All Terrain put in our system 3 years ago. We were having issues with a drip line not shutting off. I called and Howard came the next morning. He was professional and helped us understand what was causing the issue. He replaced a valve that was damaged by debris and checked the other lines. We appreciate his prompt and skilled repair!

Doesnt follow through with commitments. Have left us hanging with no call no show multiple times after we paid them to start a project. Going to cut our losses and move on. Caveat emptor.

Was easy enough to get an estimate in person, but they won t even attempt to schedule you until you get a formal one which was over 2.5 times what he said in person. I had to call 3 times just to attempt to get the formal estimate sent over days after I was told it would be sent. Not only that, apparently only 1 person in the whole office is able to actually schedule things and good luck finding them because they are never in the office.

Very rude unprofessional. Who ever answered the phone is so rude and hung up on me for no reason. Would never recommend.

I called the office and and explained that I work two jobs the receptionist was very nice and agreed to have Todd come to my house on a Monday at 8 o clock she said normally he never takes appointments on Mondays she said in my case she would make an exception at first she said she d approve it with him and call me back and then she said no I will just tell him to be there. I took the time off waited on Monday at 8 o clock in the morning he never showed up I called the office and they had no record of me at all and she was extremely rude this company is unprofessional and unreliable also an added note I had to wait for about six weeks to even have the appointment !!

We moved to Saddlebrooke in September of 2019 and were unhappy with our landscaping, front and back. Chaotic and haphazard. We researched landscape design companies and decided to use the services of All Terrain. The design department, led by Glenn, came up with an outstanding plan, incorporating the elements we thought most important in our plants: exclusively desert flora, with a wide variety of colors, shape, size and textures. They also developed a plan for the hardscape- primarily irrigation and pavers we wanted laid down for walks and social areas. The implementation results were outstanding. Total cost of the project was about $38K, and we feel we get our moneys worth. The crew boss Gil was outstanding. Thanks, All Terrain, we love our new landscaping!

My father and I were planning on working with this company to landscape his 5 acre property but after we overheard how unprofessional the woman who answers the phone was with our friend, after he had already waited 2 weeks for a QUOTE, we decided to take our business to Santa Rita Landscaping who have been absolutely wonderful. I advise you take your business to them instead.

5 STARS ARE NOT ENOUGH! I normally dont write many reviews. Its one of my new years resolutions:) We live in Colorado, bought a very sweet older home in Sam Hughes with intent to someday retire in Tucson. I first called ATLC because our previous landscaper ripped us off (E. C. shame on you!) We had simple basic landscaping that didnt need a lot of work but obviously needed to be watered in the summer months. Since we werent there and no renters in place yet, by August all our native plants were barely alive. The landscaper was taking our money but not watering our plants/trees. Then our Palo Verde tree broke after a strong wind. ATLC came out the next day to pick up the large branch and haul away. We werent even their customers at this point. Jackie is exceptional! Very kind person! She couldt be more friendly and caring. She goes above and beyond her job to help people out! We knew we needed a plan in order to preserve what we have and add a little more curb appeal. I Face Timed with Dave. Told him what we were looking for and he came out. He later provided us with a bid and schematic. Our plan was for some rock, a few more native plants and an irrigation system. Very professional design work. Very thorough work. Dave is very knowledgeable about native plants and what goes good where. I highly, highly recommend this company. Had a bit of an administrative issue in the beginning, but was taken care of and found Chris to be thorough and friendly

The initial work and experience with this company was great. They were responsive and quality was excellent. I recently had additional irrigation and new planting work. 50% of the plants died and the irrigation work resulted in death of established plants and trees. All phone calls went unanswered for 2 months. When they ultimately responded they charged me correct the work they initially performed and replace the established plants they destroyed.

We have been using All Terrain for design and construction of our yard landscapes and maintenance for eight years. The have provided excellent service. Several friends are now using them based on our experience.

An outstanding group of professionals, responsive, great listeners, and with a passion for excellence. As Dave, the owner, has told me more than once, were not cheap, and hes right, but having used another landscaper in the past with mediocre results, theres no question but that All Terrain consistently exceeds all expectations. I cant say enough good about the leadership team, Glen, Chris, and Gil. Hampered as are most landscapers in the area by the difficulty in finding quality help, they nonetheless dedicated three teams to completely transform our large backyard. They stripped everything out (and when I mentioned to Chris that I wanted to save a half dozen cacti, he immediately agreed and transplanted them to an area outside the fence. Then Gil and his band of magicians came in, sculpting the yard, putting in bricks in two circular areas outside the covered patio (they even brought in a surveyor to make sure it was built to have water run off into the desert behind us!), adding paving stones from the patio to the circular areas, and then adding incredible plants and boulders while rebuilding our irrigation system for the new plants. Somehow, Gil and his team finished in three days but never lost their attention to detail. When adding the paving stones, his worker continually used a level to make sure the stones were even with the patio and the brick circular area. When Gil replanted the cacti, he found the most wonderful areas for them. I had a number of aloes in pots, and they transplanted them into an aloe bed theyd designed under the picture window. No question, no extra cost. I could go on for ever. My wife and I are completely thrilled with the results; theres is ugly money you pour into a house and then theres good money. This was money well spent. The are absolutely our go-to company for landscaping.

This company is so professional and so skilled at what they do! They may not be your very cheapest option, but you will get your moneys worth. They do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it, and the results will be amazing! A pleasure to work with every step of the way!! Disappointed, Awful job in my new dream home:(

We contracted through them. We had a pretty good idea what we wanted done, and they helped us with some great suggestions. They did the work well, and on time. Things went sideways when we requested follow-up service. The contract leaves one year for minor cleanup work. About 10 months in, we requested some very minor follow-up work. We were given a date and time that the work would be done. That date and time slipped by and we didnt hear back. We called back and received an apology, and were told it would be done soon. A few weeks went by and we called back and got an apology, and were given a date for the follow up work, which also came and went with no action. This has happened at least five times now. The issues are not fixed, despite the fact that they should be an hour of work or less. Ive spent more time on the phone trying to get them to come out than the time it would take to perform the repairs. Its difficult to grade this, because everything was great, and deserved an 4 or 5 stars, until it came time for these follow-up repairs. Then, it became a 1 or 2 star interaction. EDIT After posting this to their Facebook page, we received a quick response. They came out and performed the repairs on that day, and everything seems to be fixed now. Well have to monitor things, but it looks good for now.

They did a great landscape refresh. After some scheduling delays they completed a repair to the irrigation as well.

Finally found a reliable source to take care of the yard. Thorough and friendly. Job well done.

I am an interiorscaper of 40 years and have watched all types of groundskeepers come and go. All Terrain was hired to take over my mothers townhomes that had been neglected for years. All Terrain should be applauded for their work, their diligence, and their ability to work with the powers that be in a neighborhood association. We all know that these are the MOST difficult and All Terrain has been fabulous and always open to suggestions and quick implementations. This is the most difficult type of work with many parties to make happy. I would recommend their work for all of the above reasons. You wont be sorry if you hire them! Lulu Pokinghorn/The Plant Lady
