I must say very pleased so far, Vinnie has been my Tech guy and remembers everything I told him. I had TruGreen not That I want to note them, unreliable, no shows and worst experience ever. LawnDoctor shows up, love its same Tech guy and my lawn looks outstanding this year. I certainly will renew my contract and hope Vinnie is the Tech guy again.

Hired Lawn Doctor to help a struggling lawn. Have had fertilizer/weed treatments and aeration/power seeding, and they put down potassium (which a soil test they did indicates I needed). So far, so good; lawn looks much better . My neighbors have even noticed the improvement. Also, the price seems reasonable.

Yesterday afternoon, I was visiting family on Aldo Dr in Silverton (Toms River) and when I left, I saw a Lawn Doctor truck on a side street. I stopped and spoke with a young man Matt and asked him about issues with my lawn and services from Lawn Doctor. He was very nice & friendly and appeared to be knowledgeable about lawns. Although I don t live in Silverton, I will be calling about your services in my town because of my interaction with your employee.

The technician, RA, was very thorough and professional with our watering problem.

We have used Lawn Doctor for several years after switching from another commercial lawn service. The service has been top-of-the-line for quality, service, and products used. We often get comments from others asking who we use for lawn care.

When I started with Lawn Doctor, I thought it was a gamble. When I saw the payoff, I renewed it for another year. And another. Today, my lawn looks so good that the guy next door has started taking care of his lawn.

Ive been a customer of Lawn Doctor for 3 years. The first 2 years I was serviced by Lawn Doctor of Egg Harbor,NJ.The service was phenomenal and my lawn always looked great! I had the same person every time who applied my application and he knew my lawn and was always helpful with recommendations and treated my lawn like it was his own. This year I went to renew my annual contract and was directed to Lawn Doctor of Tom River,NJ. I was told the Lawn Doctor I previous was dealing with is no longer covering my area of Little Egg Harbor,NJ and now I have to use Lawn Doctor of Toms River,NJ. Reluctantly I signed up with them and some of my fears materialized. The first application was late and they blamed it on the weather even thought their competitor Tru Green were out in my neighborhood 2 weeks before they came out with no weather problems.Ive had a different person out to my house every time and they were always in a rush to get done so that can get to the next job. The personal touch is gone as far as Im concerned. What I keep hearing from the people combining to my house plus the people in their office is that since my area is far from Toms River they dont come out too often and that their short handed since they took on all these extra customers . I received a call last night that they would be at my house today .They didnt show up in the morning so I called the office and was told he was a hour and a half away and would not be here today and they wont be back in my area till next Monday. Lawn Doctor of Egg Harbor,NJ was always on time never in a rush and went the extra mile to satisfy their customers. I have no problem with my lawn it does look as great as it did previous years but am disappointed in the company I am now doing business with. Next year Im going to have to switch to someone else which I really dont want to do since my lawn does look great but I cant deal with the lack of customer care which I previously experienced. LAWN DOCTOR HAVE MADE GREAT IMPROVEMENTS IN YHE PAST YEAR AND NOW HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM . JUST HAD MY FIRST APPLICATION AND IT WAS VERY SATISFYING EXPERIENCE COMPARED TO THE PAST. HOPE THIS PROFESSIONALISM CONTINUES !

For years I had trouble with my lawn.. brown spots weeds, you name it.. I tried everything.. fertilizer ,lime, watering it and it would look great but then 2 months later back to the same drought look so I called lawn dr they came and looked at my lawn and told me what they would do and then they tested my soil and it was lacking a nutrient So they came and took care of it for a year now and it looks amazing!! First year i use them they did a wonderful job, the lawn became thicker, and a lot of the broad leaf weeds disappeared this is the second year, their job so far is kind of iffy they miss a number of spots in the yard that you can see that are not as thick and green. I will mention it to them on their next visit and if they dont do better for the price Im paying, I have no problem canceling their service.

I called the office and spoke to a woman. I asked if they can come back after 3 weeks of fertilization, as my lawn was brown. She sounded that she was annoyed and was condescending, saying , you are not watering your lawn enough. When I told her, that I had a sprinkler system, she said I was watering too much !, I could have given them a chance but because of her attitude for get it!

They called me back gave me a price quote. And told me to call next year

Lawn doctor does a fine job. Fertilization and weed control program produces good results. They call ahead so that I know when to expect them to prevent conflict with my lawn service or other planned activities.

I signed a yearly contract with them. I have called a couple of times for weed issues and they have been super responsive.

I have cameras on every side of the houseI had a scheduled service. Company has been doing my yard for years. The crew showed up , one person inquired to other about fence being locked. Next thing is I see is that the guy never unlocked fence , just turned around and went back to truck.they knew where key is, they been serving me for many years. Called to discuss with office, they don t believe me. Like i decided to make up a story with video cameras and edited my film over my back yard not being serviced. I can not tolerate idiotic behaviors.

We hired lawn doctor of the jersey shore to get the lawn at my parents house in Toms River I believe initially to get rid of some weird looking grass, the name of which I have forgotten. It was effective and we signed up for the annual maintenance program which was very reasonably priced. They came when they said they would and left a note on the door as well as an email report. It doesnt hurt for you to ve proactive and request seeding of bare areas but it needs to be seeded on the fall not the spring.

Very pleasant workers who do a nice job. If for any reason ur not satisfied, it only takes a phone call to the office & theyll send someone out to address the issue. Also, they give you plenty of advanced notice when when theyre scheduled to do the work. Would definitely recommend this company.

Excellent work they do my grass is the best since I change to Lawn Doctor. It has never looked better I had a few different ones there the best by far.

I contracted Lawn Doctor for weed control. I prepaid for the season. They came a couple weeks after contracting and sprayed my first application. 6 weeks later I contacted them and was told they would be here for the 2nd within a week. We ll two weeks later I emailed again and expressed disdain. I mentioned in my email that I was considering cancellation of our agreement due to poor service. I received an email basically saying; if you want to cancel we can cancel you right now. So I did I cancelled due to lack of response and unprofessionalism from the company.

This is the first year we used Lawn Doctor. We could not be more pleased with the result. Our lawn looked great, even with the challenging weather. The technician came on time every time! We had a few weeds and when I called a technician came out immediately. We have used other lawn services, however Lawn Doctor was so much better than any we used!

When I moved to Toms River thirteen years ago I changed lawn services numerous times for various reasons. I have finally found a company that goes above and beyond in servicing our lawn, and providing excellent customer service when you call the office. It is wonderful they advise before hand when they will be coming, and the gentleman that services our lawn is knowledgeable and helpful with our questions. They werent very helpful for what I needed

very unsatisfied with this company. They have sub-standard service and are not responsive. I have been a customer for 9 years and my lawn has become progressively worse over the past 4 years. After calling several times for an evaluation, they suggested power seeding, which I do every year. I received and invoice for power seeding and paid it only to be told they cannot provide the service they recommended. Would not do business with this organization.

They did weed , grub control and fertilized my lawn all summer. They had the fall application to do yet.My lawn looks so bad I stop them. When I talk to them on the phone they said OK will send you your money we owe you never asked why or what we can do to help you . That s not a company I want to deal with .I had to Reseed my entire lawn. I would never recommend them.

While my guy does a great job cutting the grass, I needed someone else to keep it healthy. I chose Lawn Doctor of the Jersey Shore after seeing my neighbors green green grass. They are called the lawn doctor but I don t feel they help your lawn that much , yes they put weed control down but never help the lawn look complete, I think they should fill in bare spot where the is not growing wee, after all that s what there name is , a doctor helps to fix things up. Riding around on a motor scooter and dropping chemicals takes about 10 mintmes. I think you should get a little more for your money.
