Highly recommended! Extremely professional, on time and hard workers. Naseem designed the backyard in each details and he followed it up very carefully. Jose and the crew executed it spotlessly, working non-stop. They are very kind and polite, and tidied up everything. They also washed the driveway before leaving! We’ll definitely have them again.
Escaping did a great job with the back wall fence, we also did a deep cleanup, and a new set of stairs, all lovely. They were great to work with, will definitely work with them again.
Truly exceptional work and customer service. Prices are reasonable and they stand by their quotes. No surprises or add -ons. I am very happy with the entire process and the end product. Neighbors continue to say how great my yard now looks. The Process: Preston Robinson walked the property with me and took detailed notes. He also offered great advice. Within a week Preston provided an itemized quote so that I could easily choose the projects that I wanted done. The proposal included detailed breakdowns of all labor and materials for each project. Daisy Gomez handles the scheduling. She is great at communication and keeping the process in motion. The lawn care crew is fast, highly skilled, careful and extremely conscientious. They went above and beyond the work proposal. They ask questions and immediately notify you of any issues. They ask your permission before proceeding with any necessary deviations from the plan. Best part - These deviations are generally in your favor. For instance, they installed pea gravel instead of mulch in a large fenced enclosure. Another project entailed moving stepping stones that were embedded into the ground and installing them under a swing. Although not part of the quoted proposal, the crew cut the stones to make them fit better in the new location. They were in communication with Preston throughout the process so that there was no confusion. Upon completion, Preston returned and walked the property to make sure that everything was satisfactory. And it was! Services included: installing concrete porch, yard cleanup and weed clearing, hedge trimming, edging, vine removal, installing mulch, installing egg gravel in garden beds, installing pea gravel around the perimeter of the house, moving stepping stones.
Naseem and his crew of three men came in and turned our yard into a resort. They were thorough to start …asking questions and going over what we needed to be done. Then they executed in the time allotted. We are over the moon with happiness at the result. Thanks so much for the quality work and the reasonable price!
The team did fantastic work on our big yard cleanup job. I didn’t have time to do a detailed walkthrough but they went above and beyond and took care of even more than expected. A much better value and experience than we’ve had with other lawn companies.
Had to get a concrete slab installed for my garbage shed. While I did pay more than initially expected due to larger footprint and irrigation system being in the way, they provided great quality and service. Primarily dealt with Daisy, from front office, she was professional, got back to me in timely manner, and let me know of any updates. Overall a nice person to speak to. Jose, the project manager, was also professional, answered any questions I had, and came back when he had to correct an issue. Overall, I would recommend them for any service and will be using them again in the future.
ALS installed 6 pallets of sod in my backyard and it looks great. They were prompt and thorough throughout the process. I would absolutely work with them again
While they offer free estimates, they do not come onsite to do so, and in hindsight are not clear enough about what the estimate includes in their documentation. We booked Affordable Landscaping Services to trim hedges on our property, including three large ones at the sides. We indicated that we wanted them trimmed down several feet. When the crew came, they trimmed the one side, left the top of the other side wild, and just cut up from the bottom a bit on the third large hedge. When we asked them to come finish the job on the side, the instead for some inexplicable reason cut one of the front hedges on our house almost completely to the ground! On the third visit they trimmed the top of the hedge on the other side, but the whole hedge wasn't cut down to height and as a result looks very uneven from the road. I received a 12% discount for their mistake, but I can't exactly call them affordable when I now have to hire another landscaper to replace the ruined hedges. They say it will grow back, but it would take years. If you choose this company, get a very specific quote that explicitly describes what they will do, and watch them like a hawk.

I used this company last year in fall for drainage issues and some concrete work. They pretend that they know what they are doing! at best mediocre work .... for an over 20k job they made a dry creek irrigation system and did some concrete work .... in the process covering up a roof drainage spout and springer heads. When i called them they gave me another estimate of $400.00 to fix the issues. It is surprising that they can thoughtlessly cover springer heads and a roof drainage down spout and feel they are now my issues. Very incompetent work ethics with no accountability.

We were very pleased with the services that Affordable Landscaping provided. They were very close on the estimates for the pine straw and mulch we needed. We found them very agreeable and flexible in making small changes while they were there to give a better look.
We had a fairly large job residential landscaping job that included moving trees, grading and lay new sod, installing new sprinkler zones and finally build a retaining wall. The team was very professional and arrived on time and kept the worksite neat. The work was completed timely, to a great quality and at a fair price. I would certainly recommend AFS to my friends and colleagues.

I needed help taking a mess of a front yard and starting over, and I couldnt be happier with the job this crew did to prep everything. They dug up all the weeds and debris, re-sloped and graded without damaging a couple of existing trees, and laid top soil. They also built a beautiful walkway that curves along the edge of the driveway and took the care to make sure the surface is smooth and perfect. It would have been 5 stars if it hadnt been so difficult to get answers to questions about paving materials, pricing, and scheduling. As long as you dont need advice and are prepared to wait awhile for the work to be done, this company is a great choice.

We used Affordable for a major pool landscape and drainage install. Our total project included a rain garden, multiple drain connections, and alignment with a detailed design plan for sod and garden features. The Affordable team showed up when promised and worked hard to complete the project, there were small hiccups as we worked through multiple days of install, but overall very happy with the work and will hire the team again for future work.
They were thorough and did a good job finishing incomplete items and fixing incorrectly installed elements. Joe was particularly attentive to us and our job to ensure the work was done well and to our liking. We appreciate them relocating the catch basin to a better spot.

We had a great experience with affordable. They provided recommendations for how to improve our property, completed the standard maintenance and trimming work, moved some trees, laid mulch, and planted a lot of much needed monkey grass. Every employee was very nice and genuinely wanted us to enjoy the experience and the results.
The entire team at Affordable Landscaping Services seems to go above and beyond to make sure the job is well done. We had a few different projects we asked them to work on, and they delivered beautifully on all of them - the biggest being an amazing new tile patio that we will be able to enjoy this summer. We recently did a full remodel of our front and backyards and could not be more pleased with the quality of work, value, and professionalism that Affordable Landscaping Services provided. The work came out great, better than anticipated; they worked extremely hard every day with a project manager almost always on site to help. Naseem is extremely helpful, present, available and friendly and would recommend his services to anyone.

This is really a 4.8. One comment: when transplanting the little oak they were cutting through some roots (too close to the trunk) and my husband had to get them to dig a bigger rootball. As usual everyone worked hard and were very responsive to us. We will definitely use you again.

They did loads of work for us. We kept adding things as we liked their work so much. They did land clearing and yard grading, planted 24 trees for us, replaced chain link fence, and installed 3,000sq ft of sod in our yard. This is my go to Landscaping company! Thanks Asi and Janice! All workers are polite and their attention to detail is spectacular!

I m so impressed with the job that Affordable Landscaping did for us! ALS installed french drains on two sides of my home for a very fair price. The project manager, Danny, was refreshingly communicative and his team did a careful and quality job. I would absolutely use them again!

Ive been using Affordable Landscaping for a few years for basic yard work and clean up and they do a good job!! Very affordable and just what I need at my house. They were also able to remove an existing shed and regrade some ground to stop flooding in the basement of my 100 year old house.
