I got to witness firsthand the excellent workmanship from James and his crew. They had impeccable teamwork with removing very large pine trees, one being enormous. They also did a fantastic job trimming multiple forsythia bushes leaving every place in the yard completely cleaned up with no debris. Highly recommend this company with their competitive prices and outstanding service!
Starting with the communication I had back and forth with Crystal in the office was quickly responded to. James ( the owner ) confirmed our delivery time the night before. Right up to the very professional driver ( Austin ) who not only showed up ahead of schedule but offered to help me move a planter to make delivery... Equipment is tip top shape . Customer service was outstanding. 2 chord of firewood good looking material..also reasonably priced.. very satisfied, highly recommend...
James has been so easy to work with throughout the entire process of our project. We have had significant drainage issues in our driveway, garage and yard, and James proposed a solution to fix our problems. The crew worked efficiently and carefully, getting our project done in less than a full day. James's price was competitive and fair for the work that was done. Also happy to say that after getting 3+ inches of rain in a 24 hour period, we have zero standing water! Sharing some before and after photos below. Highly recommend James and his team!
Innovative went above and beyond for our daughters pre-school. Not only was James quick to respond and eager to help. Him and his team brought to life our schools vision of an outdoor playground. We recently used Innovative Lawn and Landscape for some tree removal needed at our home. The first words that come to mind to describe our experience with Innovative are skillful, efficient, and professional. During our consultation with Innovative, we found the owner to be an excellent communicator. He gave us helpful feedback about the work we needed and we felt very confident using their services. On the day of our service, Innovative arrived on time and with a knowledgeable, experienced crew. As they worked on our tree removal project, we were continuously impressed by their expertise and precision. At no point were we worried about damage to our property or any safety concerns. Every aspect of this job was done with the utmost care and handling ensuring safety and a thorough job. Innovative’s crew did a remarkable job with clean up afterwards as well, cleaning up our driveway and yard, and even laying down seed and hay in areas that needed it. To say we are impressed with the level of expertise and professionalism we received is an understatement. This may be a little long winded so I apologize in advance, but I believe it's a great story and I would like to share it. My wife & I bought our first house last September and the yard was covered in trees (16 to be taken down). That was phase one. Phase two: Removing the stumps and grading the yard. I reached out to Innovative Lawn & Landscapes to see if they were interested in the huge undertaking and James was obliged. James contracted the whole process with great communication which instilled complete faith in his company. James kept me up to date with phone calls and text messages on when they would start, and when they expected to finish. James coordinated when to have dumpsters delivered for the stump removals, pulled all the stumps cleanly and his crew cleaned up after themselves, and the biggest feat of them all, coordinated the removal of 2000 yards of fill. I will always rave about this company and what they did for me in assisting with the creation of my dream yard. When we purchased our severely neglected home we reached out to James and couldn't be happier. He and his team helped us not only design and execute multiple major projects, but he created a long term plan to do them in an order that made sense and was the most cost effective. His communication was excellent, as was his patience in taking the time keep me updated on next steps. It's rare to find a contractor that can deliver within budget and one time, and even do more than expected. He and his team have done that consistently. We're looking forward to the next project(s) with him and his team.
I want to start off with communication as James was amazing at communicating the entire process, changes to the schedule due to weather, and any changes to the scope of work. The professionalism of the crew that was here was outstanding. They turned my run down yard into a masterpiece. And to top it off the crew would not leave my property until I was satisfied with the work they did as well as the cleanup efforts. That says alot about this company, GREAT WORK GUYS! We had a fox problem making their den in our side yard by digging a tunnel to our patio by our pool. When it rained heavily, the ground in our back yard collapsed and made our patio unstable. James and his crew came in and filled in and leveled our back yard and placed rip rap on the side yard to prevent foxes from doing this again. Also we had a large overgrown flower garden in front of our house with bushes and James and his crew came in and leveled the front and gave us our yard back. They were professional and very prompt.We are extremely happy with the work and would call James in the future for any projects we would need around our property.
James and team transformed my property from a jungle with vines and thorn bushes everywhere to a nicely wooded yard. Now I have so much more usable area. I am looking forward to having them back to continue to open up my property to make it all beautiful.

I decided to order firewood this year from Innovative, and I m so glad that I did. Pricing was very fair, delivery was prompt, and I received the correct cordage, plus a little extra. What has really blown me away is the quality of the wood. The pieces are clearly hand split, and they stack very easily. I haven t had a single piece not fit in my wood box. I will definitely be buying all of my wood from Innovative from here on out.

James and his team are spectacular. They are very professional, responsive, highly communicative, friendly, and I would recommend them for projects large and small. Their work is awesome, we had a front walkway put in which is picture perfect, our yard leveled, top-soiled, Harley raked and hydroseeded in both the front and back, it was a very large project. His staff is polite and great to work with, I have two small children who wanted to watch the whole process, he and his guys, were waving, smiling high fiving my kids throughout the day which is the personal touch I look for. It is clear that he takes pride in all projects from start to finish.

Hired them to remove 5 pretty good sized pine trees on my property that I could no longer maintain. They removed all of the trees quickly and cleaned the area (including grinding down the large tree stumps). Very happy with the results. The guys on the job were friendly and polite. Would highly recommend their services.

James and his crew were great to work with. They showed up when they said they would, we re professional and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our backyard re-vamp. We had trees cleared, backyard regraded, shed pad installed and hydro seeded the entire backyard - my only regret is waiting so long to start this project. I appreciated that he took the time to explain pros and cons of different approaches to our yard during the design and build phases. He was flexible in his approach to the work and came up with a clever solution to help frame and support some steps we needed to install down to the patio. We were so happy with the work they did that we cornered him on his way out and asked him to quote us another project we have in mind for next year. We cant wait to see how that turns out too!
