Local’s Landscape and Irrigation did a fantastic job on the yard for my new build house. They were friendly and took the time to listen to their customer and went beyond what was expected of them to ensure everything was just right. My subdivision has all new build houses with different landscapers and the job did Local’s did has been noticed by the entire subdivision as it is far above the quality of the other companies. Attention to detail.
Kyle and his team always show up! They do an excellent and fast job. They’re polite and friendly. They also helped to correct some issues with my irrigation system. They also made my neighbor’s yard look fantastic. They are helping design some gardens this summer. Oh and he plowed my driveway all winter. I’d give 10 stars if I could.

From their professional go easy attitude, to thier extreme attention to detail, the team at LL&I certainly goes the extra mile to ensure their customers are happy with the final product! I contacted LL&I to consult their expert team in regards to potentially hiring LL&I to design and build a retaining wall for one of my rental properties on Mission Peninsula after receiving a referral by The Leelanau Group Real Estate Agency. As soon as I placed the my initial call with Local's Landscaping I was very impressed by Kyle and his team. From the very get go, Kyle's team was extremely accommodating throughout the entire planning processes. Not only did Kyle sit down and allow me to explore his entire catalog of products, but he also was very forthcoming with the manufacturer recommended sales price for many of the products that he would be utilizing on my project. Kyle and his entire team took the time to explain the process every step of the way so that I was able stay informed while simultaneously dictating the project from my summer home in Ocala Florida. I can say that I am extremely pleased with the final product. The flat stone retaining wall is absolutely beautiful! I highly recommend Local's Landscaping and Irrigation to anyone home owners looking for only the highest standard and quality services when it comes to keeping your property pristine and beautiful.
