We recently bought a house and our 3 dogs made us fully aware how muddy the new yard was! We called SYNLawn and within 2 weeks we had new lawn plus a retaining wall! Their customer service and workmanship is impeccable. It looks like real grass with 99% less maintenance!
We needed our small, roughly 20'x30' suburban backyard space to become usable again after having poor experiences with sod and bark chips, and SYNLawn was the ideal - and final - solution! We have a young child and a dog who can now fully enjoy every inch of the space without us needing to worry about them getting into weeds or tracking dirt back into the house. Catlin and crew gladly met our custom needs for a portion of the space and worked with us well to achieve what we were looking for. The work was completed in a day, and we couldn't be happier with the results! Pricing seemed on-par with the rest of the industry, especially for a higher-end product (SYNAugustine 347). Tammy and the Synlawn crew were amazing. Our dog club purchased 10,000 sf of the Speedturf for our indoor dog agility event at the big Rose City Classic dog show in Portland, OR. The dogs performed above expectations. No more slipping and sliding like they did on the old rubber matting we used to have. This turf is so nice and soft on the dogs pads. Even the local canine chiropractor said she didn’t find the typical adjustments on the dogs she worked on like they would have after running agility on dirt. Tammy and her crew went above and beyond, dealing with the ice storm that delayed delivery. They worked all night to get this beautiful turf installed so we could run our show on time. We love this turf so much that we’re working to purchase another 10,000 sf to expand our show for 2025.
The SynLawn team did an amazing job installing eco sports turf at our condo property. The team were detailed, professional and efficient through the entire process. We are grateful for top notch pet friendly lawn with great drainage, warranty and now saving on watering and carbon emissions of the former lawn.

UPDATE: They company reached out shortly after my review and acknowledged the communication issue. They were able to quickly provide a quote and a subsequent estimate. We will be continuing our backyard work with them. June 2021 we had half the backyard done and we love it. However, we have had an issue that I was hoping they could help with and we would like to get the second half of the yard done. I ve been calling and emailing the office from the end of Februray- end of April 2022, and I m not getting a response. I felt really confident with the company and now I m not so sure.

Catlin came out and gave us a free estimate within a couple days of calling. The yard crew had our old yard out and new yard in within 2 weeks, and it only took them 2 days. They did a beautiful job!! The dogs love it and we love that there is no more mud!

Great quality Synthetic Turf
I just installed a SynLawn putting green with fringe and can not be more happy with the product, the company and the team at SynLawn Oregon based in Tigard. The owner, David, has been such a great resource in helping me with my project and really took the time to explain reasons behind making certain decisions and was very patient with all my questions. Tammy in the front office did such a great job with handling the ordering, shipping and coordination of my products - very responsive and communication was excellent for the whole staff! On top of that, Catlin, the warehouse manager was an awesome help getting the project done and with top-notch quality! I cant recommend the product and this crew enough! I talked to many landscaping companies and competitors and I am extremely happy with my decision. Ive got some leftover lawn from a friend but not enough for my yard so I stopped by this location to pick up some more. Tammy and her crew were supper helpful. Not only they helped me to identify the type of turf I needed but they also went an extra mile to make sure I get a perfect color match as well. Hooked me up with the rest of the supplies I needed to finish my installation project as well. Happy customer!
