A big shout out to Greg Matthews! He is the best! He is always thorough, kind, and willing to answer questions I may have about my lawn or the treatment he is doing. I have had other service companies in the past who rushed through it all, and you would never even have known they had done anything. It isn't that way with Greg. 5 stars!

I had 6-7 different weeds pop up all over my yard. Greg Matthew's came out and sprayed and was nice, professional and did an excellent job! I requested him in the future. This was denied by Philip. Philip became defensive on the phone. My reply was ...... "YOU'RE FIRED". I may be older but you're not going to raise your voice to me Philip the Bully. I believe they have just been sticking invoices in mailbox.

Greg Matthews is by far the reason I will stay with Lawn Guard. His attitude and attention to detail is spectacular. He is the best knowledgeable technician I have had for a long time. Lawn Guard should be proud to have him.

We’ve used Lawn Guard for 3 years and we’re always getting compliments on our yard. Our grass was a hot mess when we first started and now it’s PRISTINE. We didn’t know how much we’d love having a good looking lawn until we actually had one! Greg takes great care of us- always moving my kid’s toys out of the way and asking if I have any areas of concern and making suggestions on various way to cut/groom the grass to make it look even better. He’s got our grass looking like cushy golf course grass- we appreciate the excellent customer service and having someone that goes the extra mile!

We have used Lawn Guard (LG) for more than 10 years. Weeds started creeping into our yard from next door. LG sent Gregg Matthews to address the problem and our lawn has been weed free. Gregg is very customer oriented and ready to address any problem. I can't say the same for business in other industries with which I have had dealings.

Lawnguard has been very helpful and a pleasure to work with. In particular Greg Matthews is a huge pleasure to interact with. He does a great job on the lawn and is very knowledgeable.

I used the lawn care side of the business. When I first agreed to try their service I was very clear with Kevin Curl that I had numerous very valuable fruit trees in my yard and I asked him to please ask his guys to not run their weed trimmer line against the trunks of my trees. Well they killed a couple and injured numerous others the very way I asked them not to. Then he proceeded to argue with me that they couldn't have done that but they were the only people cutting the grass over the last year. Also, I asked him on day one to cut the grass short. It was pulling teeth to get them to do this. They kept wanting to run over it real fast and cut off about 1/2 inch each time and then they were on to the next yard to make a quick buck on the next one. I don't recommend this company for lawn maintenance!!

I used this company for a while and they were professional and good. I do not know what happened but they have gone down hill in the past year. They did not show up to my house for 6 months. I called and left a message asking for a return call in January, which was never returned but they did start showing up again. Then stopped coming again. I called 10 days ago and left a message expressing my frustration and wanting to understand what the problem was. I received a message that someone would come on Friday to treat my lawn. There was no explanation as to what the problem was or apology that I was having a problem. I called back the same day and left a message saying that I did not want anyone to come treat my lawn on Friday but I wanted to speak with a supervisor or manager to call me. They came and treated my lawn that Friday and no manager or supervisor has ever called me. I called today and canceled my service.
