They do a great job! My lawn looks great, they always show up when they are supposed to, and they never leave a mess.

Horrible company

First day they ever came out to my yard they placed a bill on my doorknob without doing any service. I noticed they never came to my backyard and my cameras never picked them up in my front yard except to deliver the bill. I called and technician claimed he did do my front yard but admitted he had not done my backyard - even though I received a bill for both! He says he will get someone to do my backyard but I have my doubts, especially since I had to call to get the truth. Thats not the way you treat a brand new customer.

The best lawn care service I ve ever used. The sales rep actually cared about my yard and worked with me one on one to get my yard back in shape. My lawn gets recognized by all my neighbors now. Recommend 10/10

Carson was my technician and did a great job! We had asked that our backyard not be treated and it was treated anyway on the first visit. Called to correct the issue and everyone was very professional and fixed the issue right away! Great service at the best price.

Called numerous times for someone to come look at my dead front yard, no one came. I have had grass for 22 years till they started spraying , now just a mud hole. Whatever you do please dont use any of these services i.e. mighty green, trugreen they will kill your lawn.

I used Mighty Green for one year (2022). In the beginning, They were honest and professional. I had the same tech during each treatment. When my tech changed to different guys, I received negative results. I started to notice that my back yard started showing weeds. So I checked my security cameras and didnt see any treatment being done. Last year, my tech was honest and always rang doorbell to let me he starting my treatment. He was very knowledgeable about my type of lawn. The only way I would return to mighty green, l only want same tech from (2022). His name was Anthony Lamar Hickman. If you have this man, you are in good hands. Anyone else , needs to trained by Mr Hickman.

I received an email claiming I would receive $25 off my first treatment. Imagine my surprise to receive a bill for $50. I called to inquire why I hadn t received the introductory offer and I was told it wasn t put in at the time of sale and I could get a discount on my next treatment. What kind of shoddy unprofessional service are you running? Either honor your offers or do not make them if you can t support them. Use Wayne s, GardenMark or even TruGreen but stay away from this business.

1 year ago, I turned over my newly sodded and healthy green lawn to Mighty Green for their care and maintenance. After they sprayed a pre-immergent treatment a month or so back, a large amount of the previously green and health lawn died, down to the roots. I asked the service tech to have a manager or the owner to call me, that was over a week ago, and still no call or visit or letter. I called their office yesterday to cancel all future services, and was asked why I chose to cancel, so I explained the issues and mentioned that I had already asked for a contact by management, and that no one had bothered to contact me. She said she would follow-up and get them in touch with me, but still call, txt, email, letter or visit. The Ops Manager finally dropped by and spoke with me, and asked me questions about my lawn, and said hed not seen dammage like this and asked if he could take a sample to send to the Auburn University AG extension for analysis. Well see what comes of it.

Wouldnt not answer my questions about the safety of their chemicals. I thought this was really strange that you wouldnt let a potential customer know how safe your products are around pets and children. The lady who answered the phone said she couldnt answer my questions.

Mighty Green has been one of the best things I have done for my lawn, trees and bushes! We actually had a neighbor ask who we used. She had grass envy!

I had an issue with a billing concern but the owner called personally to talk through and resolve the issue.

So far so good, just started using them. Better communication than my last company I was using,

I quickly saw improvements.

When we moved into our house we had a ton of weeds but after a year with Mighty Green, they were pretty much completely under control. Even my mom commented on how nice the lawn looks! Would definitely recommend!

Have been receiving lawn care from then for about a year and the thing about lawn care is it s a partnership. The lawn care professional cannot do it all. They are great partners, responsive and able to handle situations that arise.

Although Ive only used Mighty Green Lawn Care for a few months, there has already been a vast improvement in the appearance of my lawn, trees, and shrubs. My yard is going to look phenomenal come next spring. And John David Dershimer is the best! He always lets me know what time he was here, the services he performed, and a personal note about how everything is looking. I only wish I had found this company when I first bought the house!

We just started service on our lawn. We have a couple of neighbors that also have there lawn done with Mighty Green. I received a mailer and gave them a call. What stood out more than anything was the professionalism of my conversation with Bart and the pricing. I was paying much more than that with the products purchased at local home improvement stores.

Team is always punctual and respectful. Service works great and the yard looks better this year than ever before. Team leaves note and invoice on doorknob each visit to identify problems and explain the work done. Very professional.

I have had service with them for years and the quality and professionalism of the staff continues to decline From treating my yard without authorization when not needed to blaming me for their incorrect billing practices. The office staff is rude and doesnt know how to handle customer issues efficiently. Although the owners are nice and seem willing to assist the remainder of the staff fail to provide a good customer experience.

I have spent a lot of money on this company. My lawn looks worse now than it did before they started. We never see anyone actually treating the lawn (my wife is a stay home mom she is always there.) Yet we get a notice on the door they were there and they sure take out the money. I called to question, they told me a manager would come speak to me. No one came, no one called me back. My suggestion is find a company that cares about their service not just your bank account. If I could give 0 stars I would..bad management bad techs bad product service!!!!

They have the best prices, and do the best work. They were about 40% lower than the main competitor, and I can tell they actually treat the whole area they are supposed to. My lawn is totally weed free this winter!

Our lawn looks amazing! I wish they had taken a before and after because they probably could use it for advertising! We were a new build house so after the first few months all that lovely grass they planted had weeds everywhere. We interviewed a couple of companies and went with Mighty Green. Our lawn looks so beautiful now! For those folks leaving negative reviews, I would guess they are not following the instructions that the technician leaves after each visit--you have to not mow for 48 hrs usually and then if no rain within that time, you need to water the applications in. We have followed their instructions from the beginning and I could not be more pleased. And trust me I was worried after we moved in and saw the amount of weeds that starting coming in and thinking nothing would get rid of them. I am beyond pleased with this company and where they have taken our yard! Thank you!

Mighty Green took over my lawn last year from another lawn service and I couldn t be happier with the results ! This is the first spring in many years that my lawn wasn t covered with weeds. Before I started to use a lawn care service I researched several other businesses. What I found was a lot of Lawn Care services that had several complaints about how they did not do what they said. However when I talked to others that used Mighty Green, they all seemed to be very satisfied with their service. I decided to give Mighty Green a try. From the very first treatment on my yard I can honestly say that Chris did a magnificent job, I can truly say that he cared about my yard and what he was doing. He answered all of my concerns that I had he took his time to explain to me about what this service would do and what I could expect. It has been almost 3 years since I started using Might Green on my front yard, I must say it looks amazing and my neighbor across the street is also using Mighty Green because of the improvement in my yard. This year Mighty Green will be treating by back yard. I cant wait to see how it will look. I would recommend Mighty Green to anyone who wants a luscious and green lawn. Their service is impeccable their customer service is outstanding and the people working in the office are great to talk to.

Mighty Green has been taking care of my lawn now for a year. Prior to them I was using a much more expensive lawn service that I think had gotten a bit too big for their britches. My lawn was starting to look horrible and i could get no explanation as to why it was looking so bad coming out of the winter season. I was just getting excuse after excuse that we had a rough winter and that the lawn was going to take longer to green up. I received a knock on my door and it was Brandon from Mighty Green. We discussed my lawn and he guaranteed my lawn would look beautiful again and that they would take great care of it. My lawn looks beautiful again. The guys that come out to the house are very nice and if I have any questions they will answer them while they are there. I also love that when I go online to look at my account I can see exactly how many treatments I will receive for the year so there is no guessing or wondering if they have come out too many times. I have not received any solicitation calls from Mighty Green asking me if I want to use any of their other services which is nice because I was getting phone call after phone call from the other company. I highly recommend them. Everyone I have talked to has been very courteous.

Mighty Green has worked diligently to address some issues with annoying weeds in my Emerald Zoysia. They are committed to getting these issues resolved to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Might Green for a beautiful lawn!

First year service; has not been to my satisfaction; not getting rid of weeds along the edges of yard and has not taken a soil sample for testing; I spent 15,000 dollars last year on installing Emerald zoyia and a water system. My yard has brown patch front and back they have sprayed for fungus twice but needs immediate attention to stop it from spreading.

I love using this company, since I have started using them this year I have seen massive improvement in my yard. Plus, I always look forward to what the applicator will say about my yard in their notes. I am looking forward to using these guys for years to come!

The guy that cuts my grass asked me this week what I was doing differently to my yard. I told him I wasnt doing anything. He said someone must be fertilizing it because it is super thick! I told him Mighty Green takes care of my lawn. He then told me that everyone of his clients that uses Mighty Green has the thickest grass and it is kicking his tail, lol. GREAT JOB team!!!!!

I get great service with these guys. Yard looked pretty rough about 2 years ago. I called them and setup treatment now my grass looks very lush.

I ve been using Mighty Green for almost two years. The staff is polite and always willing to help with whatever needs I have. Most importantly, my yard was filled with weeds and had dead spots. Since using the service my yard is now lucious, green, healthy, and weed free!

I highly recommend Mighty Green. This is my third company to try and they have by far exceeded my expectations. My yard is beautiful. Their attention to detail and customer service can t be beat.

Mixed feelings here. I have used them for three years now... maybe four. They do a pretty good job except in the spring. Granted, I am a customer that has a small yard (approx. 4,000 sq. ft.) so I understand that there is a lack of financial incentive to service an account like mine to perfection. Overall, the service is pretty good. However, their price increases are really bothering me. Using the calculation of: ((2017 prepay price - 2016 prepay price)/2017 prepay price)*100 I am showing an increase of 12.5%. 12.5% * 4 years = 50%. This years price increase is historically normal since I have been with them. In my opinion thats a pretty hefty trend. Not many things are increasing in cost at that rate. As mentioned earlier I am a small customer so your experience may be different. Im going to hold off on my prepay commitment for a few weeks and see how they compare, especially since my entire yard is being re-landscaped right now.

These folks are pros. My yard never reached its potential until Mighty Green was on the job. The people are wonderful to deal with and you cant beat the prices. If you have a yard, you need Mighty Green.

I have only been using Mighty Green since early Spring and my lawn looks like an entirely different yard. The soil in my yard is very sandy and rocky, and my yard was 90% weeds. They have been out to our house 4 or 5 times and I would now say that there is about 95% grass and about 5% weeds. Im very impressed with the service so far. I priced a competitor and they were twice as much. I cant see it possible to get better results from another company because the results have been incredible.

Been with this company for over two years now. The receptionist who answers the phone is rude and condescending. I still have weeds in my lawn and when they finally came back out to retreat an area yesterday, they only sprayed the front yard, didnt even go into the back yard and retreat that area. Then left a snarky remark, weeds are responding as they are meant to after treatment earlier this month..... Responding??? NO, they are growing and multiplying and are as green as they were two weeks ago when they sprayed dark green circles on my front and back yard. Regretting I paid for a full year. SM

Started service in 6/2017 didnt see any improvements in my yard. Crabgrass and weed all summer long. Now I been told it take more time which means more money . Not very happy wont use again.

Swapped from them. Just didnt like their ethics.

I noticed that they treated my lawn with 3 of the same applications at the end of the year. Their secretary was one of the rudest people Ive had the honor of talking to. Be aware of their ethics.

Be very careful of mighty greens current business practices ...starting this year or if you signed on to paying for the season you may be in for a surprise they took the money and now refuse to fulfil their contract...they treated my lawn at least three times for weeds...they must have used water because i have never had so many weeds in my lawn...I have called them and they never come out nor do contact me.I have had to treat my lawn myself..these sorry *********`s refuse to do what they contracted to do...

I previously had used TruGreen for 2 years before I realized they were not doing my entire yard as I was paying them for....many calls were made but still the lawn guy still missed a huge section of my back yard. I also didnt like the way they applied the chemicals.....literally sprinting thru the yard confirmed he got paid by the job and tried to do as many houses as he could. I finally, thru a referral of a few friends, switched to Mighty Green. Their customer service was stellar, and they are very professional and nice on the phone as well as every time they confirm the day before he comes to do my yard, and he even lets me know hes here and when he finishes. Outstanding service, great prices! Highly recommend for anyone needing this for their yard.

I used them in the past (year ago I think) and did not keep them long. It seemed like they were telling me what they would do and not really asking me what I wanted then to do. It was their way and their way only. Not how I wanted things. So I fired them.

I wish i would have had an honest review before I signed on. I noticed some problems at the start of the service but was talked into giving them time to correct the problem and they would make a service call which by all accounts are no charge but low and behold it was almost time for my service so I was charged and still made the mistake of giving them the rest of the year and part of this year. When I called to cancel my service this so called caring company didn t even care enough to check to see why I would no longer be a customer, my guess is they already knew so a little over a year and 800.00 dollars later I learned my lesson please take my advice and look elsewhere for lawn care because all the do here is talk a good game and by the way I do have the GREENEST WEEDS ON MY STREET so I guess part of what you say is true THANKS MIGHT GREEN
