Greentech was my irrigation installers and they also maintain it. Mark is awesome and the rest of the staff I’ve ever dealt with are complete professionals.
Greentech has been taking care of my lawn and irrigation system for the last 15 years. They have always done a great job and have taken care of any problems that have ever came up. This spring when they opened my irrigation system and tried to install the backflow preventer and water meter they could not keep them from leaking. Everything worked fine with them last fall when they winterized and removed them from the system. The tech told me he had to replace a couple washers and fittings and would have to come back and fix it. He returned a couple days later he made repairs and left. A week later I get an additional bill for $111 dollars for those repairs, nobody explained to me this would be an additional charge. One of the great things about Greentech is that they never used to nickel and dime you. Well they do now. I talked with Aaron about it and he didn’t seem to want to make it right.I will probably be using another company for my lawn irrigation needs
We have a new house, built 2 years ago. We were struggling with bald patches of no grass or thin grass in our yard. Our next door neighbor started using this service so I asked the tech to do my yard too. Greentech has helped fill in some of those spots and really greened up our grass quite a bit. I am very impressed with what they have done so far.
Can't say enough about how nice the staff inside and out have been. I have had a couple of emergencies with my irrigation system this year due to my cutting of my drip line. The turn around time for helping me was great. If you want dependability and good service this is the company to call.
Very satisfied with Greentech and their services. They perform maintenance on my irrigation system and I use them for outdoor perimeter spraying for spiders. Everyone from the office personnel to each of the technicians have been a pleasure to work with.
I just started Greentech after having another company for two years and my grass looks awful. I told them I would give them a year. Based on various neighbors grass and how they look I really don’t think I will be disappointed as theirs looks great. They even brought seed for a low sunlight area right off the bad. Their prices were very reasonable compared to the other company.
Our yard had dandelions and other weeds growing when we moved in. We called Greentech and signed up for their regular lawn treatment plan. After just two treatments our yard looks beautiful! A Greentech employee calls us the day before they are scheduled to arrive. The employees are courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend Greentech!
In the past 2 years that we have had Greentech(out of 12 total) they have improved their customer service and their tech service. They went from good to excellent. The techs are very considerate and very interested in pleasing the customer. Good job on continuous improvement

Paid to have whole valve box dug up to replace a valve , only to find another leak 8 months later. Tech said it was the one MIP fitting he didn t replace. Talked to owner Aaron and he was rude, and seemed like he didn t care I was upset. Find it hard to believe the one fitting they reused just magically broke. If they are reusing 20 year old fittings , seems this how they get their repeat business. Will never use again, and certainly don t recommend these guys to anyone looking for quality work. Fittings don t just break. It probably broke from an improper winterization which they also did for me. And if these fitting are prone to breaking with age, then they should be replaced when a customer is already paying a lot of money to have a tech dig up the valve box so they don t have to come back a few months later. Terrible service.
Very professional and experienced at starting up the sprinkler system that had not been started in over 15 years. Mark did a great job! The office staff is very friendly over the phone.

Maybe it is the year, but we have more dandelions than in previous years. I dont think you treated for them anyway as it was too wet at the time, they said they would come back and treat them, which hasnt been done.Other than that no complaints
