I reached out and they replied with “who is this.” After a while they realized I booked a yard clean up on their website and replied with “Hi this is Don Vasquez with Vasquez Lawn Care in Tulare what's the address.” I gave it to them and without consultation they just said I’ll show up tomorrow. I asked the time they said 9-10. I waited and heard nothing I asked if they were still coming and they said they were running late. They didn’t get here until 11 and I didn’t hear the doorbell. I got a text saying they are on limited time and that’s it. It was not a good customer experience but I can’t say anything about their work. Just beware of the lack of customer support.
