When we built a new home in 2021, we had the privilege of working directly with Brian Macdonell. Our lakeside lot presented some real challenges. He designed the retaining walls, steps and grading that made everything work. Brian is very professional, experienced, and cost conscious. We especially appreciated his patience. When we asked for a change after some of the work had already been completed, he was more than fair with us. Thank you Brian. We couldn t have done it without you.

Very disappointed. They didn t show up and changed the date of service without a notice. Grasses are getting brown and they told me they can t make it another 10 days. I m hoping grass doesn t die before that.
We had Traverse Outdoor do startup, winterization, and repairs on our irrigation system a few times over the past 18 months. The work was not done well - sprinkler heads were not adjusted & aimed, a repair on a spigot was left crooked & leaking. I also found them difficult to schedule and communicate with. Several times I was told I would get a call to confirm the appointment window, yet never received the call. When calling them, the office staff seems irritated to even pick up the phone. Will be using someone else from now on.
Traverse Outdoor has done a phenomenal job, both at my Wilson Kester office on Munson Avenue as well as at our home. They did such a great job, we won the friendly garden club award for small business landscape, without applying! Thank you Keith Ferguson and everyone at Traverse Outdoor! I would not go anywhere else for my landscaping needs!
