Kaden A. was my lawn care specialist today. He was courteous and helpful with any questions I may have had. I was very satisfied with him.
Poor service to the Holton, KS area. Continuously charged for repeat services that were never performed. Did NOT remove/kill weeds as promised and now they send collection agency after me. NEVER using this company again.
We got new sod installed in May and had weeds growing up through the sod in July. I hired TruGreen to treat the weeds, and now it's October, and after 3 treatments, the lawn is weed free and looks amazing!
I am pleased with aeration and overseed completed on my lawn. The job was completed in a professional and complete manner. The crew members and the quality of the equipment used to complete the job were impressive. I will definitely use them again next year.

I met with Josh Freeman this morning and felt like there might be hope for our country’s future!! I had decided that I was not interested in signing up for their service. Josh called and suggested he take a look at my yard and see if he could be of help. He is polite, friendly, knowledgeable and seems to sincerely want to help. He is a KEEPER!

Tristan was here on time, explained what would be done and the timeline for seeing results. He was polite and knowledgeable. A follow up since our first visit: Our second and third needed a follow up service. The second and especially our third payed for service was incomplete and again required the worker to return. Fertilizer spread was not complete and no weed killer was preformed. I watched the worker fertilize my yard with a 30% coverage and then leave, he placed a note on my door saying work was done. He also said he contacted me before he started working which he did not. This whole ordeal with TruGreen has been totally frustrating. Spread

Lawn is looking a lot better since I started with TruGreen.
This was my 1st in person experience with TruGreen. The setup: I pre purchased 7 applications for over $500. The service tech arrived shortly before rain was coming. The service tech was cordial and nice, but my conversation with him seemed quite rushed. All of my commentary about my yard was basically met with more up charges for aerating, overseeding, landscape bed applications, etc. He really asked nothing about my yard. Ill give the benefit of the doubt because rain was coming. He applied granulars in a light rain. Maybe I did an adequate job explaining my problem areas: nutsedge, dogs digging/urinating/trampling over seeded areas/germination problem areas. My yard likely looks 99% better than new customers yards look, but there just wasn t much time for chit chat on my 1st visit, which is what I expected a bit. I will keep a close eye on nutsedge control, which almost my singular reason for giving TruGreen my business.
I use trugreen for pest control, weed control, and fertilizer applications. I have had an extremely position experience working with my sales rep Koby. He is very responsive, personable, and eager to help. Each of my service techs, Kaden, Teddy, and Cresencio have all been friendly and completed their work effectively and quickly. The results from each of my services has been effective and I have been impressed with the results of each service.

Update 5/10/2024: Still happy with my TruGreen service. Colton came out to spray fertilizer and weed control. He also took time to answer my questions. My lawn still needs work but is definitely getting thicker and greener.

I hired them to keep my business lawn looking good and paid a lot money. My lawn looks worse than ever before with lots of dead spots and weed overgrowth. Sometimes they charged even though they arrived with broken machinery and couldn t perform the service. Worst investment ever!!!

Was looking to hire Tru Green to mow my yard, contacted someone through their website. It stated on their website and in the descriptions that they do lawn maintenance and mowing, but was advised that they just do lawn maintenance. My question is why have something on your website in multiple places but turn around and say we do not offer those services. False advertisement if you ask me.

I have had two visits so far from this company. They have been on time and I believe I saw some good results after the first visit which was fertilization plus more. Today the lawn was aerated and overseed. Kaden took the time to visit with me when I asked about certain areas and he explained what watering would be needed over the next couple weeks and the information left on my doorknob was helpful as well.
