Omar and the irrigation team are great! They are always on time and super friendly! They completely fixed our drainage problem in our backyard. They re also great at fixing the occasional broken sprinkler head.

Recently had irrigation put into our yard by lawnovation and I could not be more pleased with the entire process! Omar and the irrigation crew went above and beyond to get it done. They also pay attention to details when cleaning and putting our yard back together afterwards.

Going on my 2nd year of using them for weed control. Have been very pleased with my yard since they started spraying. Its much easier to maintain during the summer since Im not fighting the constant growth of dandelions & such.

Appreciate the service I have received so far for my yard. The service tech I have seems knowledgeable about the chemicals used & best options for my needs. He was even able to point out army worms in my neighbors yard so I would know what to look for if they crossed into mine. (No issues with the worms so far!)

I am impressed with the professionalism of this company. Lawnovations was quick to respond, provided me with an evaluation in less than 24 hours after discussions of lawn care options, and they walk you through everything (every step, the process, and answered any questions that came up). They are dedicated and truly care about the work and customer service they provide to you.

They refuse to accept responsibility for an error they made in treating or should I say not treating our yard, over priced, Josh is not professional and would not even consider that one of his employees made an error. I understand as a manager to have your employees back, however, when i am being told that we said something that I know for a fact that was not said and not even being given the consideration that I am in the right and they are in the wrong is unbelievable. I do not recommend.

They have been great. I assumed the lawn maintenance would help but had no idea how well it would work. They paid special attention to the weedy spots and the yard is starting to look great. Made a HUGE difference. We can see the grass crawling to the bare spots where the weeds used to be. Couldnt be happier. Even the circle where the trampoline was (3 years ago) is filling in. Finally! Thank you.

I called Lawnovations and requested a irrigation install quote. I received an email from Jacque, informing me they would be happy to give me a quote but wanted me to know that their systems start at $6,000 and go up from there. So basically, telling me unless I have a irrigation job that Im willing to spend that minimum on then dont bother wasting their time. I, in fact , have a small lawn and know that my job would not meet their minimum cost of $6000. I am stunned that their company thinks that my small lawn is beneath their standards. So warning, do not bother calling unless you have acres of irrigation you need installed. Ridiculous!

Omar and his crew are the most professional subcontractor on my pool projects. I have built two pools, both using Lawnovations. They are the only contractor (out of pool, electrician, plumber, etc) that I could count on 100% of the time. These guys go above and beyond at every opportunity: Even loose ends that weren t quoted, they do the job right.

We have used Lawnovations for many years now. They do everything for us- Lawncare, Fertilization, Landscaping, Irrigation, and lighting. They do it all. They are always immediately responsive. We had a Cherry tree dropping cherries that our new puppy was eating. The pits are poisonous to dogs. I called Josh and he arrived within an hour to remove the tree. We love having Josh and Omar taking care of all of these things for us. They are responsive, professional and great fellas to deal with. The entire crew is top notch. The best we have seen in the Tulsa area!

Omar & team took over put our yard back together after a back yard pool build. They had their crew ready to go when the pool folks pulled out. I was around for the work they performed, but they worked independently for 98% of the time. Their clean up was thorough & complete. I added some additional landscaping separate of the original proposal, without asking for a price because I felt comfortable with their team it would be priced fairly, and it was. I would definitely hire them again for additional work. Thank the entire team if you would Omar, you rock!!

There is no doubt in my mind that the owner, Josh, takes pride in every job his company does. I have never had a negative experience with Lawnovations. The crews doing the work are all extremely respectful. When I call their office to schedule something, they are always helpful. This company is the real deal. Do yourself a favor, and start using Lawnovations for all of your outdoor needs. Josh is a great guy and his company is outstanding. I can not say enough good things about Lawnovations. Josh even took the time to custom order hot pink Christmas lights for our house because that was what our daughters had requested. For Christmas lights, they hang them, they take them down, and they store your lights for you to be reused the next year.

Josh from Lawnovations was awesome to work with. Quick to come out and get me a bid. My project wasn t large on any scale but he never made me feel like my time or requests weren t valuable. His employees who completed the project were very professional. If I had any questions or wanted to make any changes, it was never a problem. Josh was great to respond before the end of the day. The landscaping turned out perfect. I will use them for all landscaping projects I have in the future and I will recommend only them to people who need any work completed.

We have used Lawnovatons since 2013, and they have always provided outstanding service, products and workmanship. From Lawn care, flower selections and building a spectacular outdoor kitchen, we would never consider using any other conntractor!

Absolute best experience! Not only were they very competitively priced but the attention to detail and onsite management was superior. After working with contractors the last three years on building a house & a multitude of projects, they have been by far the BEST to work with! We installed a pool and Josh came out to replace our irrigation, added drainage and laid my sod. His crews worked extremely hard and knocked the project out without a single issue. Owner of the company has incredible integrity & the nicest employees.

Bad service from day 1. They first treated the wrong house, then they forgot the 2nd treatment until I called them. On the last treatment they killed my grass, and then when I called they refused to return my calls. Only when I sent an email did they call. they then blamed it on army worms, and not their product or service. Little did they know know I have a professional pest service that treats for army worms and other pests. Beware of this company as they are not good at all.

Ill preface this by saying my yard has never looked better and the company does a good job WHEN they show up. There have been several times now that an appointment was scheduled and no one showed or called to reschedule. I have also sent emails requesting new services at my residence with no responses, this makes no sense. This is frustrating considering Ive been through just about every lawn care company out there and this one has actually made a difference on my yard. Unfortunately, poor communication and inability to show up for appointments are this companys downfall.

I have been using Lawnovations for all my landscaping needs for about a year now and would recommend them for anyone. Th entire team has been great to work with! Ray does a fantastic job spraying chemicals on the lawn, two thumbs up! Michelle has been great to work with. She worked on a design for renovating my front yard flower bed and Im excited to see how this turns out! Jacque is also great to work with and is very prompt with getting back to me with any concerns I have. She is also very sweet and thoughtful - she sent me a card when I was not feeling well.

My first contact with Lawnovations was yesterday. Jackie returned my phone call in minutes and she was so professional, efficient, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She measured my yard as we spoke via google earth or some other method they use and gave me a quote on the spot. In 15 minutes, Jackie had signed me up for a treatment scheduled for the afternoon and took my payment over the phone. I love efficiency and customer service. The price was perfect. The technician called me on his way to my house so I could make sure my senior dogs were not able to get out. He seemed to really care that my pets were safe. He was great like Jackie. My takeaway from this is that Josh Eberth is running a great company and has modeled a culture of customer service and focus. It showed in every aspect of my experience and I m so excited to continue doing business with Lawnovations. I m going to look into using more of their many services listed on their user friendly website! I m also going to tell everyone I can to use this company for their lawn and landscaping needs!

Weve used them in 2019 to update our beds front and back. Loved their work and the design. Had them return this year to add some color for the summer and looks great.

Everyone was very professional and hard working. Michael was very accommodating with a couple of last minute changes. They did not cut corners and did a very thorough job of replacing and adding to our french drain system. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again for other projects.

Had a no show appointment from Ray Phillips on Friday 8/28. Called and texted with no response. Called lawnovations main number and left message. No call returned. Called left message Monday 8/31. Finally had return call Tuesday from Jackie. Guaranteed I would get call back from Josh or Duke. Never received that call. Hard to believe they have good ratings based on the lack of interaction and follow-up.

Lawnovations designed and installed a poolscape for us last year. During the design phase Josh and his team listened to our input and made changes and offered new suggestions as we evolved our ideas. During the construction and installation phase the team worked quickly, professionally and communicated daily with regards to progress and any as-built changes that had to be made compared to plan. We will definitely use again for some front yard ideas we have.

Requested to mow lawns and the rudest person told us they will charge more than quoted and needed to be paid upfront at increased costs. Not interested in doing the work they advertised.

Very poor customer service and follow through! I had them out to my house a couple months ago to give me an estimate on a couple things and I was told I would get an email with the estimate within a week. I have never received the email. I have also called and left several messages on their answering machine and have not received a return call. Bad experience.
