Lopez Landscape installed irrigation, sod, and a small landscape package on our new home in Troy. My wife and I were very pleased with the results. Jose and his team were competent, communicative, and hard working. They did everything they could to work around our fence contractors (who we are less than pleased with) and were transparent when issues came up that would affect the final price. I plan on calling Lopez again for my future landscaping needs.

So I have used Lopez Landscape and Irrigation for about 6 years, and the service these guys provide is beyond remarkable. This company has is family owned and operated, they bring professionalism and expertise to every project big or small. I have a peace of mind every time their crews are on site because I know they will take care of my property as their own, this is something I love because there is no need to micro-manage or baby sit. I live in a condo complex that they do lawn maintenance for, if you can call it that. My grass is either overgrown or cut to low it can literally cut your bare feet. We paid for our sprinklers to be fixed last summer and they weren’t turned on this year until the very last week of July. That is only because I complained repeatedly about our grass being over cut and completely dead! They are being paid to do weed removal and I end up doing it because they don’t. I have a bush in my yard that has been trimmed on one side and not the other. Liter doesn’t get picked up before the mow, instead it just gets shredded and made worst! This is just for lawn maintenance, if I could give a negative rating I definitely would. Now let’s talk snow removal, yeah I have to shovel my own sidewalk plus they over salt so bad, my dog was poisoned last year because of it!!!!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

My association paid for this company to trim 6 small bushes and they completely skipped one. As they we're leaving around 5:45 pm I requested that they finish the last bush that they were paid to do. They said they couldn't do it because of a "noise ordinance" even though it was only about 5:45 pm with plenty of time to trim the small bush. They said they would be back the next day to finish the job and still haven't returned multiple days later. It blows my mind that they would rather have this be an issue and have to drive all the way back here just to trim a small bush than just quickly do the job that they were paid to do. If you want a reliable landscaping company that is going to do the job right and in good time don't consider this one. Edit (in response to Lopez landscaping reply): I am 100% a customer of yours I'm part of an association. It's absolutely despicable that Lopez landscaping is trying to tell me I'm not a customer rather than make any attempt whatsoever to fix the issue.

I had a major landscape project and automated sprinkler system installed with this company. Several things made this experience great. First, the owner’s transparency and availability. He always had time to answer questions and address any concerns I had. On top of that, he was always honest and up front about costs and concerns about my landscaping. Second, his crew was top notch. Hard working, willing to put in the extra effort to get things done right.
