The folks at Weed Man are very courteous, and my lawn is generally weed-free. When I have asked them to do an extra application of weed spray from time to time, they have agreed without issue.

I moved to new house last year. Few days later, I received a leatlef about activities of a company called Toronto Weed Man, a company who cares lawn. I contacted them and later I got an email including a PDF file with more information regarding their services to protect lawn and control weed at our property. They visited our property and recommended Natures Touch Program that consists of 3 weed control applications, 2 fertilizer applications and a complimentary midsummer inspection. The cost was pretty reasonable. They fully completed their job and I am satisfied with their services. I would like to thank Nya and Paul who were always available to help me with my lawn questions. I highly recommend TORONTO WEED MAN to anybody who would like to have green and safe lawn.

I switched from Frechette to Weedman in 2023 because Frechette stopped offering the Hard Surface treatment I had been using for a number of years. Weedman was happy to offer it and after my 2nd season with them I am very impressed with the price, level of customer service, the technicians and the excellent results...not a weed in sight on my property, front and back, EVER! Weedman has been serving my lawn for many years and I m very happy with the service, communication, and most importantly, the results. I started with a lawn that was mostly dandelions but with Weedman s scheduled weed applications, fertilizer, and overseeding I now have a thick grassy lawn and continue with their services to keep it looking great at an affordable price.

I first met Dan over the phone while shopping for a lawn care service company. He was very patient and listened to my concerns and suggested a plan of action for both weeds on the lawn as well as weeds within the interlock brick throughout my property. Since then, Ive been very pleased with the results. By ensuring, one has a plan that allows for unlimited visits for re-sprays is key in helping deal with problem weeds throughout the property. I would also like to thank Josh at the main office for also helping in assessing my situation and communicating my needs to folks in the field. Terrible service. The anti weed spray killed my grass and weed Man wouldnt do anything about fixing the issue. They offered me free seeding in September. My grad was destroyed in June so they expect me to wait the entire summer with burnt grass before they weed in the fall. Sans yourself the money. This service does not work and the staff is unpleasant to deal with

We started using Weed Man to fertilize and treat our lawn for weeds a year and a half ago. Ive been very satisfied with their customer service, including: - check-ins from service reps - this week Sean called to give us an update / discuss our mid-season inspection. No chinch bugs! :) - discounts for services - responsiveness to my calls re: any issues/questions/concerns - if a weed treatment is done and we dont feel it had sufficient effect they will send someone out to retreat the lawn - no additional fee. This can happen if it rains not long after the treatment. - mid-season lawn inspection for persistent weeds, insect and grub damage. - courtesy follow-up phone call to discuss the inspection results and recommend any further services where needed. After 25 years of fighting with my lawn, I decided to call Weed Man Lawn Care. As professionals in lawn care, they have proven to be the best for dealing with and solving the problems asscoaited with maintaing a difficult lawn. My acidic, sandy, grub loving lawn is now flourishing. I noticed a big difference from last spring, throught the summer and into the fall. Now, this spring, I already have a green, healthy lawn. I wish that I had called Weed Man years ago.

The technician did not fertilizer the full property. He forgot to fertilizer the grass on the right side of the driveway, or management did not train their technicians properly.

This company is scamming their customers and providing them with false information. I called to obtain a quote and was happy with the pricing and let them know that I need to obtain my credit card and will call back to secure their pre-pay services. I called back 10 minutes later to be informed that they will not honour my previous price and quoted me much higher. I told them that was not the price I was quoted and they argued with me and refused to honour my original price. I will never recommend this company to anyone. They just lost a customer that was about to secure their services! Your sales reps should learn how to speak to their customers and be truthful about what they say. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Stay away!!

I have never been so disgusted by a company as I am with Weed Man. After a full season of service, my weeds were not reduced at all. When I called, Weed Man explained that I had a type of weed that their sprays did not treat. However, that didnt stop them from continuing to spray it, and continuing to charge me. I called to cancel the service and they said ok. However, they kept showing up and kept charging me. I called again, and again, and again and they kept charging. BEWARE, Weed Man will pretend to cancel your service, but they will lie and say oh, we only thought you meant to cancel the next service, not all. I got back on the phone and gave a very strong message that my account was to be closed, which they agreed. Of course that was nonsense. Just this morning a Weed Man tech was on my lawn doing some measurements. This is the most unethical company of all time. They pretend things are just a mix up, but their business model is to keep you trapped with them forever. Truly a shameful experience. EDIT: I decided to call Paul after he replied to my initial complaint. Paul seemed to be truly genuine about his care for my concerns and did his best to listen and help me. I was left feeling that there was a measure of hope that Weed Man would do their best to improve. Thank you Paul for your professional and patient follow up.

I enlisted the services of Weed Man to maintain the weeds between my interlocking pavers, and I must say, they did an excellent job. They completed the work promptly, and I didnt encounter any weed issues thereafter. The work crew was exceptionally courteous, and I greatly appreciated the email reminders.

I don t recommend their services. Not a company to trust. When I signed up for their services, all the admin work was impeccable. They sent notification that an appointment is coming up, installed the tiny lawn sign, and send the bill. I did not see any improvement after that, so I called in, another application was booked, at a cost of course, and the bill came in same day the service was supposedly booked. This time I checked the CCTV footage, and as I suspected, it was only the invoice that they had sent. No one came to apply anything. I also guess the first time no one must have shown up as with any weed application you should expect to see at least some improvement. After I indicated the CCTV footage, they reluctantly sent someone and applied Fiesta and it was effective. I cancelled my service, as I don t trust this company. It s not ethical to charge for services, without providing it and it should not be up to the customer to verify their work has actually taken place or not. My recommendation is to deal with individuals, and small businesses, those whom you can see and talk to. And also I would recommend doing this one at a time to test it out. This is not a gym membership that you want to enrol. Companies like Weedman take advantage of the comfort people tend to seek in signing up for a service once and get charged forever.

They do fertilization, weed control and aeration. Weed control is not terribly effective due to municipal regulations and neighbours who have a great amount of untended weeds. Have had them do bug control but that was ineffective. Services

I have used Weed Man for the past few years. My lawn was full of weed and I used to spend so much time to remove them. As soon as I started with Weed Man its all gone. I am very happy with their service and their commitment.

Zero stars. Almost June and Ive only had one visit with no sign on my lawn. Already finished the first round of dandelions. They were very healthy and vibrant. Wondering what I should expect for the next round of dandelions and weeds???

Update: Was able to resolve this matter and continued their service for the rest of the year. It was exceptional. Everything went smoothly and it was easy to manage my lawn. Looking forward to having weedman come back in 2022! Absolutely terrible first time service. Main reason I booked them was for aeration. I had new sod laid last summer and as a new home owner was looking for some help maintaining my lawn. The schedule they gave my said aeration for April/May. Called June 1st as no one had showed and they clearly forgot. Put a rush on it. Later that week I noticed the sign on the front lawn that they had come by but no service was provided. Called the office and they said the machine didn t fit. No one rang the doorbell and asked me to move anything (there were just a few rink boards behind the fence door). So instead of trying to get the job done and communicate with the customer they just left. It s been two weeks now and still nothing. I m a yoga teacher and coughed up two weeks of my backyard business because of this aeration. Lost over $700 in revenue. They sent someone over to measure and see that their actually is more than enough room to fit the machine. He said someone should be by in a couple of days and it s now the end of the week. Absolutely brutal. never recommending or planning to use this company again. I m sorry weedman Toronto. Looks like you have a bunch of weeds working for you.

Weedman Toronto did an excellent job tending to our lawn. Staff were reliable and came as scheduled at planned intervals. The office personnel also responded to any inquiries in a respectful and timely manner. Our lawn is weed free and looks much healthier. We would use this service again.

After 10 years of struggling on our own to make our lawn look good, we finally went with Weedman. Within a couple of months, our lawn has transformed into a magnificent lush green lawn, with not a single weed. Thanks, Weedman.

This is absolutely the worst lawn care service. DO NOT use this company. They never come on time, or the day they are scheduled to come. They lie constantly and never take ownership for their incompetence. They were supposed to come on more than 5 occasions to spray the back lawn and never did. When I asked for a refund they would not provide one. I was charged for the front and back lawn and services were only provided to the front. A very frustrating experience. Do not waste your time or money on this service. TERRIBLE.

Horrible run away as fast as possible, bought both weed service and mosquitoes control and I have both weeds and dont even talk to me about the mosquitoes. Call to complain and get nothing but lip service, then a rude person calls to collect for a ineffective service. Last visit was all of 3 minutes and cost 83 dollars. Questioned service person about why not weed control (only fertilizer) and he said the weed tech would be here the next day and well nobody showed......complete scam

Weedman has been taking care of our lawn for many, many years. I can only say good things about them: courteous, knowledgeable, always on time and doing the job properly. We have not had weeds nor insect infestations for years. A couple of grub issues over the years, but they have been resolved quickly. I strongly recommend their service. All i have to do is water and cut the grass. Life is simple and pleasant.

Nothing worked on the purple broadleaves in the past and the grubs were out of control. 2 summers in with weed man and it s eliminated. My neighbours have the same issue and can t control it. Weed man transformed my lawn in the first year and now into the second it looks even better. Highly recommend

This is my first season using weed man services. I thought I had given my CC info upon booking services but did not. Paul G in the finance department was wonderful about getting in touch with me in a friendly manner so we could sort out the billing. So far I am impressed with the services provided, besides the drought which they have zero control over.

I have used Weedman for two seasons and find them to be very responsive...always replies promptly and have come to redo the maintenance and follow up. My grass has certainly improved but still not 100% there yet.

The folks at Weed Man are excellent. They come frequently and stay in contact with us after they inspect our lawn to let us know what services they think we need to keep our grass looking good and growing well.

While their admin teams are good with communication I am not so sure about their product applications themselves. I have a lot of crab grass even though this was supposed to have been addressed before the season as well as general weed overload on my lawn. I then got sold extras recently which will probably be too late. Not sure how to rate them so I put 3. May go down to a 2 if my lawn doesnt improve.

I have used Weedman for a few years. Every time I have called to reapply any service they have come immediately. Customer service so professional and accommodating. My lawn is perfect and my interlock driveway always free of any weeds.

I have a property in Etobicoke. This people DO NOT do what is in agreement. My feelings is Their responses to different accents are different. May be im wrong But when i call or my friend calls we get two different answers. Mine is always nooo. They simply make an agreement and dont do it.

I have been using this service for over 30 years for fertilizations and weed control. I have always been happy with the level of communication and the results. I buy the prepaid package every year which is always reasonable. I add additions sometimes when needed (after their annual free inspections) such as grub control or aeration. All and all it has been a worry-free experience.

I just put in brand new grass June Took care of it it was as beautiful as green as it can get And then in August around the end of Aug they started coming around they destroyed my grass and my mom s there s nothing left of it they burned it off I think the company should close down they re trying to repair but it s not get it anywhere Please stay away from these people they don t know what they re doing. My grass is destroyed Brand new grass completely burnt the front and back and my neighbours

Instead, they sent a invoice and confirmation of the work. And, sent a guy and did work without my consent. (I dont know what he did). They want money not the credit from customer. Weedman applied weed-control application and they did not do my backyard After contact them again and requesting a inspection that came back and re-applied, but once again backyard was not completed. they came back the 3rd time and they did not apply weed-control in the back again. This company is horrible and I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THEM.

Scammers, be aware. This company keeps claiming they have serviced my lawn and I have security cameras. After sending them the video recording that no one serviced my lawn they sent someone. Then again it happened. Be aware.

Extremely poor service. Resulted in no change to my lawn. They also had additional charges on my service and they would not make any adjustments to the bill after multiple complaints. Disappointment with their customer service representative Lisa. Will not recommend this service at all.

The sales agents at Weedman are tripping over one another. One couldn t finish the transaction in the system, five others called me with the same thing. One overpromised, then sent a wrong confirmation. Another one fixed, then one service is missing. What s recorded of course checks out on their side. About 5 calls to this company to settle this. If this is the sign of things to come in spring, I should have known better

Full season of weed control . Halfway through the summer when it continued to get out of control they told me the weeds on my lawn were not controllable and would need to be pulled by hand. My lawn is now declared unserviceable .

Made the mistake of getting a quote with them 2 years ago. Now every year I get multiple marketing calls from them. I have called you guys back a few times. Please stop calling me.

I use to use them for one season and then I cancelled them for the following year however they still showed up and charged me for the visit. I never authorized them so Im not sure where the disconnect happened more importantly no apology on their part. Very over priced and there are other companies with better service and customer support.
