I have had the pleasure of utilizing Greentouch for many years. Shawn has always come through for me and the most recent job involved tree trimming and removal of an extremely tall ash tree The crew was prompt, professional, polite, and respectful of my requests and my property. Patrick, Brandon, Cabon, Miguel, and Elis were all FIVE STAR. I highly recommend Greentouch for lawn and yard care.

Patricco and his crew did a fantastic job of cutting down and cleaning up storm damaged trees in our yard. They were very efficient and great to work with.

Mike answered to the call and did exactly what he said hed do. He saved sprinkler system just in time for fall seeding after concrete company messed up the electrical and didnt bother replacing!!!

The GreenTouch Topeka team just finished a yard cleanup project for me. Winds last night downed several large branches and limbs. They dispatched a crew and had the mess cleared the next morning. Thorough, efficient, and polite. I recommend GreenTouch for your tree and lawn care services! Today GreenTouch was here to trim back tree limbs that were encroaching on my roof and deck. They also cut back low hanging branches from several other trees. Patricio and team did a great job. I use GreenTouch for all my lawn care services.

Patricio and crew do an amazing job. They took down a 120 year old, huge, tree in just a few hours. And also trimmed up some overhanging branches over our patio. They then did such a great job of cleanup you could not tell there had ever been any tree debris or branches down anywhere on the ground. This crew and business is the best, and even did the job for a reasonable fee. This is the second time we have had work done by them and if we need more tree work in the future we will call Greentouch.

Wanted to give a shout out to Jaime Heithaus and his staff for the lawn and tree service they have provided me. Great response to my needs for my lawn and young trees. Very responsive with courteous employees that come on site. Ive recommended them to several others.

They did a super job on a complex drainage project. Had to be done in 2 phases, to accommodate drains running under a newly-poured sidewalk. Shawn Diederich was open to the idea of creating a rock pit, 10 x 10 x 4, to hold all the water coming in from 8 different roof downspouts, and met with the concrete contractor to coordinate. A crew of Hispanic guys (Sorry. The only name I caught was José) was very efficient in laying the connecting pipe from downspouts to the main channel, through some tricky terrain. Chase and Tavis labored through wet conditions to hook up everything just in time for a thunderstorm, and it all worked to perfection! Jarrod scheduled everything smoothly despite being short-handed on a number of days. Kudos to your whole operation.

GreenTouch built a circular retaining wall around a sloping corner of our house, and built a flagstone walkway also. I could not be more pleased. They did a fantastic job: top notch professionals. They worked their tails off in hot, hot weather but still kept a great attitude and I could see that they cared very much about giving me the landscape that I wanted. Also - they did the job for far, far less than other companies. I asked 4 companies for a bid. The first bid was so insane I was just dumbfounded. The second, after coming out to the house, had not given me a bid after 3 weeks. The 3rd never even responded to my request for a bid! After contacting GreenTouch, I got a visit and a bid within about 3 days, and they did the job when promised. I would highly recommend GreenTouch!

GreenTouch ALWAYS delivers! The crew arrived to cut down a messy mulberry tree and it was amazing how quickly and efficiently they worked together. ALL of the GreenTouch staff are professional, courteous and friendly. Our neighbor came running over to see if the crew could possibly remove a few low hanging branches from their tree as well. I have used Green Touch to help revitalize my lawn and replace an old retaining wall. The crew on the retaining wall was awesome and it looks fantastic! Shawn Diederich is who I always deal with and his up front honesty is one of the reasons I choose Green Touch.

I contacted GreenTouch to do service on a sprinkler system that was installed by a company they recently purchased. I was previously told by GreenTouch that they would honor all warranties on the system from the previous installer. When I called them back to do a service call under the warranty terms, they then told me that they would not honor the warranty that they previously told me they would. Be careful on working with a business that doesnt honor their word.

Nate was pleasant to deal with. Just had chiggers killer applied so dont know the results yet.

We use Green Touch for sprinkler system maintenance. During sprinkler turn on the technician told us a backflow part needed repair and they would get it ordered. A week later I called and asked them, and they had not ordered the part. They said they would order it then and that they should get it in 1-2 weeks and would call once it is in for the repair. I also noticed that our drip line was not working so I asked them to take a look at that in the meantime. We scheduled that and when that day rolled around, no call and no technician came out to look at the drip line. Wonderful. I figured I would just wait for the part for backflow to come in and then have them look at the drip line when repairing that. 4 weeks later, I have not heard anything from them, my backflow has not been repaired and no one has looked at my drip lines, but I did receive a bill in the mail for the work that has not been done. Very frustrating experience and we only use them for sprinkler turn on, backflow test, and winterization. I cant imagine the frustration for others who use them for multiple other services

Ive had similar experiences as others when this company bought out the company I had used for 17 years with zero issues. Trying to schedule these guys to come out is a pain. In addition what they tell you on the phone differs from what the (and Ill use this term loosely) tech will tell you on site. Evidently my 3 neighbors have had similar experiences as well. I believe Ive now paid this company as much in 2 seasons, fall and spring, as I did in 6 seasons prior. Ill be looking elsewhere for future services.

I am a long-time customer of Luxury Lawn and Green Touch. Twice last year and once year I have asked for someone to checkout my sprinkler system. I was told someone from your office would call to make an appointment. No one ever took the time to call me. Looks like Im going to need to look for a new service for next season.

Mike and Marco have both been out to assist me since I purchased my home in January and inherited a Greentouch irrigation system. They have been responsive and extremely efficient at the minimum. Even at 98° outside, Marco dug around and found a leak that was ultimately an error on my part. He was so patient and professional, even when lacking certain tools he needed from his truck. In every interaction I have had so far with both the on-site technicians as well as Lori and the others over in the office, I have been very pleased. In comparison to other local landscaping companies, I choose Greentouch Lawn and Tree from this point forward. As well, I will promote them on my own website as a local small business because of their personal touch and how they seem to take care in treating people like people and not a $ sign. Tyler Mark with Greentouch continues to amaze me. Even when things are busy, they always communicate with me to come up with a game plan. This time I needed to move a sprinkler head to make room for a basketball goal. Not only did he get it done, he even showed me things about my system I never knew that empowers me to diagnose future issues and maybe even tackle them myself!! Highly recommend!!

We had a leak in our irrigation system that was discovered my Hunter (employee) that needed repaired. He and his boss Michael came out later and made the repairs much to our satisfaction. Strongly encourage you to choose another company. I had been with Green Lawn for years. Minor issues but I did not submit to them, willing to hope for better. Shortly after a rainstorm in June this year, they came to spray my yard. They made ruts and cause problems. I reported, Bill, the maintenance person, appeared, promised sod and told me not to pay for the June service. 2 months later I start getting calls to pay for the service. I attempted to call Bill, but he has avoided my calls. They sprayed when they should not have, they promised repairs, and have avoided my attempts to resolve. NEVER AGAIN!

Greentouch aerated my lawn last week and did an great job. I watered before, which helps, but they went over it thoroughly and there are plugs everywhere, just like you want.

When I called I got Haley and she was super helpful in the process. I had never used a lawn company before and she was able to answer all of my questions and made the process super easy. Then when I had questions when they were doing my lawn she was swift in contacting me and her team out in the field!

Haley is very good at contacting me about upcoming services. She is very knowledgeable about the business processes, prices, etc. She can answer my questions and I feel confident that the service team will show up when she tells me.

I finally cut ties this year with my previous big lawn care company and switched to Green Touch. The last company made promises of how great my lawn would look if I went with them. What a disappointment it was year after year. I spent more time on the phone calling them about when they were coming out to turn on my irrigation system when they were coming out to shut it off and when they were coming to service my lawn. I called Green Touch they sent out a technician to look at my lawn and offer advice what services they provide would be best. My lawn in the middle of a very hot and dry summer looks great. My lawn is the envy of the neighborhood. Hailey calls me the day before my services and the technicians always leave a detailed statement of everything they did and what they applied and for what reason. Tyler Mark is always available to answer any questions are concerns I may have on my lawn. Definitely a pleased customer.

I believe they bought out Shawn at Mainline for sprinkler systems. Our system is only 2 to 3 yrs old. It took two weeks before they would come. The technician said we had a bad valve. They were supposed to be out today at 8 am. No call and no show. At 11:30am we get a call finally. They now cant come out til Thursday!!! To me that is not good service. This is our first time dealing with them and so far are not impressed. If they didnt have the have enough people to do the work then they shouldnt of purchased another company. At this point we might look for someone else to do the work.

My landlord called them out to cut down a huge tree in my back yard. They took their time accessing how to do their job. They paid close attention to power and cable lines. I would highly reccomend these guys to anyone!!!

Green Touch was the one of two companies I called for quotes, that got back to me and took care of my lawn and property. I also got the pest control for ticks, chiggers and fleas and it was taken care of efficiently and cost effectively. Im very pleased with the result.

Have had several lawn care companies over the past 10 years. Green Touch has taken care of my trees for the past 4 years and last year I hired them for my lawn. The others dont hold a candle to Green Touch. They have always taken care of my property with the utmost professional manner and my lawn is looking better than ever.

I had a great experience with Greentouch for tree care. They did exactly what I asked of them and Shawn kept in touch with me. I also thought the price was reasonable.

Called them, they said they would call when they have someone on route . Its been a week, obviously customer service is not a priority!

This place sucks. They are lazy and a bunch of womanizing men. Especially the guys working with Kansas department of transportation.

Poor communication and long 2 plus month wait for service. I guess i will google someone else to help me because im not sure if they are even coming back since i just got a bill in the mail and a partial job. No phone call, no education for the service they gave, no nothing but a bill. Verrry frustrated!

My husband and I began using Green Touch when we bought our new home with a sprinkler system in November 2017. We received several application services in the early Spring, but have since been very disappointed with the customer service. While I was home, and our sprinklers were being turned on, the technician failed to show me how to use the system. He did not offer solutions to the varying degrees of water pressure coming from the different zones in our yard, and failed to position the sprinklers correctly, as several of them were shooting at the house after he had left. As requested, they failed to return to fix the sprinklers. We have also requested quotes for multiple landscaping services as recommended by our home inspector and, months later, we have not had anyone to the house to provide us with the information we requested. More recently, we have called to discuss cancelling some of our services as we had not seen anyone to the house for our scheduled treatments and were told that our call would be returned by the office manager. Several weeks later, our call has still not been returned and we have received a check in the mail for a full refund. Although I am happy that the prepaid services have been refunded, we are shocked that they would send a check without confirming our request, as we had planned to continue services at least until our sprinklers were winterized. Due to the frustration that came from a lack of proper services and poor communication on the part of the office staff more recently, I would NOT RECOMMEND this company for landscape services.

We just moved into the neighborhood and had GreenTouch come out to assess our current lawn condition and provide us an estimate. We worked with Travis who was very knowledgeable and honest about what it would take to keep our yard in tip top shape. We ended up not doing the treatment since I try to do as much as possible myself. I talked with Travis and he completely understood and its that type of relationship that will have me refer my friends and have GT aide me in the jobs I cant tackle by myself. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for the utmost professionalism in Topeka Lawncare.

Maybe they are good with lawns, but not tree service. In my opinion, the Company is unreliable. Trying to get a tree done is in my opinion next to impossible.There has been 2 attempts and they failed us. My opinion, and I certainly would not post this other than to inform.

Our journey to get to All N 1 Landscaping was long. We recently moved from Michigan to KS in March and where excited to get started on some landscaping projects and build a patio. I contacted 9 companies! Many companies sent people out to bid on our job, but all of them complained they were really busy, needed WEEKS to get back a bid, and could possibly be MONTHS before the work started! Only one company followed up and their bid was for $40K...yikes! My search continued when my neighbor mentioned All N 1 Landscaping and I think I gave her a big eye roll as I said, I dont need another company who wont follow up. But in my desperation, I gave them a call. They quickly returned my call and with in a couple of days, Trea arrived to consult on our project. Trea was extremely nice and willing to scale our project to add on in phases of work for later years. He left us with samples of products and gave some really good feedback. I almost dared Trea, that I just knew I wouldnt get a second date or ever see the bid. Trea showed me! Exactly one week after consultation, Trea was back on my doorstep with a bid in hand! His bid was thorough and fair priced. He even gave menu pricing if we wanted to add on things like columns or walls for our patio. Trea gave me a time window of when they could start the job and even with all the rain, he met that time frame. Soon after our consultation we had the utility companies flag our back yard before the project began. He communicated with us and gave us calls along the way regarding the job progress. When work began, my husband liked to come home from work and inspect All N 1s progress for the day. He has had a paver patio in the past and knows if the foundation isnt right, the pavers wont last. He was extremely please with All N 1s process and loved the outcome. The patio is made of a 10 inch AB3 base compacted every 2 inches. Then a 2-3 inches of compacted leveling sand was put on top. We had Belguard Dublin Cobble pavers installed, complete with a circle pattern for a design detail. All this is sealed with a Poly Sand and the edges are anchored with a rigid plastic edging drilled in with 12 inches steel stakes to make sure all pavers stay in place. The finished product is absolutely beautiful and many of our neighbors have complimented us on the finished product! The installation team was great! They ran into a little trouble with our main sprinkler line being located right under a dig area. They quickly remedied the water situation, notified me and then re-routed the sprinkler line. Len, the foreman, is really a sprinkler wizard! He found buried heads and main control valves that were installed incorrectly when the house was built and helped us fix those - above and beyond the scope of work! Not only did they do quality work, but they did a quality clean up. The little bob cat made ruts in our grass, but have no fear, All N 1 fixed the ruts with new sod and even sprayed down our drive way at the completion of work. We are so appreciative of All N 1s work. While other companies where too busy to cater to new customers, All N 1 found a way to squeeze us in. We even offered to put a sign out in our yard to help promote their business, and they declined as they said they too were booked months out! We where thrilled to work with All N 1 and highly recommend Trea and the team! We cant wait to work with them again.
