We turned to Red Rose for landscaping in the front, back and sides of our house. The 3 men did a wonderful job, and we couldn t be more pleased!

Texted 3 times no response no reply. Went to website tried contacting for quote. My neighbors used them and I liked their quality of work

The only experience I have with this company is them working on my neighbors house, THEY DID A GOOD JOB! IT LOOKS NICE.

My husband booked a consultation for 5/17 at 9am (received email confirmation of the appointment). When it was approaching 930 and they hadn t arrived, he called to follow up. Who ever he spoke to said they d call him back. Unfortunately, we didn t hear back from anyone and no one showed up. We rearranged our schedules to meet with them, so our time was wasted. This is very frustrating and disappointing, especially given previous positive reviews. The whole situation feels very unprofessional. We won t be calling them back, but we will find someone else.

Red Rose Landscaping did a great job with plow service. When they plowed my driveway,they cleared it very well and were also very conscious of my house and vehicles as not to damage them (as other companies have in the past).

My husband Tom K. schedules their snow blowing service each year. We LOVE them! So responsible, nice, send emails to let us know they will be out to plow if unexpected snow happens. And we especially love their cool snow blowing machine as it fits better in our narrow driveway and we don t worry about damage from a plow truck. So very appreciative of their service!

I hired red rose to handle snow removal from my driveway this year. I have used 2 other companies in the past, but I will never use anyone other than red rose again. They were the utmost of professionals. Their communication was second to none and their customer service was spectacular! They were contracted out to grade and seed my lawn after the town dug up my lawn to replace a gas line. They drove a truck over my healthy grass, left tire marks, and did a half a** job. I take a lot of pride in my lawn being a new homeowner, but the Complete unwillingness to compromise and work with me upon my complaint is unreal. Just didn t do the right thing. I may not have paid directly, but it s still everyone s tax dollars.

Red rose landscaping did an amazing job installing our natural stone patio and we couldn t be happier! We were super impressed with the professionalism of the project managers Damian and Matt. I watched them work several days in between conference calls and couldn t believe how meticulous they were throughout the project to ensure an amazing final product. They were respectful and accommodating to many changes my wife and I wanted to make at the last minute. And there were quite a few! I met Tim and mike at a bbq, they assisted on a landscape design for my new home. They worked together and created a fantastic desig. Tim was very detailed on his explanations on what plants and shrubs were best. Highly recommend the Red Rose Team!

Editted review: having used Red Rose on numerous occasions their work had always been good, however my last use of them has shown a problem. In Oct 2022, I requested them to plant grass seed along my driveway and remove three shrub stumps at the corner of my front yard and put down seed. They came and planted grass seed along my driveway and removed the stumps, but failed to plant the seed at the corner. I called and left messages twice, I even talked to the owner who simply stated he would look at my contract and get back to me. They never called back. Instead they came to my house and threw down grass seed many weeks later. There are still rocks visible, and it was not leveled to match the existing grass. They have done similar work for me in the past and it always looked great, i dont know what happened that their quality has diminished so much. Being that it is mid-december, I will have to hope the seed survives till spring without being eaten or blown away. It is so disappointing that they chose this course of action. I can no longer recommend them, nor will I use them. Original review: I have use Red Rose on multiple occasions and they have always been exceptional. Again, I had them come out and seed around my driveway and take care of an old flower bed. And again they did an outstanding job.

I paid Red Rose a hefty sum to remove snow at my home which included both driveway and sidewalks. They did not remove snow on my walkway which is part of my driveway, and they did not remove snow from my walkway leading to my mailbox which leaves the mail delivery person at risk. Not a happy customer.

This company is the greatest! I have been using them for landscaping and snow removal and I would highly recommend them for both.

I am not a customer of Red Rose but received a call from my tenant today that a Red Rose truck was blocking the driveway and had equipment scattered on the lawn. (see photo) They were apparently working on a house a few doors down and rather than disconnect the trailer they partially blocked two different driveways, neither of which was the house being worked on. I dont enjoy getting calls from tenants about such nonsense but in this case they were justified. I will give Red Rose credit though, after I called they did move the truck shortly thereafter and Im told the landscaping does look nice two houses down.

Red Rose Landscaping has been doing our lawn and yard work since May 2018. They were referred to us by co-workers. We have been extremely satisfied with their quality of work and will be using their services again in the spring of 2019. Their employees have been very friendly and pay attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to others.

By far the worst commercial landscaping company I have ever seen hands down. I hope they are better at residential. Cuts grass way to low, clumps of grass left everywhere every single time. Doesn t trim half of the property. I would never recommend this company in a million years. Absolutely ruined the entire lawn. I wish this site would let me post a picture because words don t do my review justice. I could tell just looking at the equipment this company is not equipped for real commercial lawns. Stick with residential.
