Had pavers done on front porch. Santos did an awesome job. Professional and clean. Second time I have had pavers done by him. I plan on doing my walkway to backyard and Santos will be the one to do it! Tom Bove-Holiday City Silverton

We had some landscaping done. I can’t say enough about Santos. I called multiple companies and they were the only ones to call me back. Their workers did a great job and cleaned everything up. Their price was in line with what I expected. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I had a lot of work done to my backyard. Within 9 months the gates I had installed were sagging and wouldn’t latch. After 8 months of trying to get them to fix the issue they came and told me it was fixed. After a couple weeks I was right back to not latching. For the amount of work I had done (and money I paid) they could at least return my call and fix my issue.

Santos gardening and landscaping has installed the most beautiful patio for us. It is surrounded by a two and a half foot privacy wall. It's absolutely beautiful. The installers are truly fine Craftsman. If you're looking for the best look no further. If you are looking for integrity and honesty look no further. Great company.

Fred squeezed me into his schedule this past fall. He was very helpful in making recommendations and adjusting for the job. I appreciated how the guys checked in with me if they had questions or if things were a little different than expected. They also did a great job cleaning up after the install. I had a paver patio with steps put in, stepping stones laid from the patio to the front gate, a front flower bed cut out with a retaining wall, and arborvitaes planted. Everything looks amazing!! I love it.

Santos was recommended to us when we moved to the area 5 years ago. We could not be more satisfied with this company. There have been times during COVID when greenhouse suppliers were short staffed, which on occasion have delayed start dates. But that is to be expected these days. (Try ordering furniture!) As far as we are concerned, we are a customer for life. They are a small family business. That’s important to us.

Hired this company in April 2021,gave deposit in April 2021. Promised work to be done JULY 8/9 2021. Had to call to ask when they are coming,according to Santos representative -no material due to COVID 19, lack of material ,back up orders … we understood . We know that all material everywhere are delayed ,but MAY,JUN,JULY,AUGUST,SEPTEMBER and no word from this company. We called them 3 x this all time and company representative got ticked off and told me not to call anymore, because they will not tell us anything different .This company has “DO NOT CALL POLICY”….that we were not told about. They ruined our summer since we couldn’t do anything outdoor .When we called simply to ask about approximate time frame …we were told not to call . Usually companies apologize,but not this one. I wrote them email to return our deposit and again same representative wrote me that I could just call instead of writing email. So call? No call? Confusing Again…..no apology ….nothing .Simple Sorry would work for us. We decided to get other estimates and everyone told us that type of tiles we choose are available and the longest we would wait was 1 month. Go figure …. Very Disappointed, and Definitely not Reliable.

The owner of the company came out early November and told me he would get back to me in a few days with some ideas for my front landscape. I called about a week later and was told that it takes a while to draw things up and give it a few more days but I never heard back. I called last week, 3.5 weeks from my original appointment, and was told they don't have my papers and they are starting work with the church so it wouldn't be done soon because they will be busy with that project. Don't waste your time unless you want the runaround.
