Jordan designed a plan for our front yard that was attractive and economical.

Jordan took a deposit from me and has not returned my phone calls since. It has been four weeks and I am filing a claim to get my deposit back. It seems like I have just been swindled.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Jordan for a major overhaul of my garden, and I am beyond thrilled with the outcome. **BEWARE!!! Jordan Preston of JP Landscaping took our $1,500 deposit and ran!! I inquired about an estimate from him because of all his 5 star reviews on yelp. He came by and gave us an estimate on our backyard landscaping project for $10,000. We agreed to the bid, he then asked for a $1,500 deposit up front which we regrettably gave. The next day he came in and did half a day of work (maybe $200-300 of labor) and never came back. After he stopped showing up for a few days I emailed him and he said he had a baby and would be back next week. Not only did he not show up again, but I never heard from him again either. I emailed him several times, called and left voicemail and text messages and zero response!! How can you bail on your customer like that after taking their money?! He still owes us over $1,000 of our deposit back which I am already filling out paperwork to take him to small claims court for. I did a lookup on him and low and behold he has an existing judgement against him as well. I did a search for JP Landscaping through sos.ca.gov online business database and his business doesn t exist either. There s no license # or anything associated with his name and he is the supposed business owner. DO NOT work with this scam artist!!!

I hired JP landscaping last October and I made the mistake of paying him up front.. He took the money and did not finish the work..He ripped me off of at least $1,000 and disappeared To date I cannot reach him..He has the audacity to continue soliciting business before settling up with me. He doesn t have a license nor is he a part of the BBB ..which makes financial recovery a challenge..DO NOT HIRE

Jordan and his company JP Landscaping did a phenomenal job on landscaping Our front yard. They were punctual professional and very responsive. He texted me answers to a couple of questions even after work hours. They were such pleasure to work with and we plan on having them work on her backyard soon. I highly recommend them

DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN A PENNY!! Stupidly I gave him a deposit to begin a job. After not even one full of work the man has disappeared. He has left me hanging! I got ripped off by well over a grand.

Jp and Crew rock! Got several bids for my yard makeover and Jp was the only one to respond back. They did amazing work and I cant wait to use them again.

We had Jordan with Jp Landscaping design and install our front yard. They were prompt, constant, very knowledgeable and excellent listeners. The design was exactly what we wanted. We also had them improve our backyard and redo the irrigation. This was an excellent decision. So pleased with their workmanship.

Dont hire Jordan. Unless you want your yard to look sloppy as hell, then maybe hes the guy for you! If you want to read the whole review, check JP out on Yelp for the full story. Google wont let me paste the whole thing. In a nutshell, Jordan never drew up design plans and let his guy do whatever he wanted. The resulting job looked horrible. I emailed Jordan about this and he said hed fix it, and they did the barest minimum. When I brought up another issue, he said it wasnt in the quote. What was the issue, you ask? Just the make the edges of the decomposed granite that they had spread out look more even. I was NOT being picky. Were moving and I just wanted the yard to look somewhat decent. It was a huge mess. Ive had multiple friends and family over since this job was done and theyre appalled. Ive emailed Jordan twice since they left my house and hes ignoring me. I paid an obscene amount of money for a messy, incomplete job. DO NOT HIRE JORDAN.
