completed. We hired Greenleaf Lawn LLC and they have done a wonderful job. Exactly what we asked them to do. We are extremely pleased with the expert help and design. We have found them to be very sensitive to each of our concerns during the project to get the job done exactly right. Thanks Greenleaf Lawn LLC! Everything looks terrific!

My daughter lived in Tulsa and was renting a house. She stared off with a Lawn Company to cut her grass but then one day I had a Police Officer ring my doorbell in Missouri to ask if I had heard from my daughter. You can only imagine the panic that my husband felt. Apparently, the service that she had was not cutting her grass as they were suppose because of the rain. I immediately went on Angies List and found Green Leaf Lawn Care and they were at her house within a couple of days and never missed a day! My daughters lawn always looked good and they would even pull weeds if they felt it needed to be done. They payment method is easy and they communicate very well. Great Company!

After building a new home in BA back in 2014, our yard slowly gathered more and more weeds from the unfinished lots nearby. I tried different combinations of fertilizer and weed control, but the encroachment continued. We called Greenleaf at the beginning of 2016, and in a few short months they have managed to get our weed issues under control! The staff has been quick to reply to emails and questions. My wife is a realtor, and they even helped us by doing a one-time application for a house she was showing on short notice. Greenleaf is awesome!

Greenleaf Lawn has been amazing! I am expecting a baby in the Winter and have been very concerned about Zika. They come in a timely manner, they always shut our gate and I havent had one single bite this summer. That is crazy for me, because I generally have to bathe in bug spray to keep them off of me. I can go outside in our yard now with no bug spray on and I wont receive a single bug bite. Greenleaf is awesome and I highly recommend them!

We have used Greenleaf Lawn for almost 2 years for lawn care . We have been pleased with them, they do great work at keeping our yard looking amazing. We used their holiday lights service last year and they did an amazing job and we didnt have to worry about taking the lights down, they put the lights up and then after the holiday, came and took the lights down, and they store them too! Great company!

I have been using lawn treatment companies for many many years. And except for one mom and pop, they have been very well known companies. We have rental property and have special billing for them and none of the other companies could ever bill us correctly. Green leaf isnt a huge nationwide company, but its not a mom and pop either! I can call or email their office in Tulsa and Caroline actually answers the phone (wow) and speaks to you, a real person. I highly recommend Greenleaf and Im sure you will too!!

We love Greenleaf Lawn. They cut our grass, planted trees, installed our sprinkler system, & hung/took down/stored our christmas lights. You can always get ahold of Misti in the office. I needed one bed landscaped. New plants etc... I met with a guy (dont remember his name) and he said he would get back with me to give me a quote the following Monday. I never heard from him again. Maybe the project was too small or he was too busy. His choices were: tell me hes too busy (decline the job), refer the job, take the job. Before he vanished, he estimated the project to cost between $800 and $1,500. I was prepared to pay it. I guess thats too small. I will tell everyone I know not to use them. I decided to go ahead and do the bed myself.
