This company used to be customer service driven. Not anymore. If you value good customer service, I recommend that you find a different company.

My father in law recommended Diamond Lawn. Prior to sign on with Diamond lawn I had always completed my applications myself. I took a chance and boy am I satisfied with them. I don’t really ever do reviews but I had to with Diamond lawn. When I initially signed up and still to this day communication has been great and most importantly my lawn went from being lower tier in my neighborhood to literally top 1-2-3. No weeds, and super dark green. 100% recommend Diamond Lawn!

Diamond Lawn has been providing excellent service ever since we hired them. Their prices are very fair and their treatments have helped the health of my lawn tremendously. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality fertilizing company.

This week I had an application applied to my lawn. I noticed the two foot by three foot section (which is bare) of my backyard lawn that did not appear to have any fertilizer applied. I called Diamond and asked if the application was granular or sprayed on. I also explained my observation. The man assisting me did its granular. He was very helpful and said he would have someone come out and applyy the feeding to the back yard. This morning I get a call from Matt and he says (and I quote) "I applied fertilizer to both front and back and if you don't like it, find someone else. I am not dealing with this now!  I am not coming back to your house". Quite the response since I have never complained about the service before and was only asking the question on my call this time. Matt's people skills and customer service skills have a whole lot to be desired. Very unprofessional!

We have had diamond lawn service for years and moved. Love this business and Paul is a nice guy. Honest, reasonably priced and seeing results in our new home. Excited to see the transformation of grass in sterling heights. This was previously when we tried them at our new house in the beginning we could see a diffrence. We loved Diamond Lawn service and our guy that serviced us in Warren. We didnt get the same results in sterling heights The guy we had here wasnt here but a few minutes and when we went to express the weeds we were hoping to give them another shot. They removed us as customers. Loved the old Diamond lawn service.. we tried to reach out with our concerns and when we finally got someone on the phone we were told we had our service canceled.

Contractor parked on a pile of leaves in front of my house WHILE the city DPW was actively collecting them, and caused a storm drain to be blocked. There were no parking signs posted all over the place and they chose to block my leaves instead of the guy's who hired them (great customer service i guess). Could have parked in a driveway, or just waited 10 minutes for DPW to finish, but instead, they earned themselves a one star review.

They came out and served my grass. I never knew they were coming out. They were supposed to leave me some information and how much they were going to charge and if I wanted to do so I was to call them back. They just came out and did my grass and didn't tell me anything that were going on with my grass sprayed my grass. I'm getting cement work done and the lady going to tell me. I told them to do it and said they have discontinue it. Very rude. Very unprofessional and put me in shock. I have never dealt with anybody like that. How you going to service my llawn but not contact me and let me know your service in it and the spot that I needed them to look at. I'm having cement work done they could not get to the spot that I needed them to look at because it was covered with boards. I would not recommend this company for anything. Whoever's answer their phone. She's a very rude individual, howling and screaming at people not even letting me finish my sentence
