Used Fairway for around 2-3 years both the outdoor pest and summer lawn care service. Customer service was never really bad but never that good either. The pest spraying and lawn care never really solved any of our issues, which is why I switched to another company

Our lawn has been healthier looking while Fairway has been treating it. We are well pleased with them.

My lawn was close to dead and mostly weeds until I started using Fairway Lawns a couple of years ago. Now it looks fantastic!

Terrible customer service, no follow up or attempts to address complaints. Been with this company for two years dealing with unprofessional employees who seem to care less about their customers. Calling does absolutely nothing, no Im sorry, no how can we help?...Nothing! Worst weed control weve experienced from a lawn service in over 20 years. Moving on.

They came and treated my lawn without me asking them to (after my contract was complete and I have signed up with another lawn company). Then they sent me a bill. I called them 2 separate times and explained to situation and asked them to remove the charge. Both times they assured me that they would. Just this week I received a letter from a collection company for $65 for that same treatment. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

Fairway always does a fantastic job! I made the mistake of switching vendors a few years ago and regretted it. Their service is unmatched.

I ve used other lawn care companies and Fairway lawn service is by far the best. Their phone representatives are courteous and professional and the lawn care technician did a great job of articulating the current condition of our lawn, he appeared to thoroughly applied the chemicals, and explained how the treatments will enhance the overall health and growth. They used to be good. Hired them 15 years ago as my weed was out of control even though it was treated by Trugreen. Fairway got it taken care of within a year. If weed propped back up within a week or two, they would come and take care of it within a day or two for free and not be considered as one of the scheduled treatment. Fast forward to about a few months ago, weed is propping up in places. Each time I call, I m in between services or I d just have to wait for the next treatment. Never can can at the right time. If I call in within a few days, I m told to give it time for the treatment to work. Maybe they have gotten too big and lost the service mentality as they once did. I ve decided to include it here as I believe it s the standard trained script that the person I talk to uses.

Fairways did a great job, even blew fertilizer off my sidewalk.

Have been with Fairway for years. Always notify when treatments are due. Suggest additional services if needed. Easy to communicate with. Would never switch.

They were so awesome for the longest time and now they rush and miss areas i hate that i feel i have to be here and they still missed areas.dissapointed to say the lease

We have been a customer for a few years. All of our bushes died in front of our house since using this service. Yesterday I watched their guy drive the thing thru my garden. I called to ask if it will kill my garden no one knew. They spray the blue/white balls all over my patio,patio furniture, plants in front and back and leave them. We spent most of our day trying to remove this from outside living and ofcourse now inside due to so many of them. I watched the employee spend less than 5 minutes here just spewing stuff all over everything posting a sign and hitting the road. I canceled our service today. I would rather have weeds.

I started out with two treatments this year, so far. Ive been trying to get someone out because Ive got nutsedge popping up everywhere. I cant get a local number to call, its just a call center. Ive called 3 times in 7 days with no response requesting someone to call me. I was told someone would be out, and Nobody came. I saw one of thier trucks drive by my house, and I tried to wave them down. They made eye contact with me and didnt even stop. So, I called and cancelled them. My lawn looks worse than the last two years when I was treating it myself. Dont waste your time or money with this company

I ask for one time weed and feed. They quoted me and came out later then promised. The charged me extra since one time. I was assured I would not be put on a treatment plan. They record calls go listen to it. The treatment didn t kill the weeds, then I got a text today telling me they were going to treat my yard tomorrow. So I called and replied to text. Text said the would cancel but they don t do a one time treatment. I might have let them do another one but not paying for a treatment that didn t work.

I understand weather plays a part in the ability to treat my yard, but 3 months without communication is not very professional. When I called, the rep seemed shocked that it has been so long and he put me on the ASAP and told me to call if I haven t heard back in three days. So I did and learned from another rep that I was not properly put on ASAP. This is the first lawn care company I have used, I m not very impressed. I haven t lost any money, but I m disappointed in the company. I did get a sales call from them wanting me to buy a treatment for grubs though.

They used to to be amazing but like most companies with success they have become below avg in service and pricing! I have been with them for years and unfortunately today I am leaving them! UPDATE: I was contacted by the Mgr. and he apologized for the experience I had and he made everything right! I am now back to being a happy customer. Thank you Fairway Lawns of Tulsa for correcting this. I am happy to be back!

Every season I have to call them for something they promised would happen when we first spoke before I agreed to their services. They said they would notify us before coming out, so I could ensure the gates were unlocked and our dogs could be put inside, out of their way and the dogs would not get out of the backyard. Every year they forget but after I call and discuss it they are great and it s usually just a one time per season. This season we FINALLY got a text that they were coming out today 3/19/24. Great, a few weeks late, but hey at least they notified me, right! Well then guess who just ghosts us and doesn t even show up. Tried calling multiple times but couldn t get through to anyone. I guess the honeymoon is over . Well, as we all saw in the response, a manager was supposed to reach out to me. It s Wednesday 3/20/24 after 5pm and no manager has called. I did get another text to say Unlock your gates and put your dogs away we ll be by to do your yard tomorrow. No, no thanks. I m done

I watched this mans spray. My shrubs down with spray from the cameras on my house. Next thing, my shrubs started dying. Then they went to my backyard and sprayed my black screens with chemicals. I asked them not to do it. Because its hard to clean up, but they come over again and spray it down again. So now I will never have this company at my house ever again. They lost a customer forever.

Should have read the reviews of others before I signed up for their poor service. Informed them I had put down fescue in the fall, 1st service of the season they used 2 things that would kill fescue, Simazine and Specticle Flo. Now I have to find another service company that can hopefully rescue my lawn. This company is a waste of time and money, use anyone else.

Absolutely adore this company! They are professional & very kind. + They brought our lawn back to life when moles had ravaged it bare in several areas across our property.

This company is amazing! I previously had TruGreen (only bc they bought out the company I had before) and after I cancelled them because they were HORRIBLE my yard got unruly after a couple years. Fairway was much cheaper, had my lawn in great shape after just a couple of treatments, and they never call trying to sell me more stuff I don t need. They even send me detailed emails about what all the treated with tips. So glad I switched to a company that really cares about the quality of their work.

If I dont care who youre using...Fairway Lawns is better! T-Shirts were available - I would wear one everytime I mowed :) - just flat out the best option in town - Ive had other companies try.. Ive tried...but nothing even comes close to the quality products fairway uses, their service and the results (this beautiful green lawn dont lie) - both of my neighbors had great looking lawns (we talkin football turf nice) and I was always rockin the Sandlot - but now...lol - they askin me for tips! And you already know what Im telling em! the grass is greener with Fairway! - I really hope Fairway knows how great they are. Stop mowing your dirt and call them today! - Thank you Fairway!

They are great

Have used fairway for 1.5 years or so, treated multiple times per year. My yard has never looked worse. The tech in Owasso area must be clueless.

No different from True Green! They started servicing my yard during the winter and have done several treatments up to today. How does my yard look?? Full of weeds!!! Very upset and disappointed!

Our lawn was not terrible but I thought it was compared to our neighbors. It was a very quick turn around in the yard and now its a dark weedless green. The techs are nice and friendly and seem to take care around vegetable beds, flower beds, and trees with the weed killer.

I ve used them for a few years now after having substandard results from another company. They ve been great and have really improved my lawn. I appreciate that I get a courtesy text the day before they come out so we can make sure and have our dogs inside. I also like that they leave detailed notes on what they did and make recommendations for things I can do to help maintain the lawn. Now most of our neighbors use them because they ve seen the improvements to our lawn since switching to them.

AFTER ONLY 2 APPLICATIONS, MY LAWN IS LOOKING SO MUCH BETTER AND THE WEEDS ARE GONE!!

I like how easy it is to pay in advance for our lawn maintenance. Our yard rarely has any weeds, and if we get a few they are quickly taken care of in the next treatment.

Weve used Fairway for years. This year we had a fungus in the lawn. They came out and treated the fungus and spread grass seed. We are very pleased with them.

Professional and stands behind there service. I would like a brief note on my door when they apply products with when to water and any other instructions.

We have used several other lawn services in the past many years. None have made our lawn look as good as it does with Fairway! My husband and I are very picky about our lawn and are very pleased with Fairway and highly recommend them!

They also did lawn fertilization. I ve had Truegreen and BLC in the past. Fairway does better job and pleasant to deal with.

We couldn t get rid of all of our weeds after purchasing our house. Fairway took care of all the weeds and our lawn is beautiful.

I use Fairway because my neighbor s lawn looked so great so I asked what they were doing: they told me about Fairway. After my first application my lawn looks wonderful. My lawn is healthy, a deep shade of green and weed free. Fairway is the best service I have ever used.

Husband is a former golf course superintendent and was very surprised and satisfied at how well the 1st treatment worked. We started the year too late for the 1st official application, so our lawn was already green when they came out, with Johnson grass and dandelions trying to establish themselves. Walking through, we can only see Bermuda grass! I just hope they continue to use granular and take care to not get any in my garden beds. Thanks in advance, Fairway!

I have no idea what they do. I sent my check in for the years service and havent seen any evidence they have done anything. They never leave a note if theyve been here.

My tech does a great job. The lawn looks great and he is very responsive to any concerns I might have.

Effective weed control and Fescue seeding,

We have tried many lawn services over the years. Most start out well but for some reason, in our experience, the service quality tends to degrade rapidly. We have been using Fairway Lawns for several years now for fertilizer and weed control and have been very pleased with the results. We have had little reason to contact them but when we have the responses have been prompt and helpful.

Our yard in both the front and back of our house was a mess. They have brought our grass back and all weeds are under control and the purple weed is now completely gone. Yard area out the back had a lot of missing grass and it is now growing over the patches. We are totally completely satisfied and will continue to use Fairway to keep our yards maintained.

We always receive good service w/Fairway. One time we had a questionable treatment. Tech & their Mgr came to verify we hat happened. After discussion it was determined that they had preformed the service, but they did it again so we would be sure it was all taken care of.

My wife and I have used this company for several years with great results. We have tried the other companies with no where near the results we have with Fairway Lawns. Most everyone who stops by compliments on how good the yard looks. If there is a problem with weed control, we can call and they are out very quickly to take care of the issue. Will not use any other company.

Service has been excellent and pricing is very competitive. First year of service so still having some issues with Nutsedge (hate the stuff) and a few stray grasses but after 2 applications the lawn is coming into line.

It doesnt seem to be effective against Po-Anna and I didnt recieve a billing on my front porch or a evaluation of my lawn.

Fairway is FANTASTIC! They have kept our lawn weed free for two years. In addition, my husband has called them a couple of times to spot treat our back yard and they have been to the house within 24 hours. I highly recommend their service.

Have had a love hate relationship with them. Depends on which home weve lived in of the 3 weve used them at. Really want to like them but cant get a phone call before they come to spray like weve requested, and they told us we would get, so they just stopped spraying our lawn.

Ive had Fairway almost continuously for 7 or 8 years. Theyve serviced two homes and many neighbors after I had to reveal they were the reason my yard looks great each year. Their fertilizers work great and.its very rare to have a weed. If I do, they take care of it. I recommend them

I started using Fairway when Lawn America to True Green. I prefer to not do business with True Green. I ve had a few treatments and things seem to be going ok. They don t call to sell me more services, which I like. There was a slight price increase that I don t recall being told about but that s not the end of the world. I would like some feedback on what I can do different to improve my lawn.

They ve been very consistent these past 4 or so years we ve used them. Very pleased.

For years I did my own weed control and it never turned out very well. And I began to see a lot of signs for Fairway on lawns in my neighborhood. So I gave them a try this year, and they have done a great job ! Our lawn looks better than ever !!

My yard has never been so green and weed free. I ve tried 4 different companies over the course of 12 years, giving each one an opportunity to create the desired results. They always came up short. A total of 3 applications so far this year has generated the results none of the others ever did. Fairway provides Weed control along with fertilizer applications and my yard really does look like a fine golf course fairway, at last. Thank you Fairway.

When we moved into our home, our yard was a disaster! We hired Fairway Lawns and Mike serviced our lawn. Withing 3 months our lawn was amazing. We had numerous people stop and ask us who we had for our lawn service. Now our entire neighborhood has Fairway Lawn signs.

The technicians are always prompt, professional and thorough. We ve admired lawns in our neighborhood that have Fairway Lawns signs, and now we are happy to have a beautiful lawn, too!

We had mushrooms coming up the past year as a result of a tree that was removed 2 years ago. Fairway Lawns helped us tremendously by coming out and putting on a fungicide to help kill these mushrooms. They were very helpful as they have been in the past. During the past 2 years they have also helped us with seeding under our oak tree with high quality fescue. I cannot believe how luscious the grass is under the tree when it use to be nothing but dirt. We are so happy with this company!

Fairway has treated my lawn for over 2 years now, and its greener and thicker than ever before. Most notable though is that they have successfully controlled an infestation of Dallis Grass, which was ruining my lawn. Others have tried, but they have managed to bring it under control. I am very satisfied with the work they have done.

Fairway lawns was servicing my house before I purchased it. The old owner carried a balance as a courtesy. I am so happy he did! The lawn looks rich, full, and is the neighborhood gem. Makes my neighbors jealous! During the transition from the old owners arrangement to the new agreement with fairway and myself, we encountered a hiccup. Kaili in the office was lightning quick in her responses and handling of the issue. Before calling I thought I was in a hard place because the services was amazing and the hiccup concerned me. But Kaili crushed any doubts in my mind service on point. Product on point. Use them. I don t leave a lot of reviews. But today I did. Thank you!

I had a great interaction with a Fairway Lawns techician (Keith) today that warrants mentioning. Today, Keith was servicing a neighbors lawn. I had several questions regarding the condition of our yard, and asked Keith if he had a minute to take a look or if we needed to schedule an appointment. Without hesitation, Keith grabbed his soil sample probe and came over. After a brief conversation, Keith had diagnosed several issues and made recommendations for each. Through our brief interaction, it was clear that Keith was extremely knowledgeable about lawn care, and sincere about providing solutions that will result in a healthier lawn. Thanks again for your time today Keith. You went above and beyond, and it is very much appreciated! Looking forward to implementing your recommendations, and seeing the results.

Fantastic customer service, my yard looks amazing

I think the yard guys do a good job but I have a hard time getting them to schedule. They dont show up after a month or follow-up... Then I have to remember when they were here and call.

Four different people from Fairway have treated this yard in one year. Almost half of my front yard (Zoysia grass) is now dead. Yard has been improperly treated and now its dirt. When I called to cancel, nobody cared. Just another one size fits all lawn service. If you love your lawn, steer clear! Follow up: Supervisor called 2 weeks ago & agreed that Fairway had treated the lawn improperly, causing it to die. Said theyd send a refund check for last treatment (a drop in the bucket vs. the cost of fixing their mistake). Still no check. Follow up #2: received our refund check for one treatment. Our grass is still dead and yard looks terrible

We used Fairway Lawns for about a year and they did a great job. Starting the second year I had to start calling them to come out when they were supposed to come every other month to treat our yard. It is almost June, we have had only 2 treatments and we now have weeds coming up in our yard when I was told the last treatment was supposed to kill the broadleaf weeds. I sent them an email communicating my displeasure with their service and they never responded. Very unhappy with their service. We have terminated our relationship and have contacted another lawn care company.

My yard is dead, I called in desperation for help letting them know that it looked like I have a grass rust issue. The following day guy shows up put some fertilizer out. I check the areas he drove his machine over and it was very sparse in granules. My front yard has some kind of strange growth almost like a fungus and it s only gotten worse since the phone call. My expectation is if I m paying a company to help me that I expect the help instead my yard is worse than before. Very disappointing

Used them for my weed and fertilizer control since 2013. They have been courteous, helpful and flexible (with times and treatment changes) my yard has been the talk of the neighborhood (good talk). Several of my neighbors have switched to them, from another reputable well known service, because of my yard.

The men do a good job and are very polite and professional.

Since starting to use Fairway my lawn couldnt look better. They are always responsive to any issues that may crop up!

I have had very good service from Fairway Lawns. If I have a question I can call Mike, my lawn tech and he always offers to come by or give me advice on what I need to do to maintain my lawn.

I have tried other lawn services prior to changing to Fairway Lawns. I have definitely had the most success with fairway Lawns in lawn care treatment, customer service, punctuality, and how my lawn looks overall.

They give a report of the status of the yard and exactly what was applied to your yard the day of service.

Michael has been great, he is knowledgeable and friendly. For the first time in years I no longer have Poa Annua in my lawn, he was able to eradicate it completely. I keep my gate locked and he always calls the day prior to his visit so I can make sure my dog is in and the gate unlocked.

When we first bought our house our lawn was more weeds than grass. Now with their Expert attention to my lawn s needs, it is lush and beautiful.

Im so glad that we started using Fairway Lawns 2 years ago. They have done a great job maintaining our yard.

My hubby works this ccompany, they do a great job.

Started using their services this year with modest results; it took some 6+ weeks to see any improvements or noticeable results. When I did call to mention this the office staff was very friendly and offered to send someone out there to reapply the treatment; which they billed me for (they rectified after I questioned this and another discount). The other issue stemmed from the employee applying the treatment; as now I work from home I watched the applicant ring done and noticed that hardly any product was being put down and not evenly distributed; their tech told me I could call the office to complain, which I did. Another tech came out, did a better job and then promptly charged me again. I was told I d receive a credit, I waited to pay bill then received letter from collection agency. Unfortunate, it seems they want to do the right thing, but left hand and right hand are not communicating.

Just started service this month. So far so good. The weeds are already dead/dying after 1 treatment

When I first started using Fairway Lawns their work was awesome. My yard looked really good. The last 2 years not as good. Guess I complained too much because when I called them to see when they were coming out to winterize my lawn the lady on the phone said that in Sept, 2019 I had discontinued my service with them.I did not discontinue anything.So I asked to have James call me so maybe we could fix things.He never called so he discontinued me. The first technician was really good. But the two after not as good or the stuff they put on my lawn for weeds was not as good. I have moved on but I still wonder why James never called me back.

Do NOT use this company!! They will come by and leave a bill for services you NEVER ordered!! Called about it, and NO return call from boss !! Shady!!!

I used Fairway for the last 5+ years. The first 3 years were good, but then the service appeared to go down, with weeds never being fully gone, and having weeds come up when my fescue was over-seeded. Not sure what changed, but I just let them go for someone cheaper. To be fair, changing from 3 to 4 stars because I never really complained to give them opportunity to correct the issue.

I hate Fairway Lawns

Not sure about all of these negative reviews. Fairway has some of the best looking lawns, in my opinion. I think it may be because only those that have had a negative experience have bothered to review, which appears to be very few at the time of this review.

Tulsas best lawn care since 1979

Fairlawn killed our entire Fescue Lawn. Instead of killing weeds (which all lived) they killed all of our front lawn. We wrote a letter to the branch manager with pictures and we did not so much as receive a phone call, a letter, not even a Im sorry email from the company. Worst Lawn Service in town. If you have a fescue lawn I wouldnt bother with tjus company. They arnt qualified to handle it and their management apparently doesnt care to make it right when they do svrew it up.
