Technician arrived half hour before scheduled, I was unable to prepare yard for spray. Ive had WeedCo 8 times before, this treatment was skimpy, expect Ill have weed growth. Invoice received next day showed while Id paid in full by check, the office also billed my credit card ...and added a credit card fee.

Effren is very professional and thorough. He took care of the in & out pest spraying and put sticky traps for scorpions in the garage, which no other pest service has ever suggested or done. He also took care of going over some other spots that were a concern of mine, as well as respraying a wasp issue I have been having. I recently moved into a new house and quickly discovered it was overrun with spiders outside, which were making their way inside, along with a lot of ants. It was overwhelming but I called Tim and he was great with setting me up with service over the phone and then Effren came to the rescue. He treated the entire exterior of the house, knocking down all the webs and treating for all pests trying to get inside. The very next day, I stepped outside to find at least 20 spiders dead on the ground, along with other beetles and pests. The difference was night and day. I couldnt recommend this company enough! If youre dealing with a pest problem, call Weedco theyll take care of it!

Jose did a great job. He was on time very polite. He did not over spray on the concrete walkways or wall. However he was short on the west side by 3-4 feet in the front yard. I suggest working with the neighbors to the west to schedule on the same day. (they use Weedco also)

Misleading saying you elwill get rid of weeds when all you do is initially turn green weeds to brown weeds and not physically remove them without disclosure to that effect.

I was referred by a friend for outstanding service by this company, so I reached out about a quote for service on my home gave all my information and never received a call or email with my quote I was a little disappointed, I ended up using a local small business instead.

Dont call this place! What a cluster to try to get a hold of someone. I called them 2 days ago and no call back to schedule an appointment. Are they that busy? Why cant they let the customer know from the beginning. They have an answering service and the third time I called to actually get the office number the person gave me the phone number to Sirius XM radio. I had to leave one star to post this review otherwise I would be leaving negative stars

Been using them the last couple of years with no issues .This time they stood me up on my scheduled appointment with no communication or explanation until I called the following day.They rebooked me and sprayed with no issue but was irked that they seemed just fine that I was passed over

Had weedco last year and was very satisfied with their service,this year not so satisfied. You could hardly see the green which makes me wonder if its really any good. They said they quit putting dark green because people didnt like the color well then, they shouldnt have it sprayed. What about those of us that like the darker green? We have to put up with those that dont like something. If you look at the Photos in the weedco ad you can definitely see the green. Im disappointed.

Before the application was complete, it started to rain. Before the technician left with began raining heavily. It was even hailing. Im sure any product that was applied was immediately washed away. Please reschedule.

Steve Price is the perfect example of a professional and detailed oriented technician! Weedco is an excellent company. The owner is a very honest and caring person!

No complaints with the weed treatment service, but customer service is lacking. My next appointment is coming up in a week, and despite being scheduled for a specific date - they text asking you to call. Upon calling, I find out that they have changed their payment policy and are now passing on a 3% surcharge for credit card payments (which is the ONLY payment method they allow you to select online). For someone like me who is legally blind and does not drive, I now have to make special arrangements to get cash in advance of their visit to avoid their merchant fees. Just set your price to cover your business costs. It shouldnt be so hard to do business with you. EDIT on 2/15/24: After confirming, by phone on 2/6, my appointment for 2/15 and making a special trip to get cash in advance of the visit - WeedCo was a no show. I called in again at 3:45 PM and was told my appointment was now set for 2/29. Nobody ever called or texted to move the appointment. Ive asked for a manager or the owner to call me. We will see.

First time using WeedCo. & decided to go with them because I see them in the area all the time and lets face it ... cost effective. They were responsive to my email to schedule the service within a week. They texted me the day before to remind me they were coming. Nick then called to let me know he was 5 minutes out. When he arrived we had a brief conversation on the open gates and confirm the services to be done. Once he was done he reminded me to water 3 days later & if any issues came up to call them & they would come out to resolve it. Now lets wait to see the weeds disappear.

I was thoroughly disappointed and completely surprised at the lack of professionalism I received using this company s service. They say they have a guarantee that if within five months of your initial spray, if any weeds grow back, they will come back for free and do it again. I called for both my home and my business, and they came to my home to redo the yard, as the weeds grew back after a rain storm, but they would not go to my business. I reached out via email, text, phone, and even on Facebook and they removed my post. I left so many messages for the manager Lacey and she didn t get back to me. And Justin, the owner got back to me months later and said they would come out and redo the service, but it wouldn t be for free like their policy states. What a scam and waste of money! I strongly suggest finding another service as they are completely unprofessional, rude and did a horrible job. Now I have to go out and find somebody else to do what should ve been done correctly in the first place. They don t even deserve a one star, zero stars would be better and more appropriate. Steer clear of this company and their horrible work ethics and values as they have none!!!

Wow my yard look like a lawn and I am too old now to go out there and do it myself so I bit the bullet and I said okay Im going to hire somebody well for the amount of money I paid and the service was wonderful they were so on time and so courteous and the weeds were gone and they guarantee him for 6 months it was wonderful experience please try them you wont be sorry because what I was paid for the spraying the container the product it cost me the same

I couldnt be happier with these guys. They were beyond helpful. Lacey (Lace?) was great at scheduling and follow-up. Service was on time and thorough. I mistakenly thought Weedco had killed one of my plants, and they immediately scheduled someone to come out and remove it. Before the appointment Justin (owner) called because he thought there might be a problem with my irrigation instead of the chemicals they used...and he was right. Turns out part of my system had shut off. I need to also mention Meredith in customer service and Mitch, one of the techs. They have been incredibly helpful in the process. I know this is a long review, and I hope it is helpful. And no, Im not a relative!

I was glad when they came out but they sprayed my hose and I had allergic reaction to the spray and they sprayed to close to my rose bushes. The roses didnt bloom until now and they usually bloom in the spring. I was told it was because they sprayed to close to the bushes.

The 3 stars is for the people at weedco, the guys missed a couple spots, so Ive been trying to get hold of weedco for two days now, they wont answer the phone or return messages so I can get the spots they missed done.

I was referred by a man who cleared my large yard and said that Justin of WeedCo was reasonably priced, offered a guarantee, and had known him A LONG TIME! I have four large dogs that are indoors when Im not home. The techs know how to get into my yard, and to close it up. The first couple guys who came out were great, very thorough, and kind. The last two times Ive had to call for resprays & once my gates bottom latch was left open (I usually check it when I get home & forgot this time) and one of my dogs who is a runner took off (we got her). Justin called me to apologize - shes a big white Pitty who loves everyone and every animal - but, shes a Pit and people can be ignorant about the breed. I appreciated him reaching out to me, personally I feel thats great service. The re-sprays could just be due to the weather and stubborn buggers! I would definitely recommend them to others, and have. Once the chemical is dry it is safe for the fur babies - which is of utmost importance to me.

No weed regrowth except 2 that I pulled manually in a year and half. Never had to call for a re spray or touch up. Make HOA happy, so makes me happy.

I especially love their warranty if I still see weeds after 2 weeks, they come back out and spot spray where needed. I have had my yard sprayed, by weedco, twice a year for the last few years. They send a reminder when it s time to spray and are on time for appointments. I am very happy with the results. There were noticeably fewer weeds after the first spraying. Now I have no weeds in between treatments.

there are alot of things i like: right price, i can see where the weed killer is applied, they only need to apply every 5-6 mos, in stead of every month, very professional. do yourself a favor and get a free estimate.

WeedCo was true to their word on their 5 month, no weed guarantee. We had to have them back at least 3 times within 5 months after our first service for weeds popping up. Each time they came & resprayed for no charge. It has now been 3 months since our second scheduled service and our yard is still weed free. The technicians have all been friendly & helpful. Would highly recommend!
