Great first service! Then basically ghosted me, numerous emails sent regarding lawn cutting, no response. Unprofessional!!! To say the least

Terrible snow removal services, Used them for years, started well then went downwards year after year! Terrible communications, lack of real customer service, and they tend to overcharge almost every time, above the agreed upon contract!

Snow removal. The last few times I have requested snow removal, they have connected me with a contractor and confirmed the job. Only to find out 18 hours later the contractor has cancelled the job and I am back to square one.

I have never rated a company before but we had such a bad experience with Eden I thought I needed to share some thoughts so as to try to protect others against what I believe is the worst experience with outside contractors we have ever had. The snow removal from Eden was haphazard at best - they would say they were going to show up and many times didnt show up at all and if they did, it was hours after everyone in our neighbourhood had they driveways cleaned. If they did show up, they did an atrocious job and then charged more than they said. We managed to last a couple of months before cancelling. The bottom line is avoid this company at all costs.

They charged my card and never showed up for snow clearing- emails remain unanswered, calls go no where. Very unprofessional, no integrity....

Used this for one time snow removal. Quoted at $55+tax for a truck driveway plow. They instead charged $83+tax the reason for being more than 4 car driveway. Even though my driveway only fits 3 cars. The entire plow took 3min and was not a thorough job to began with.

Very bad service and careless. trying to reach them but they ignore and charging me double. they didnt clean my driveway but charged me twice. very very stupid. stay away from them

Awful customer service, companies that are contracted to do the work dont finish the job and thereby can expose customer to liability if its snow related.

They don t answer the phones or reply to emails on time . They don t let you know whether they are coming to provide the service or not . I ended up completing most of the job myself then they showed up late to do the rest of job and charged me full fees . Negative Responsiveness, Professionalism

I paid for a service. They never showed up, called me back, emailed me back or anything. I contacted the driver and nothing. Ive asked for them to cancel the service and nothing.....Ive looked up other reviews in the area with the same sort of thing so I will be reporting this company for fraud and alerting visa as well. Completely unprofessional.

I m currently suffering a personal injury and Eden has helped so much with their snow removal service, twice! It was timely and professionally done, an excellent service!

WORST EXPERIENCE!! My elder parents gave these guys their credit card info for a possible future snow removal services , and their credit card got charged for a service NEVER received !!! We have been trying to email, call, and get in contact with them and NO response from anyone!! Our credit card has been charged twice and we did not even get any services from them!!!

These people steal your money !!! They dont answer your emails or calls , and they charge you money for services they dont give !!! We email them to cancel the credit card and they still charge us !!

We were selling our house, with open house scheduled for the weekend. After a heavy snowfall, we hired Eden to clean our front entrance and driveway. Surprise! Their contractor left a HUGE mess in our driveway and curb, didn t finish the job and charged us $124!!! I tried to reach out to Eden and the contractor to get the job done, no answer. They only replied to my contacts over a week after the terrible job was done. DON T hire this company.

Beware. Most recently eden performed a service I have NOT APPROVED and charged me double the price I input as a limit without my consent. I requested a spring cleaning for a very small front lawn and input my budget and did not give my consent to perform the service if its within my price limit. Then, a contractor picked up the job but all of a sudden the app removed that and was showing quote unser review for several days. All of a sudden, they emailed me asking if I approve the quote, then another email. I didnt answer since I was on vacation. All of a sudden I get a notification that the job has started, emailed immediately and no answer. The next thing I know I was charged with 120$. I emailed again AND submitted a dispute within the time limit they give on the app since I NEVER APPROVED THIS SERVICE AND PRICE. And guess what, no answer! Before this I was happily using eden app but this was the absolute last time even if I ever see my money back.

We did not understand why more than 30% higher fee was charged for the very same space and for a smaller snowfall and when we emailed the customer service we received a response that a refund would be processed in 7-10 days. No surprise that nothing happened after this 7-10 days but what did surprise us was that when we followed up again it showed that the customer service email address no longer exists.

The team was efficient and professional.

Ill highly recommend not using this service. 1) They required credit card on file, that was randomly charged for me with different amounts even without taking the service. They appear to have glitchy systems and you wouldnt want to place your credit card on file. 2) A person from their team visited for service but decided not to carry out the service because of overgrown lawn. Thats highly unprofessional - why else someone would call in mowing services? Why wouldnt the visiting person ring my doorbell and let me know they arent performing services upon visit? Complete waste of time and effort to create an account with them and coordinate scheduling service. 3) Their city manager tried to reschedule service with someone else, but arbitrarily doubled the quote and couldnt reschedule on time for one whole week. Grass grows everyday (thats common knowledge), and they decide not to mow the lawn upon the visit, wait for it to grow more, and increase the initial quote citing overgrown lawn. Id not even rate them 1 star, perhaps lower if there was an option.

I contacted them on Wednesday afternoon and by Thursday afternoon the job was done, just the way I wanted . Very professional and very friendly too.

One of the worse companies I have even dealt with is all my years of business . There is no one to contact regarding the app they want you to use .. No one ever answers the phone or even responds to any emails .. Eden it quick to sign you up and get all the info they need and then silence .. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANY ONE . I used this service for snow removal. They left me stranded in my house for 4 days during our worst snow storm. I called and sent emails numerous times and was sent an email that stated they would be sending someone. No one came! I had to find someone else. I am a senior and I was counting on this service. I couldn t get my food delivery, my mail nor could I even attempt to get out of my driveway. It was overwhelming and terrifying. If I could give no stars to this company I would. Shame on them

Using their snow removal service for the first time on 23 January 2022, they dispatched the first contractor (Dustin Ritz) who kept me waiting for more than 24 hours and after wasting my time he just messaged me back on the app that he is sorry that he lied, the day after that on January 25 the Eden system appointed the second one (Irving Palacios) who appeared at 8:00 pm and within 45 minutes he cleared the snow from an area of approximately 1500 square feet and left the premises without checking with my wife if there is any comments on his job!!! I attached pictures that is better than me in describing the whole experience. However, I gave them a 3-star rating to be honest with myself and be fair enough to Irving the contractor, because of his efforts and okay Job.

Used them for landscaping services in 2021 and they were ok, but for snow removal go anywhere else - they havent gone out to the property at all this winter, yet continue to charge for their services. Its virtually impossible to get through to anyone on their team who can be of help - countless calls and emails go unanswered.

Terrible service! I hired them to clear mine and my neighbours driveway during the massive Toronto snow storm about 2 weeks ago. Its understandable that they were busy. HOWEVER my problem was that their contractor accepted the job and never gave us an ETA after several attempts at msging via the app. We also called Eden for an update but they outsource their calls to a 3rd party call centre. Call centre said someone would get back to us but even after 3 calls, no one did. Zero communication. 3 days later and still a no show. So i cancelled and wont ever use again. Definitely dont recommend them

Eden used to offer very good snow removal, but since they switched to the app/gig service thing they do now, theyre terrible. When you use the app to call for snow removal, some random dude shows up, shovels a tiny line of snow, and then leaves, charging you $150. When you email to complain they ignore you and dont take responsibility. Awful service, not recommended.

The guy came not on time. When he arrived, didn t give me a call too. Just cleaned half side in front of garage which I already cleaned. Leave another half full of snow, that half is actually what I want them to do. Called the customer service, I was told to pay one more time to get the other half done. It s ridiculous. Bad service.

Booked a snow removal service and waited for 3 days. Service was not delivered and no explanation or reason was offered. Customer service phone line is answered by someone who knows nothing and promises to deliver your message.

I used Edens snow removal service a few times in 2019 & 2020. The quality of their service degraded significantly. Their subcontractors have no idea what they are doing, not familiar with the app and wait times are looooong. For the snow storm in Jan 2022, my request was online for 2 days and nobody accepted my request. On Feb 18, 2022 my request was online for a few hours and nobody accepted it. Their call center agents are useless and do not have access to the system. I am going to uninstall the app to avoid the false hope. Disappointed.

I used their snow removal services last year with reasonable price and service quality but this year!!!! And even though no contractor showing up for snow removal, we had multiple experiences that contractor accepted the job and did not show up, and you sit there waiting for them without being able to request another job ( cause the system does not let you) all in all, it is NOT something you can count on AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!

Unreliable. Jobs get accepted and cancelled with no warning. No customer service to resolve just what seems like an automated text message. Terrible.

Terrible service! I called them to plow my driveway and clear my front steps from the snow. They charged me $118. They came - BUT my driveway still has snow all over it. My steps still have snow all over it AND my walls near my garage are full of snow. I called them twice and no one has called me back. I will never use them again.

Our landlord suggested this company to clear snow from the driveway around the back of the house. They couldnt come right after the storm, which was understandable, so we cleared our own path to the bins at the back. When they did come, they merely re-cleared the path we had already done - that was it. They did not do any additional snow removal of their own. We had paid upfront, and received no reply to the message we sent about it. They did not refund our money. Dont use this company.

Set up service, they delayed the first service, i spoke to the contractor he said he would be there the next day, no show, after another call and email, they didnt show up. i then emailed them to cancel services (which never started) they confirmed receipt of the cancellation. Today i get a message that my cc was charged and they completed work., unreal, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CO

I used Eden for snow removal and grass cutting. 1. Its pretty inconsistent quality when it comes to whose servicing your property. 2. Dont bank on people getting back to your emails if youre asking questions or have complaints - again its very inconsistent. I asked to be removed from the automatic mailing list and they signed me up for weekly grass cutting and fall cleanup. 3. I reached out through the chat to get an accurate email address when it said delivery error and she gave me the wrong email and when I complained about it the girl conveniently went offline. Makes me think they change up their emails every so often so you cant get ahold of them 4. News doesnt travel fast with the organization... I finally booked someone to cut my parents lawn and after so many missed communications the lawn cutter got back to me saying they havent removed their number from their system and they no longer work for Eden and they keep booking them jobs. The next person who accepted the job never showed up. 5. I emailed that I wanted to deactivate my account and finally got a response and they said just deactivate the app and theyll pass along the message to cancel the rest. Well they kept charging me and it took me sending over screenshots of my statement that they finally said it was 100% closed. To be honest I wouldnt be surprised if they kept charging me because of this bad review. **I ended up going with a better organization led by STUDENTS that have exceptional communication, fair prices, and actually show up for the jobs they book

Made a request for service for my lawn, went a week without communication or updates from the contractor who accepted the work. Communication with customer service via online chat was unhelpful and unclear. Wouldnt recommend booking with this company/app.

Eden I have had lawn cutting service for about 3 years now. Good job and consistent whenever I have usual contractor. I would recommend eden.

I used Eden a handful of times and they were fine but they continuously charge my credit card when 1) I have never ever asked to for a subscription service. When I inquired, they told me that they automatically opt customers in who do not reply no to an email that was in my promotions folder. What business does that??? 2) They have still not removed my CC after multiple requests. I am still being charged for services I havent asked for. It makes me wonder how many cards theyre charging from customers who do not check their balances closely. Eden, please solve this issue.

Awful. Contractors that never showed, had to get my own lawn mower

The company is a scam; they are not a landscaping company they just run an app that outsources random landscapers. They take your credit card for a hold then stop responding. In my case they charged $500 on my card and no one ever came, stopped responding. 100% scam

I ordered a quote for yard clean up. When I was at work they sent someone to do a yard clean up, something I do not need in early October. They charged my credit card and will not issue a refund. They did not confirm the appointment, they did not knock on the door. Horrible customer service when I complained. They said I ordered it. Nope, I only wanted a quote for a future clean up and I was going to get snow removal.If I did, I would be happy to pay for it. Be careful with this company, they will charge you for things you did not order.

We have used Eden to service my parents property (snow removal) in Etobicoke for the past three winter seasons and have been extremely happy with the service provided. When I was visiting back in February 2022, after the major snowfall, my mother asked that I reach out to Eden to compliment their service. The gentleman who serviced my parent s place did a bang up job and provided timely and thorough service. This is from my 90 year old mother. So thank you to Eden and the crew who took care of my parents. Winter 2022 was unpredictable year and Im sure Eden received more complaints than compliments. But thank you to Eden. The service was awesome and the price reasonable, compared to the fixed contracts.

I emailed for a quote for snow removal and sent detailed address info including pics and a map. After no word for about a week I followed up with another query. They quickly replied they were still waiting on address info. I did a resend on my earlier email. I never heard back. I moved on. It seems apparent they are not reliable or are disorganized. This is a followup to the very quick response after I posted this. I was given a direct email link when I asked for the quote and did my replying to conversation links. Telling me I can get a quote another way now does not help. As I said I have moved on.

I would like to acknowledge Jude who came from Eden to complete the fall cleanup of our property at the last minute. Although, Id started the job, I couldnt complete it due to an injury. So, I truly appreciate the work Jude did.

Terrible Terrible service, This company is a scam. We used them last year for our house in Ottawa. First the person doing the job was super lazy and always super late. This year, they are still charging us and we dont even live there and the app does not allow to cancell a recurring service. NO snow removal company will continue service for another year, its always for the season in course. And trying to get through to them = impossible I would not use them for anything, this is really scamming

My dealings have been with Ben Lewis, GTA Sales Manager. I signed up with EdenApp this Winter for snow removal and salting at a number of my rental properties. I was told before and after photos would be provided. I was also told salt would be applied (which I would provide at each location) at a cost. I personally met with the contractor prior to service beginning, and went over all the service requirments at each property and explained where the salt was located at each location. The first storm of the year was yesterday (in Toronto) on December 15, 2022. Late in the evening, I started receiving email notifications with receipts for each location. I was charged for salt application as I had contracted to be done. Only 1 photo of one section of the service area was provided along with the receipts. It was an After photo. So, I did not see the condition of each location prior to the work being done to clear the snow. I went to each property (today) following the storm and noticed no salt was applied as I expected to be done. One location was not serviced at all. In speaking to Ben Lewis, he was adamant that salt had been applied. He indicated that the contractor had their own salt and due to a lot of rain the salt had washed away. This was completely untrue. The salt was to be provided by myself, and was not applied. Also, I spoke with the contractor by phone, and he also confirmed that he does not carry salt on his truck. This was also something I had enquired of him weeks ago when we met at each property to go over the service details and show him where the salt would be stored. I found Ben to be condescending in his tone while speaking to me, and ultimately, he indicated he had many other calls to get to and ended the phone call. This first experience using EdenApp was far from a positive one. Im really second guessing myself as to my decision to choose this company for my Snow removal and salting needs this Winter.

Very disappointed in this service - its nothing like what is advertised on their website. I purchased their automated snow removal service for the most recent snow fall. They say their service time is 1-3 hours. I totally acknowledge that in these situations delays happen but they showed up 2 days later to shovel the snow, and they actually went to the wrong property by accident so they didnt even shovel my property. I tried contacting the contractor via their app and even their customer service line but no answer on the ETA of service or if anyone was even going to come. When the contractor did come 2 days later, they did not even contact me to let me know they would be coming and I already reached out to cancel my service. I ended up shoveling the snow myself and I would have told them not to come because there would be nothing for them to shovel - if this was intentional on their end, it seems like a deceitful way to charge customers. They charged me for this service and my refund is pending as of now - I figure there is no way they can spin not giving me my money back given that they didnt even shovel the right driveway. I would not recommend this company, especially if you are looking for reliable service. Especially if the contractors are showing up so much later following the accumulation of snow.

Literally the worst service ever. They send people whenever they feel like, either every 2 days or they forget and come after 4 weeks. Constantly have to follow up. They charge your visa many times and then refund back and forth because apparently that is how their app works. Their gardening and landscaping team is lazy and does nothing. The grass is cut too short and damaged, no weeding done. They did good job once when I complained. I inquired about snow removal and they signed me up without permission. They charge $160 per plow. Even though I already have a plow service they came anyway and for $160 they cleaned the driveway and left. Without the guy even lifting a shovel and leaving not plowed two feet of snow on the walkway leading to the house. If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely awful, overpriced company with lazy and useless employees. I am reporting them for fraud right at this moment.

I asked for snow removal in my driveway. Someone came at the right time it was written on my account. However, the guy did not even get out of the vehicle. After few minutes he left. They charged me more than I was told without doing anything at all. We saw everything in our camera. Pls. Do not ask service to this company. I send email and no response. Unproffesional

Not pleased with the service as I have to keep tabs on the quality of service done for a 4 car shared driveway. I have elderly parents and its time consuming having to double check their work. My parents had waited 12 hours to have their driveway done and the contractors showed up at 8am today (when the ice had already settled onto the pavement) They spent a total of 10 minutes throwing salt on the driveway and shoveling parts where they can. I was also not pleased with the response either. My mother had shoveled the walkway and entrances as that was not included in the agreement. This is the response Ive received after submitting photos: Sorry i dont understand, you sent pictures of a completed driveway, walkway, entrance etc,. I do see snow along the side where they had to place some of it.

Worst service ever , booked them for snow removal at 9 am they came 2 am at night who is going to to move the cars from the driveway at 2 am for them ?

Eden does an excellent job in the driveway and walkway and I love how timely they have been with completing the job before I need my car in the morning. Thanks for the great service!

MOST UNRELIABLE .I had booked for snow removal and twice the contractor cancelled the job and after 24 hours the company was still looking for one.This was my first booking with them.I would recommend no one should book with Edenapp.

Tried using them for recurring snow removal. We have a very small area to cover in downtown Toronto (a few walkways) - they missed areas multiple times and were either very slow to come back and correct it or didnt show up at all (when the explicitly said they would). Also refused to refund when they didnt show up. Very disappointed given this should have been a very simple job. The mobile app is also a pain to use and doesnt have an option to remove a recurring job. Would not recommend.

Share a driveway with a neighbour who is using this company. They clear the snow at 1am with a high powered snowblower. Disregard for noise by-laws, neighbours sleeping. When asked politely to not do this the reposne was rude and unprofessional. I will be forwarding my video evidence of their breaking noise by-laws to the city. They are an UNPROFESSIONAL business.

AWESOME work in Ottawa! I count on Eden for both snow removal as well as yard work. They always do a great job and I really like that I can communicate with the contractor whos going to do the job. Just fabulous customer service.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! I recently engaged the service of this company to help my senior parents take care of their front lawn and backyard. After much frustating back on forth on dates and times, we finally settled on a date. When the crew failed to arrive at the agreed time, I called customer care only to be told that the crew had been on the property but had left because they had arrived early. When I checked the CTV cameras on the property, they had never been anywhere close to the property. Once the crew finally showed up, I indicated to them what the expectations were and what I would like to see moving forward. I might as well not have said anything. After they completed their work, they crew departed without any acknowledgement of the services that they provided. They left debris all over our driveway and the street, including a bag of trash that I was not aware I would have to dispose of in the future. I was charged double the amount to what I had agreed. When I tried to dispute the charge I found that CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. Once they have your money, thats it. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!

I have been using Eden for snow removal for several years. Their prices are quite reasonable, they always show up, and they do a good job when they get here.

This is an app available in many regions in Canada and the US. The company collects the fees and farms out the work to independent contractors/ businesses who are the real face of this operation.

I hired these guys for landscaping. I learned that in fact they do not have their own people, they are a platform. So there will just be a mark up on the service that is done on top of some contractor that I suspect bids on the job. THEY DO NOT HAVE THEIR OWN QA PEOPLE. So the results you get will be whatever the contractor does. They will do what the contract says, but the quality is pretty variable. Suffice to say I wont use them again. The work was done, but nothing I would be impressed with, had to contact them to even finish the work that was in the contract.

To echo what the previous reviewer said-I also discovered that Eden is a platform-THEY DO NOT DO THEIR OWN LANDSCAPING. First, they said a landscape design would cost $2000, which is quite a bit more than competitors I reached out to. I requested an online quote and was told it would need to be a site visit. Fair. They cancelled on me twice, both times 10 minutes before we were supposed to meet. The second time, they said it was because the contractor had an emergency and it was out of their control. So that was evidence they are a platform. I would think twice before hiring them as the quality is probably very variable and you will be paying significantly more as they will take a cut.

They took me on mid way through the seaon and did an emaculate job. Jonathan was very professional and always on time. Fantastic work.

BEWARE - Had to cancel with EDEN due random charges to credit card. - They charged credit card without providing service 2 times in 15 days. Tried to cancel my account and credit card - the CRM/app wont let you do it. Messaged Lisa on Dec 19th requesting to cancel account .. never her back! Now Im trying to get a hold of them again - on hold forever and no email or chat response - SHOCKER!!!!

This place promised me same day service, then promptly left my parents snowed into their place the next day before they had to rush to work. Unreliable as anyone ive ever seen. Customer Service is a joke and so is their contractor, Witney Contracting

Terrible service. Used for snow removal purposes a few times, however, never on time and always delayed. Cancelled the service now and would not recommend it to anyone.

I tried to use these folks. 3 contractors and 36 hours later I still haven t had a response. I downloaded the app but it s useless. I can t cancel the job (we did it ourselves) and I can t cancel my account. It s a nice idea in concept but Mickey Mouse (sorry Mickey) in execution and customer service.

Applied for snow removal on January 17th at 10am. Now it is January 18th at 10pm and they still haven t showed up yet. That s 36 hours after we requested the service in spite of the fact that as soon as you press apply service they take the money from the credit card RIGHT AWAY within seconds. The contractor keeps sending messages updating the arrival time and who knows if he is coming or not. They should have given us a time frame from the beginning when we requested the service and see if we are ok with that or not but I guess this is how unprofessional people run a lousy business. Not recommended at all and don t waste your money.

Eden doesnt deserve even 1 star!!! Storm or no storm, customers deserve answers. Ignoring them is not the answer. All I was looking for is an Estimated time of arrival of contractor. And for 48 hours neither Eden or contractor could provide this!!! Negative Professionalism

BEWARE! My senior mother has been trapped in her house for FOUR DAYS because this company will not remove her snow. She has been paying for this service and no one will come. What needs to be done? She has called them crying, emailed them and NOTHING!

We had a huge snow storm about a week ago now and they still have not been out to clear the driveway. Theres a 2 car garage which is inaccesible, as well as the path to the garbage bins. They are not returning phone calls or emails either. We have a contract with them and theyve gone AWOL. Find a more reliable company.

We have had good experience last year but this year is worst experience ever. I understand things can be delayed due to storm but accepting job and not providing ETA, holding us for almost two days and then canceling it is just pathetic customer communication. For almost 2 days no communication from contractor or eden helpline even after sending 10s of messages, calls and voice messages. if you cant provide service just dont accept a job or cancel it as soon you realize you cant do it and communicate to customer of a reason thats the least you can do. Not recommended at all.

I usually do the snow removal myself but during a recent snowstorm it was too much to stay on top of. I downloaded the app, picked what I wanted done and within seconds a contractor reached out. He kept in touch with me about what time he would be there and did a great job. I added to the job as the snow continued to fall and he did that too. Very fast, very convenient and very easy. I will definitely use it again.

I was away on vacation with family when the most recent big snow storm hit. I set up Eden for 3 of our family homes with driveways and pathways and city sidewalks and they cleared everything overnight following the storm. Very happy with their service. Highly recommend as there is no need for expensive hit or miss snow removal contracts.

For the most part I am really pleased with the snow removal service. The parking spot was a bit narrow but I guess with the big dump of snow this is understandable because there was little space to put removed snow.

App was easy to use, communication was excellent (text message when the job started, another when completed and communication with the driver was available), job was completed quickly with above par service. Highly recommended. Makes the competition look like a joke.

I needed a four car driveway cleared after a recent significant snowstorm. After setting up the app in the morning and placing a request, I received a text msg indication by whom and when the driveway was to be cleared. The work was done by 4:00 pm. In addition a photo was sent to me by email when the job was complete. Loved the promptness and great service! Would definitely recommend this app and service!

I used Eden for Snow Removal for my Aunts Estate. It was easy and convenient to get set up and the photo of the completed work was invaluable as I do not live at the property. The contractor was fast and did a complete and neat job. They frequently had to update the anticipated start time as they were delayed, however they were never more than 12 hours after the snow fall.

Eden did a wonderful job of caring for my home during a tough winter. Prompt service, carried out with care and thoroughly done. Always easy to talk to. I recommend Eden highly.

I work in landscaping, have owned and operated since 2011. From maintenance to Construction I have overseen many projects to fruition. But I dont always have time to meet requirements, I dont always have the available personnel. A contractor friend of mine introduced me to Eden and ever since then, I dont have issues filling short-term requirements that I cant meet and all of my customers are much more satisfied since they are able to get their work done without having to adhere to my busy schedule. I used to lose jobs and customers because of time restraints but with Eden, I am able to maintain my relationships by having an extra option to meet time requirements. Whether you are a homeowner or a contractor, this is a great way to get the job done both sooner and better. Highly recommend, especially for homeowners looking for efficiency and quality.

Terrible snow removal service. The contractor came with the plow and pushed all the snow onto my door step and left in 5 minutes. When I called to ask for the contractor to come back, I was told by their customer service that they cannot donANYTHING ABOUT IT. I paid $50 for this service and have to do the job myself. They advertise everywhere however no customer service or proper service. It s a cheating money gauging fraud company that is ripping their customers off.

Ordered leaf removal. Contractor shows up, quotes the job and gets to work. I leave and return to find the contractor gone and mulched leaf piles everywhere. I call Eden. Contractor changed his mind half way through that the price should be twice as much as he quoted before he started. Eden s response to this was to completely ghost me rather than spend $200 to resolve the situation. Would never recommend or use again.

I ve been using Eden over the last year for both my lawn and snow maintenance and they have been doing a wonderful job.

Very professional and clean up well. Contractors are quick to respond via text. We are pleased with their services and continue to use Eden as our landscaping company. My only advice is if you choose premium grass cutting ensure to let contractors know exactly what you want done each time (if recurring service). Otherwise only grass will be cut.

I signed up for a reoccurring service for snow care and not thrilled. This is the second time the contractor did a quick job. They even tried to up charge me for extra work then when I said ok they did not do it. Called Eden to resolve the issue and they had no clue what to do. All they could do is take my number and have someone call me back... Also if you sign up for a job when there is a heavy snowfall don t be surprised if your job gets cancelled randomly because they are too busy.

Excellent service for snow removal.

Eden was incredible! Super easy to use via the app. After a full day of snow over 10 cm I thought it would take forever for someone to accept my request on the app. The request was accepted after about 45 mins, which seems long, but this isn t Uber so be patient! Then it said someone would arrive within two hours, which I was pleasantly surprised by given it was the morning after a snow storm. 30 mins later someone was at my house and while I was at work I was able to text them via the app with intrusions. They were super responsive and even took pics of the job when it was done. Worth the slight extra cost to be able to have this done worry free while you are not home!

Poor service, incomplete job. They wont clear the entrance to the driveway, and didnt mention that in their terms prior to doing the job. Also way too expensive for the services provided - $90 for a small driveway that had 2 cars taking up half the space.

Eden is great. this is the first year we have used them, and my parking lot has never been so clean. They were there within a couple of hours after it stopped snowing and my store was good to go before we opened. Awesome app.

Took a little too long to do the job and snow not fully cleared from driveway or stairs and walkways and did not clear as agreed path to garbage bins side of the house (so crew had to come a second time around)

First time using the service. Was nervous if someone was actually going to show up Someone accepted right away. Came when they said they would come It was the best money I ve spent. Saved my back. Would use this service again and told co workers about it as well. Didn t give it a 5 star because I thought the contractor could have done a better job and I sort of had to finish the job for him. No big deal but could have been a little better. Even with that would use them again no questions asked.

I was seeking a no-contract snow removal service and EDEN fills the bill nicely. I ve used the service twice this winter and the contractor communicated well and did a good job. I m very happy with this service.

From a contractors perspective this app is amazing. Good for a couple extra bucks to cover gas etc every snowfall if your looking to make some extra money. Use this app for every snowfall and have yet to have an issue. For the most part clients are great to work with aside from the picky few, paid on time, good work=happy clients. Owners of the company are fantastic partners to work with.

Eden did a landscaping job at the front of our house. It involved digging up grass, replacing it with mulch, installing some pavers, and planting a number of perennials. The digging was difficult because there were tree roots close to the surface. The perennials were planted in well-chosen locations and the area was thoroughly watered. The work was completed in a few hours and the result was great. My wife and I are grateful to the contractors for a job well done and we are grateful to Eden for making sure it was done in a timely way.

Great app! I had my property done and now my grass is cut and my gardens look great... and now I have the long weekend to myself!

This is my 1st year with Eden and I will definitely continue. Ben and his staff gave me excellent and caring service. The gardener who took care of my lawn was friendly and did the work well. . Any request I made through the office was looked after. I will be signing up with Eden for snow removal as well. Yes, I would recommend Eden to others.

Signed up for the Eden Service and received a confirmation email from them December 7, 2018. On January 20th, I measured 8 cm of snow on my driveway. Eden advertises that the will send a contractor to clear to snow at 5 cm. No one arrived. I contacted one of their representatives to ask what happened. They stated that we werent signed up for the service. I provided their confirmation email. They said Sorry, well get you next time. I inquired how could I trust their service after the first blunder. They said Well do better next time and I received the second confirmation email about being enrolled in the service. When I stated that I should receive a credit for the next service I received no response. I then asked to cancel the service.

Please stop plastering you signs on every single street light / power pole. Its still private property. And also demerits bussinesses that work on those properties
