Showed up for a quote and never gave one. Called them to follow up, still no response. Don t waste your time. They are unreliable.

Update: They reached out and explained that they couldnt do any weekend work which is what I prefer. This is fine, and closes the loop in a professional manner. Just wish it couldve been done sooner. OLD: Doesnt appear to be accepting business at the moment. Tried scheduling a quote through the website but it went nowhere. Following up it looks like they never even tried to reach out.

I recently had my yard trimmed of the winter dead branches. Renowned did an excellent job on all shrubs and trees. They even sprayed a few weeds without my asking the trimmers. I have decided to use Renowned on a monthly basis and so has my next door neighbor. They are an excellent company and the owner is very courteous and thorough which is reflected in their work.

I was initially impressed with their Customer Service, so I hired them to complete yard clean up. I felt that the work was very subpar for the amount that they charged. I was advised that they would come by if any of the weeds that they sprayed needed to be addressed again. I contacted Dakotah and sent photos; I was told that they would come back out and spray again. They never showed, so I reached out to Dakotah again and there was never a response. They have proved to be very unreliable and just sped through the work to get enough done. Update: I cane-mail screenshots of all communication via text (or post them here). I never received a reply regarding gps locating. I have checked each day on my camera system and never saw anyone working on the yard. Please forward any information that you have and let me know how you would like to review the communication that I received, as it does not align with what you are reporting.

Renowned Landscaping was excellent. Dakota was always professional and on time. Him and his crew removed old landscaping rock from our front yard and moved some of it to a far corner in our back yard then took the rest with them. Dakota also helped with drainage where we had water that would accumulate in an area by our retaining wall. They had the job completed in one day. Cannot say enough good things about them! We had Dakota quote out putting artificial turf down in an area in our backyard for a project wed like to do in the future. Will always it them up first for our business now!

First time Ive used Renowned Landscaping. After reading their reviews on Google, I had Dakota come and give me an estimate to trim all my oleanders and landscaping maintenance (one price) and after the first visit, monthly maintenance (monthly price). My appointment was scheduled over month out but Renowned Landscaping keeps in contact with you via email and or text to confirm your appointment along with copy of your quote and more. Nathan and Bill arrived today and after going over the front and back yard with them, telling them they had their job cut out for them lol, they immediately got to work and did a beautiful job. They definitely worked hard and if they had any questions they asked and if I had any questions or concerns they handled it like a pro. It even included going to my neighbor behind me, who was in agreement, to finish trimming up the oleanders on that side of my wall. Im sure glad I found Renowned Landscaping and now they are stuck with me..lol Thank you so much! UPDATE 05/24/23: Ive been using Renowned Landscaping for several months now and all their workers are very professional, hardworking, on time and sometimes early which is fine with me and just nice guys. I fully recommend Renowned Landscaping.

My yard has never looked better! They came out and gave me an estimate quickly and got to work the next day! There happened to be a cancelation, so I got lucky, however they still were going to be able to fit me in the same week. Just pointing that out so nobody gets disappointed if they cant get next day service. They were very prompt and so hard working. They communicated throughout the service and made sure they did everything I needed and nothing I didnt want. They were very professional and thorough and really know their stuff! Amazing job! I had let the yard go for a little over a year. A Renowned employee or owner (not sure which) came over to quote me for a job. A one large clean out and further once a month maintenance. I didn t know how much it would be and was only slightly taken aback by the quote for the large clean out. When I got home the day they cleaned the yard I WAS SHOCKED! I had no idea the yard could look so beautiful, and clean. It was like night and day. More than I expected and WELL WORTH THE PRICE !!! They even blew out our carport which I forgot to ask them to do, they just did it and I was so happy as sweeping that out is such a pain in the neck. I cannot wait for my monthly maintenance service and after the results from the first clear out I AM HAPPY TO PAY what they are asking which is so fair for the service we received. Chefs kiss !

I had them clean up a large pile of tree limbs and branches across the street. They not only cleaned up the pile I paid for, but they also picked up another pile in the driveway and blew it off as well. The crew was friendly and professional.

This was the best landscaping company I have ever had! And believe me, Ive tried many in the past 25 years! First Dakota the owner, comes out to view your land and what has to be done. He explains in detail what they will be doing. Then you get written estimate of what will be done with pricing, and I was shocked when I received the confirmation, they give you pictures and names of the persons coming to do the work. I had Nathan and Robert and they were very nice and professional and did a great job. This is a very thorough and organized company, easy to work with. I will definitely be using Renowned Landscaping in the future for all my landscaping needs.

Very easy to do business with. Use of CRM tools make communication scheduling payment simple and efficient. Crew arrived on time, completed expected tasks, checked to insure satisfaction and there was even follow-up. Impressed enough to expand relationship to include landscape maintenance. Too early to judge maintenance work but hoping for same result.

Once again, Renowned did an excellent job trimming mistletoe from tall and thorny mesquite and bringing in equipment to thin out large agaves that had attracted packrats. The transformation was impressive.

This landscaping company has a terrific crew who are very professional and knowledgeable and at the same time really friendly. But above all else, the business side of the operation is above and beyond of what you find in Tucson. Notifications of upcoming appointments are automatically texted and you can leave notes for the crew; and you can pay super easily through a variety of options. Very easy to communicate with them and receive a call back within hours.
