Had a little bday celebration with some friends and it was awesome. Food was the best ever everyone was sold on everything ordered No complaints in the house And our waitress and the staff are the friendliest people You feel like family.

Glad I decided to go with 5 cuts. The young man I met was very professional and efficient in his work. You can tell by talking to him that he really loves what he does and cares about the quality of his work. Will definitely recommend to others looking for lawn care services.

Mylin was wonderful and flexible to work with. We changed our vision a few times as we went along the process and he was very accommodating and I never felt he was taking advantage of us, but instead taking care of us as if we were family of his own. Our backyard was a small jungle before Mylin got ahold of it, he also built a wall for our landscaping all along our front yard. Thank you so much for everything, Mylin! We will be calling you for all of our future landscaping needs.

Last summer I had them cut my grass. He did an ok job but said he would come back to finish the backyard a week. He asked if I would write a review so I gave him 5 stars. He never came back. Then he called a month later and asked if I wanted a fall cleanup. I reminded him about finishing the back. He said he would be over in 1 week. Its now spring time and Im looking for a new yard person.

DO NOT PAY UPFRONT! I used 5-Cuts and Mylin. I started in late June because Id just purchased the home, and was glad that he took me on in the middle of the season. We agreed that I would pay at the beginning of the month and receive lawn care services twice a month. He only came twice in July. August and September they only cut my lawn once. I will say that Mylin was always very nice and tried to make it right. Suffice it to say that I was burnt by paying in advance! As of today, he owed me one more service that was already prepaid, said that hed refund my $35, which he never did. Now he wont return my phone calls or texts. They do good work, but my advice is to pay after your services have been rendered! I hope youre reading this Mylin...SHAME ON YOU for not keeping your word, and for taking advantage. You know that you owed me either one more lawn care service OR my $35 back! I dont have money to waste, so I hope that others read this post. Very Professional Job! Worked with me and exceeded my expectations! They have installed an amazing flower bed along with providing great lawn care service, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Save yourself & call someone professional & mature, which the owner Mylin & woman sometimes answering the phone both are neither of. I was supposed to be a prepaid weekly cut customer with them for only 6 weeks total, but they failed 4 TIMES IN A ROW at showing up & delivering what they promised! They offered a free Cut to try to make it better, and then bothered not to show up on the exact date and time deadline they gave to make up for their issues, and ignored every phone call from my number throughout the day as if I was not worth it. So out of six cuts total they failed FIVE OUT OF 6 OF THEM, and were notified by me each and every time to try to make it right by only giving excuses and passing the buck each time. They will not give you what they promise, and even the owner himself said...AND I QUOTE. we are WAY over their head and cant handle the customers that theyre trying to deliver to due to bad communication & our equipment breaking down!! Tons of excuses, & B.S., but no answers or solutions. You should find a company who actually cares about the word they give because they have proven DEFINITIVELY time & time again that they could care less about anyone with a weekly bill under $100.

If I can give less than 1 star, I would. They didnt do nearly the job they bid-- instead of leveling, they just put down dirt and seeds. They also damaged my automobile that was in the driveway. I will be pursuing their insurance company for damages. Do not trust this company. After we paid them, they didnt show up to do the job 2 times.

For the folks reading these reviews, you should notice a trend in them. I set up an estimate for my dealership with this company and the owner came out and gave me a good price and he was very professional. He mentioned to me he would come the next day, then he said he can make it the same day, then he said he can make it the day after tomorrow. Many of you probably know where this is heading, he never showed up. I understand he is a young man attempting to start/run a new business, however, he is not business savvy, he does not understand the importance of common courtesies, such as returning phone calls, following up with the potential client, and much more. Save your time and money, call a real landscaping company.

Collected his full fee, did not complete the job, and refuses to complete the job. BUYER BEWARE.

First of all...The only 2 positive reviews of this business are by the Owner and the Owners fiancé. Not a good way to promote your business. I decided to use 5-Cuts for my lawn service after seeing a Craigslist advertisement. The first time they were to come out, they canceled at the last minute and rescheduled for the next day. The next day the Owner, Mylin Crane, came out to cut my grass and he didnt have an edger or a blower to do a complete job. Being he was a young guy trying to start a business and being a business owner myself, I cut him some slack, and he said he would make sure to do a complete job next time. I also hired him at that point to do a bed cleanup and prep for mulch. He again had to reschedule, but came out on the 2nd of July to prep my flower bed. I was home at the time, but had to run out to get dinner. When I came back fifteen minutes later, I realized he was gone and the job wasnt complete. Only half of the bed was done. But he collected money from my wife while I was away!! I contacted him to return and finish the job. As of July 2nd I still have about 10-15 lawn bags of debris sitting in my flower bed. Mylin (Owner) asked if he could pick bags up the next day, July 3rd, as he didnt have a truck that day. I agreed and again gave him the benefit of the doubt. It is now July 10th and I still have the bags in my yard. He has made promises to pick them up again and again and hasnt followed through. He has promised to do some extra work for the inconvenience and hasnt followed through. I have tried to work with him and he has unfortunately shown that he is unprofessional, immature and not ready to run ANY business. There are a ton of lawn service companies with integrity and professionalism. STAY AWAY from this one!!
