I just had to have tree branches removed from my back yard after a rough fall, I am having a lot of tree and brush debris that fell this year. Along with the regular bushes and trees, the debris overwhemelmed what I planted in the front and back of my house. Great work gentlemen

Eli is such a respectful person. Hes very meticulous about how he leaves our lawn. Ive watched him go around to check and touch up areas to make sure its perfect before he leaves, which is why we decided to have him do our landscaping next year. Thank you for the excellent service.

Greenline Lawn has done our lawn cutting, edging, weed control and fertilization, spring & fall cleanup, core aeration, and snow removal for years. They are professional, on time, and courteous. They are the only snow removal company who actually showed up to remove the snow every time! We have also used Greenline to remove overgrown shrubs and plant new ones. They also removed black diamond edging and putting done mulch in our flower beds. We have been very pleased with all the work they have done and would highly recommend them!

Last week, I was in desperate need of new lawn service because my boyfriend took a job out of state for a few months this summer. Seeing as everyone I reached out to took an issue with the width of the openings for my vinyl gates; I wasn t left with many other options. However, Greenline surely delivered. They offered to come out and cut my lawn using their smallest mower possible. Not to mention, they arrived 3 days later talk about super fast service! My lawn looks amazing. They cut the grass evenly and neatly while making sure to clean up after. They edged the perimeter and it looks top-notch. I ll be sure to continue my contract with them for years to come and I have also referred my family and neighbors as well. Thank you, Greenline!

I would have probably given less than 1 star if there was an option. DO NOT under any circumstances hire GREENLINE LAWN company in Troy, Mi. They are nothing but scaming people. The people working there are such jokes and cant answer your questions properly. Their voices will be completely different the moment you would hire them, you will hear all this nonsense that would never ever make zero sense. People who provided negative reviews here are 1000% correct. PLEASE PLEASE think 1000 times before you select this company, they only think of your money, not services

Best lawn cuts & fertilizing in the Troy area

Ive had two really good experiences with Greenline. The first was just grabbing a quote a few years ago. I did not follow through with the work but I was impressed with their level of communication and timeliness. More recently I had them out to install a downspout drainage system and brick paver walkway. Both jobs were completed on time and came out great. If youre looking for a competitive, no hassle landscaping quote from a solid company I would recommend giving them a call.

They do a great job with my lawn and snow. When I had damage from my trees, I was able to call and see if they could help remove the limbs and debris. It was done within 48 hrs and for a very reasonable cost.

The crew who did our fall cleanup did an outstanding job!! They came twice and our yard has never looked better. Even our neighbors commented on the excellent job. And thank you for cleaning up any leaves that got in their yard!! Outstanding job. As always. Just like our grass cutting in the summer. Thank you!!

DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!! I scheduled for a commercial business. They wanted payment, and could not tell me at all when they could come do the service. THEY EVEN SENT ME A PAST DUE INVOICE!!! I NEVER RECEIVED SERVICE NOR KNEW WHEN I WOULD GET SERVICE. I called and the receptionist was the RUDEST person ever. Like this was normal practice to send past due invoices when service WAS NEVER provided. So yes believe the other reviews that say this place is SHADY.

Greenline is a very professional and efficient company. They listened to our landscaping concerns and had wonderful ideas to enhance our lawn.They offer year around services and we are very pleased with the results.

If youre looking for a completely unreliable lawn service, definitely use Greenline! They skipped a week in late May when grass grows quickly, claiming it was too wet (it wasnt) and then didnt bother to show up for over a week for the next cut. So we went more than 2 weeks without them coming. The grass was over 7 inches high by the time they finally came and when they did, it was only after I had to track them down. I called multiple times over the course of a week to find out when they were coming and never got a reliable answer - just a bunch of excuses, empty promises and rude employees. Last fall, we signed them up to do our fall clean-up (paid in advance) and they didnt even come until December. Again, when I called to find out why that was taking so long it was excuses upon excuses. I spent far too much of my time time trying to get answers from a company that clearly didnt value my business. Their customer service is an absolute mess. Steer clear of them.

We used Greenline and were very pleased with the professional service. After the installation I wanted a few things changed and they were very responsive.

Greenline has been our go to for years for our landscaping needs. We are part of their loyalty package and utilize them for every service we contract out for. Being part of the loyalty package allows us to have the same low monthly payment all year long and keeps our yard in tip top shape for all seasons. The team is very responsive to concerns via telephone and email - my kids have even come to look forward to grass day when they can watch out the window.

I have used Greenline for the last 2 years and I absolutely LOVE these guys. They offered me a package to pay for all my services over time since I signed up for them to just take care of all of my outdoor chores. I am so impressed with the kindness and respect the team cutting my lawn always shows. The office staff is great! I probably call them way too much but they never seem to be bothered. Like any company they have run into a couple hiccups but they have made it right every time. Last year was my first year using their snow removal service and they were so quick to get out and take care of my driveway! There would be some mornings I didn t even know they had come but everything was cleaned off and ready for me to leave! Greenline is constantly reassuring me that they are here to take some stress away and keep my yard beautiful! I just love how much pride they take in their work. THANK YOU GREENLINE!!

If you are caregiver for your parent and their home, avoid Greenline. They are terrible for disabled people and seniors who cannot go outside and re-install the downspouts that Greenline mows over every week. They destroyed several plastic downspouts and ruined landscaping by crashing mowers into our brick retaining wall, causing it to fall. Expensive for low-quality work. In addition, their weeding service pulled out nearly $500 worth of new perennials in summer 2020. Their customer service is non-existent. Every year, they repeat the same mistakes. When you call to complain, they refuse to listen, wish you a Blessed day, then hang up on you. In response to the owner on 10.4.22: Of course I reported these problems to various employees. It is clear from your response that your organization communicates poorly with each other and that your employee turnover is high. As one example, the medical diagnosis was reported to the front office in 2021. Attached is a picture taken today of the most recent downspout ruined: note that it was connected to the gutter this morning, then Greenline mowed and disconnected it. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. So glad we will not have to deal with this next year.

Used this service for couple of years. After they didnt start this spring called their office and informed that I was let go as problematic customer. They couldnt tell me what the problem was either. They just neglected to tell me that in advance. Interesting that I always paid on time and owe them nothing, I guess my problematic part was making sure they come to shovel snow after snowstorm as in prepaid contract and fixing my lawn after they broke it. Sounds like they want all of the money but no responsibility. Well, I am sure I can found someone who actually does work for the money, no need for favors here , they werent cheap. In their response they claim past due invoices , which were past due the moment they are issued and their multiple collection calls. I believe its normal to have 30 days to pay an invoice on lawn care. Also they didnt clean snow on time, now claiming that I wanted special treatment , still confused what makes it special. At the end of the day when they cancelled with no warning I owed them nothing. However, found another vendor, so loss is theirs. Definitely do not recommend this company, lots of better lawn care vendor out there

My lawn has never looked so bad. They mowed it way too short despite my asking them several times to raise the blade. They finally did late in the season. By then it was burnt out. In several spots they got down to the dirt. I called them enough that they came out to reseed the bad spots but when they did they never prepped the soil. The following week the guys mowed over it so it never grew. I have canceled my service.

Greenline did an awesome job on our fall clean-up and weed pulling. Our yard needed 2 days of cleanup due to an excessive amount of leaves. It s amazing to watch the system they have in place. They do a good job of lawn maintenance as well - we use them year round including snow removal. Highly recommend.

We have used Greenline Lawn Service for annual lawn and snow removal service for the past two years. The lawn service is fair at best compared to other lawn services I ve used. However their snow removal service is the worst I ve ever experienced. I m currently on the third day without service even after calling and emailing them. Honestly I would not recommend them for either service. Very unsatisfied customer!

This company comes year after year with the account being closed, today 25lbs of grass seed were put down and the lawn was aerated. The cut anyway even though they don t have a contact. Aka management suck

There are so many reasons I can t recommend this company. Over the years we ve had endless issues that are never corrected. Every single week I found myself outside, reminding them where to mow , to cut it shorter etc. They d never remember from one week to the next. Honestly, we should have stopped using them years ago. The final straw this year was their inability to communicate or even read an email. The office staff is highly unprofessional, lack the quality one would expect and from what I have seen, are straight up lying to cover up their own issues. I m not one to write bad reviews because I know mistakes happen, but the amount of mistakes and how it has been handled is baffling to me. Mowing companies are a dime a dozen, and I knew I should have switched years ago to my neighbors company, who nails it every time. I hope Greenline can learn from these mistakes and maybe incorporate some sort of system that works better for them because what they re doing now is not working.

I have been using Greenline for about the last 2 years and they are absolutely wonderful. Very responsive and have my lawn and yard looking fantastic! Amber is my account manager and is simply wonderful!

Office never answers the phone. I think they regard email as the only way to correspond. These guys are not worth the hassle. Do yourself a favor, find another company.

These guys have improved over the past month or so. Previous crew was not so swell. Hard to get good help these days as we all know. New crew is much better. And the phone answering at the business has improved....marginally.

I am using their lawn service and maintenance for couple of years even they werent cheap. After this fall cleanup, i realize they only want all of the money but no responsibility. Also their customer service is ridiculous and rude. So I will find someone else to do the better job and work for the money.

Greenline has been absolutely fantastic to work with! I would highly recommend them. In 2020, we hired them for a major renovation effort with our front landscaping and sprinkler system. Everything went very smoothly and quickly once the work was underway. The end result was phenomenal, and I still regularly receive compliments from my neighbors over a year after the work was done. In 2021, we hired them for fall yard cleanup. They trimmed down our ornamental grasses, removed all of the leaves (even from our deck!), and gave our grass a final mow for the season. The experience was excellent and were planning to hire them for regular maintenance services going forward in 2022.

I was having trouble finding lawn service, as I dropped the ball, and it was mid-season. I was given a referral to Greenline, and figured Id give them a call. After discussing services, and payments, I decided to go with them. I have been very satisfied, and will continue to use them for future years. Jeff and his crew have done an amazing job, and are always courteous. The only times they havent been right on time as scheduled, was due to the weather, which is obviously expected! Great work guys! I will continue to tell my friends and family about you!

Greenline Lawn Service went above and beyond clearing the brush in my yard. They had a tough job ahead of them and they nailed it perfectly. They were prompt, professional, and very timely. I couldnt ask for a better lawn service than Greenline!

My mother-in-law hired Greenline Lawn service at the last minute but they were able to come out and give us a quote and do a few different services for us. We had a issue with the spring cleanup but they were tentative and came back and corrected the problem. Customer service on the phone is excellent and so far we are happy with their service. Matt who quoted us for the services was on time and professional and gave us a very fair price.

My lawn was in terrible shape,50yrs old, thin, tons of weeds. I had Greenline come out and they recommended Lawn Restoration for it. I was skeptical because it was so bad. 4 weeks later they came and cut it ( after I had been watering it every day) and it looks like a golf course! I could not be any happier and I am very picky about my lawn. Money well spent. Thank you Brandon and greenline

We hired this company when my partner became handicap and couldn t do the lawn anymore. The lawn care team slammed their giant mower into our gate not once but twice and destroyed it. The owner came over and said he would take care of it and fix our fence and never followed through. The owner also said his crew was doing choppy work and he would address that, he addressed nothing. Just providing my review for other elderly or handicapped people so you don t have to go through this bc having to repair your property that was fine before they mowed straight through it is a lot more work, when in the first place you hired them to make your life easier. Just my experience. (If they try to dispute this we have. Home security system that has it all on tape)

We hired Greenline to install weed barrier and mulch our front garden bed. We are extremely happy with what they did and definitely recommend them.

Greenline Lawn did an excellent job on our our annual mulch installation. Our planting beds have never looked so good. ! We appreciate the work they did and we also appreciate that they came on the day scheduled.

DO NOT GET SNOW REMOVAL. There have been more then THREE times we had to do our own snow removal and then they show up close to 4pm or 8pm. Basically paying to do the work yourself. Huge lazy scam, they should be ashamed. Im sure there are elderly that are locked in their houses from the snow.

This business does everything possible to satisfy the customer. Always a good experience with the office staff. Workers on sight always try to accommodate requests and are respectful.

They did a wonderful job on removing plants and grading flower beds down, laying sod and landscape rocks. Very nice workers.

Great place

I have been using their Service for the past 5 years during both summer and winter seasons. Their Lawn service is good and the crew comes ontime. But, their Snow Removal service has degraded a lot for past few years and their crew dont come ontime to remove the snow. Also, they dont do a good job of cleaning it completely. I have reminded them so may times that i am outsourcing due to health concerns as i cant do it by myself. Irrespective of my repeated notification and concern, they dont come on time and do dont a good job. I ended up asking my neighbors to do me a favor to clean the remaining snow. They come during midnight somewhere around 1am for a snow that ended up in morning 9am. Sometimes, their crew comes next day evening. What is the use of having this service when we had to do by ourselves. Matt was a good guy. But, i think their business has expanded. Now, their quality of work, responsiveness and punctuality are at stake. I hope it gets right attention to their management and they take proper action to retain their customers.If not, i may have to look at other businesses in future.

Used to be good. But, they never return phone calls. The lawn mowing is OK and the price is decent. The fall clean up is unreliable. The SNOW PLOW SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I paid $350 for the season and have shoveled my own snow twice this week already, as an example. I would look elsewhere. Im planning on it for next year for both lawn and snow.

But Greenline is the best, as first time home owner, totally worry free service for lawn maintenance and snow removal with extremly reasonable price, I searched around and you wont get a better service/deal then greenline, they are willing to accommodate all kind of special needs to simplify my life... Brandon/April are great help and I am planning to get a 100% outsource service with Greenline next year (all the fertilizer/spray and bedding/wood chip and maybe weed remove, my goal is to enjoy the summer with greenlines help...) of course I need to be on the list of snow removal, no more cold 6am workout. Simply great company/guys who are willing to help. Chi

Terrible work. If I could give 0 stars I would!

I want to start off by saying they do great work once they arrive to your home and execute on your expectations. But, getting in contact with this company is a NIGHTMARE.....NIGHTMARE. They do not return calls, respond to emails at all. They fail to give you a Estimated time of review or a definitive time on when you should expect a quote. The receptionist states she will call you back by COB. Tick tock goes the days and weeks and you never hear back. Ive requested to speak with the owner, Matt and was told he would call me back....Tick ..Tock.. nothing. Adding additional services other than weekly mow service is torture. Either automate the process and receive the orders on the back end or tell your clients you are to capacity for the season. This company has terrible customer service.

I would look for another company. Paid for the fertilization/lawn treatment 5 or 6 times a year, but not sure if its actually done considering the amount of weed. They do show up for lawn mowing weekly.

I have not used this lawn service. They blocked my driveway while performing service at my neighbors house. I asked them to move their truck and un-block my driveway as I had to leave. They put the ramp up, but the truck still blocked my driveway by at least 2 feet. They did not move the truck. I called their office and complained. The receptionist apologized, but they still are blocking my driveway 15 minutes later.
