Called to get an estimate. Waited a week for Martin to come out. He came out, measured and we picked a product. He said he could not start my project for 2 1/2 months. He said he would email me an estimate in 1-2 days. After a week I called and left a message confirming my email. It is now over 2 weeks and no estimate and no phone call......

Martin was very knowledgeable about artificial turf and the installation process and made very good suggestions to suit my yard and situation. Martin himself was part of the installation crew. The yard was leveled, DG added as a base and compacted, turf installed and cut to fit and nailed down, infill added and brushed. Dogs, kids and I love how the yard is opened up for more play and fun - so much better than gravel!!

Az Custom Landscapes have completed two projects at my house and I am 100% satisfied! First was a 4 day install of art. turf and putting green in the backyard. Martin and the guys were always on time and very tidy. The completion was orderly and on budget. The second was land clearing and tree removal. We are very happy with the workmanship of AZ Custom Landscapes. Martin replied just moments after we reached out for a bid on our patio/pool deck expansion. He and Isaac always arrived on time and seemed to work all day without a break. The finished product has exceeded our expectations of what we had envisioned. These guys are amazing!! We asked them to redo our backyard, taking out rock, a tree, and bushes and install artificial turf. They did an amazing job and finished quickly. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Their attention to detail was beyond expectation, they fixed an unforeseen fence problem, raked rocks back in place from the where their truck was, hand picked rocks that had fallen into our pool, and even removed tire marks from the street curb! We are so happy with how our yard is now! The dogs and kids can now run and play and the whole family is enjoying the turf.

We recommend Martin of AZ custom landscaping. He installed our new artificial grass on time. He also cut and grouted some additional flagstone to make the grass shaped the way we wanted. He made sure we were satisfied and we are very satisfied.

When I bought a different home I needed to enclose the backyard and this is one of the companies I found online and had Martin come out and take a look at my space. He impressed me and emailed an estimate in a couple days. They started the job about 3 weeks later and it was completed within a couple weeks. I had 2 slump block walls put up, had a existing cinder block wall raised higher, and decided to add a paver patio also. They did great job and the couple of times I emailed Martin with a question he was quick to respond. I feel their pricing was fair. My neighbor who had just moved into their house decided to have these guys put in a paver patio for them and they were very happy with the work also. All in all, a good experience, I love my backyard now, and I would without any hesitation recomment Az Custom Landscapes. Good job guys!

Martin and team did some really great work on our yard. When we ran into an issue with the turf a few weeks after installation he had the Registrar of Contractors come out and inspect the work. The ROC said the turf needed to be replaced. *Note: it wasnt a bad install. The reflection from our windows had burned lines in the turf in a matter of a week or so. Martin came to repair a patch and admittedly it didnt turn out well. Anyways, it was a process of sorts, but in the end they made it right. Thanks Martin and team! The yard looks amazing now!!
