Very professional. I only call them a couple times a year so they have a lot of work to do. They are fast and efficient.

If you shop at the Oro Valley Home Depot and they recommend this woman don’t bother calling her. Gail & Garry McLain from Desertscape. Why? - She’ll schedule time to meet with you and show up 2-hrs after your scheduled appointment or not at all (this happened twice) - she’ll come to your house, take a look around and say she’ll come back because she’s short on time. (this happened twice) I try to support our local business in the valley and if your looking for some ideas regarding landscaping I would highly recommend Rillito Nursery. Highly knowledgeable, respectable business. Jan came to our house, on time, and in fact a few minutes early, spent a few hours drawing up a plan for my backyard and listening to what we were trying to accomplish.

We are new to the area and were given a referral for Desertscape. We called and Gail responded promptly. We set an appointment to discuss our project. The meeting was good and we agreed that Gail would come back the next week and take measurements so she could give us a proposal and ideas for our project. She did not show on the agreed day and did not call. We called her and she never responded back. We are mystified?????? If you don't want to work with someone, that's your right but at least communicate!

Two pros came by and quickly repaired our irrigation problems. They did a great job and cleanup. Very impressed.

Gail is a totally hands on business owner. She brings a large enough crew to the project to finish the job quickly and efficiently, and remains at the job site until final completion. She installed a residential irrigation system for us to our complete satisfaction and for a reasonable price. She organized her crew very well, and none were checking their social media or sitting around waiting for further direction. All the pavers, rock work and other landscape materials were replaced right where they were originally. You won't find a better landscape contractor in Northwest Tucson period.
