Premier has given me the best service in two properties in two different towns. They are responsive to changes in our situation or when the weather cancels a cut. I get a good product for the cost. Most important to me is their reliability. I recommend them to anyone in Leavenworth Co. KS needing lawn care.

This is the second season using this company. The first season was excellent work. So far this season my yard has looked like a 10 year old kid has been mowing it. Large clumps of grass clippings left in the front and back yards. Unacceptable work for $200 a month. I ve communicated this to the company and was told this wouldn t happen again. It s now happened a second time in a row this season. I ll be searching for a new company.

You have saved the worry for me of my husband cutting the grass. Thank You for that. Also you cleaned the gutters for us, and well this job was done sooo fast maybe ten minutes, and was done to soon. More leaves came down and we would not pay $175 again. This was pricey to me for what we got.

I recently had hip replacement surgery and with the upcoming snow storm I was unsure how I would be able to clear my driveway. I had received an email from Premier a few days prior about scheduling for the sessions lawn service. I took a gamble and called them hoping they would be able to add me to their snow removal list, and luckily, they were able to assist me and did a great job.

Were thrilled! They replaced a retaining wall today. Premier did lots of work for us last year as well! Were always happy with the work performed!

They installed a French drain. Very professional and, even with all the mud, very neat. Great customer contact, keeping me updated with weather permitting scheduling and having me check their in-progress work. Great communication by the company to their work team. They understood the how and why. Impressive.

As always, I am quite pleased with the work this company did for us. Service was provided two weeks ahead of schedule and was reasonably priced. Everyone I have dealt with at this company has been a pleasure to work with. And I was especially impressed when they didnt take advantage of Covid or the war in Ukraine to raise their rates like every other business seems to be doing.

I have a steep hill covered with day lilies for erosion control. Age and infirmity has kept me from maintaining it adequately so it had become choked with weeds and tree sprouts. Your nice young man carefully pruned out the sprouts and removed the dead weeds while protecting the sprouting dallies. That hill will be glorious this summer! Im sure I will have you back again.

My yard is unique every week because your mowing crew adds beautiful stripes in the lawn. Ive had Landscaping twice and plan to have all my flower beds and bushes done. Must be magic to have a way to make any space look 100% better. I appreciate your hard work , the new friendship and how affordable it is.

Today they seeded and aerated our yard which I m grateful for. I just wish they would have cleaned up after them. There s always tire tracks all over the driveway and today because they did the aeration there was clumps of dirt all over the driveway and the sidewalks. Not just a few, they were everywhere.

Very quick to respond, friendly, flexible scheduling, easy to pay. Did some lawn aeriation work for me, great price, quickly done (i didnt have to break my back renting those monsters when these guys have a professional machine). Great work, will use again.

I contacted Premier to put down new mulch. While getting the bid for the mulch Eric spoke to me about some tree trimming and removing a bush. I hired them to do the mulch, trees and bush removal. They did a great job and cleaned after the job was done. While I spoke to them they were extremely professional. I plan on hiring them to mow my grass and take care of any outdoor needs. Offered design options for a couple areas, provided a timely/competitive bid, followed up, and showed up to do the work as per the agreed upon schedule. Premier Lawn Service always comes through for us. We have used them previously to clean out our overgrown weed infested flower garden, installed a French drain and took out an ugly wall and laid sod. While out of town, I called them last minute and they were able to fit me into their schedule that week ams the following to have my lawn mowed. Eric is very responsive, kind and professional. Very easy to reach and communicate with; lots of places are just so difficult to reach and not prompt. Eric is so easy to get ahold of which is wonderful. The entire process was so easy and everything was done on time and as promised. The quality of work was excellent and we felt comfortable and heard.

Premier Lawn did a great job with my landscaping. They cleaned up the flower beds, added weed control fabric, edging and rocks. The final result looks so good. They were quick, responsive, and easy to work with.

I called Premier Lawn Services for a full property clean-up prior to listing my home & they were able to schedule my service quickly. The crew was pleasant, knowledgeable, & professional. They arrived on time & promptly got to work. After about 3 hours the change to my landscape was amazing! Trees & bushes were nicely trimmed, old mulch removed & replaced with new, lawn neatly mowed and yard tidied with an edger & string trimmer, and seed with fertilizer applied. The crew also carefully cleaned up & disposed of all debris. Thank you for the impressive service and results! I love the lawn maintenance. They do a really good job. However, I also have snow removal. I was charged for snow removal on 01/02/2022 and it was not done as of 5:45 pm on that day. I called and emailed when I got my invoice, but have not received any correspondence at this time. I would have given 5 stars if there was timely communication.

I contacted them after a wind storm took out trees on my property. They responded quickly and gave a fair quote. The work was done in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again!

I called Premier in September after returning home from vegas. I had started mowing my lawn and one of my blades broke on a rock. I had multiple family members coming into town the next day and to say my yard was looking bad would be an understatement. I called the owner of Premier and explained the situation. He assured me he would have a guy out to me in the morning. The next morning I heard them arrive about 830. I went out and spoke with the worker and was very surprised when I found out it was the owner. He told me he had to send the guy who was going to mow to help with a landscaping job in Kansas City for the day. However he wanted to make sure he still took care of my issue. That type of customer service is something all business should strive for. I believe some companies might have even canceled on me due to how small my job was compared to a big landscaping job. Instead the owner showed up and made sure it was done right. I will use Premier again in the future for tree removal, leveling a few areas in my yard, and redoing my paver patio. All due to how great the customer service was.

I contacted Premier Lawn Services in September for lawn aerating, fertilizing, over seeding, fall flower bed clean up, and lay mulch. The response was quick and pricing was very reasonable. I ended up having some tree trimming done as well. I was so happy with their work. I made a joking comment to Eric that all I needed now was manual labor to help me haul junk to the landfill. Guess what? They rent their dump trailer! They dropped it off at my house, left it where I asked them to, then I had it the entire next day. I filled it to the brim, they picked it up and dumped it! I could not have been happier with every part of their service. They take customer service to the next level.

Eric and his crew did a fantastic job . They cleaned my gutters along with mowing removing and mulching my leaves. They are very professional and polite and would highly recommend them!
