These employees are probably x convicts or illegal immigrants. I almost had a physical confrontation with a worker for blowing trash in my yard. No remorse no apology. Told me to go back in my house. Punk
As a former employee I can say this is a GREAT family oriented company! I had an amputation injury on my right pointer finger and the company took care of my hospital bills & workers compt. Professional well managed talented teams. I will definitely recommend their services!
These guys are here at my HOA and honestly it seems like the crew they've sent out here since we moved in last August has no idea what they are doing. They are inconsistent, don't pick out the weeds, leave debris on site, and today they massacred a 30 year old Prickly Pear cactus. The cut 5 main Trunks down to mere nubs. This was a beautiful plant that needed some TLC and light pruning and their team tore it down to a sad excuse destined to die. I do not recommend.
Why judge a book by it's cover I am homeless yes because I didn't look like the next dress well they didn't hire me but yet they keep needing people crew lead it's all good on my books appreciate the time to even have me show up !!
NW Landscaping prepared a fantastic design & then completely redid our backyard. I was very, very pleased with the quality of their work and the final results. Their crew were all very polite, considerate and worked hard to complete our project on schedule. After each day's work they cleaned up and left our property tidy and safe. I give special kudos to designer Sonya and crew chiefs Carlos &. Jesus who each made sure all project details were to our satisfaction! I highly recommend this company to any homeowners looking to have any landscape design and construction. Thanks Northwest! We love our new yard!!!
Showed up on time, did a great job on what I asked them to do. Even took care of some shrubbery and general cleaning that was not part of the contract I had. Full 5 stars from me.
NWL damaged living plants, damaged a tree in my yard, and killed a bush when spraying for weeds. I came to an agreement to have additional work done they did not follow through. I called today and was treated rudely and unprofessionally. They seem bothered when I asked for a number to call the manager and when I asked for an address for their office I was told to "Google it". Done.
This company is used by our HOA. They constantly break irrigation equipment or leave irrigation running when they leave. But that's actually the minor annoyance compared to the fact that the ONLY tool they use the entire time they work on this complex is a WEEDWACKER. They trim everything with it, EVERYTHING, including freaking trees. Now maybe that's efficient for them but having them wander around the complex for THREE HOURS WITH MULTIPLE WEEDWACKERS CONSTANTLY RUNNING IS PAINFULLY LOUD. They're too lazy to use the proper tools and aggravate everyone nearby in the process.
They feed and care for feral cats in their yard. I abducted one recently ;)

We used NW Landscaping for weed control and could not be happier. They were professional and answered all of my questions quickly. They are booked out in advanced so don t expect next day service. They have a full schedule.

Good luck getting a quote or anything from them. 3 calls trying to get an appointment for some weeding and spraying over 2 weeks and no appointment for even a quote.

One of their drivers broke my windshield of my van when they were illegally carrying an un-tarped load down Avra Valley road. The owner refuses to take resposibility and will not fix it. I would never hire such an unethical company to work on my property! What if they broke something at your home?
