PNG landscaped my yard last October. Half the shrubs died and I have been emailing them since March. They always say they will replace the dead ones but never do. It’s not like they don’t come to my house. I use them for lawn care, Cutting every week and seeding and fertilizing monthly. The little jobs they are good at but beware of large expensive projects. They do not respond after they get the money. The photos show all the empty space where the shrubs did not grow.
They pretty much show up whatever day they want (if at all). We’re scheduled for Wednesday service. However, they’ve yet to show up on a Wednesday. I have to call every other week to make sure someone comes. Plus, they always forget to bring the right equipment to cut my backyard, as my fence opening is not big enough for a ride-on mower. They say we’ll bring a push mower next time, but never do. Very unprofessional!
This originally was a bad review. Everyone seems to have time for bad reviews. Unfortunately, most people either do not leave the good ones, or do not correct the bad ones when the company they are reviewing corrects any issues to keep a customer happy. PNG looked into my requests and admitted that they had confused my address with my next door neighbor's address (who had just signed up as a customer as well). Instead of ignoring me as just another disgruntled person, they took the time to reach out to me and correct the situation. Enough so, that I am happy to report that I am a happy customer of theirs. I am looking forward to having PNG handle my lawn maintenance and I plan on doing more work with them in the future.
PNG Landscaping was professional, courteous, and efficient. Provided some creative ideas to complete my 2 patios and retaining wall. Will utilize PNG for future landscaping and highly recommend. There were a few hiccups with material (life during COVID) but Lenny (owner) did everything to make up for it and I am completed satisfied.
Just had our bulkhead replaced and asked Lenny to repair the stone work in our yard and also extend our paver patio. He suggested a beautiful design and his workers did a fabulous job. They finished very quickly, one day only, my husband and I were very pleased with the result. We have had PNG do several landscaping projects for us in the past and we have always been satisfied with the results. Recommend them highly! Thanks again to Lenny and his staff! Great job!
I love the service and have had them for over 3 years now. I would/have highly recommend them to all of my family and friends. Each year I continue to add on more tasks for PNG to perform on the landscape of my house because they do such an amazing job.
I am very unhappy with the service I received from PNG design. At first Lenny was very attentive to our project and came up with a good design. We paid them in full and waited over a year for our problems to be rectified. They never show up when they say they are going to. All they care about is getting paid in full. I am still waiting on a landscape issue it's been 14 months. I was promised that they would show up to rectify but that never happens. I am so disappointed in the service and the lack of their commitment to the customer. I do not recommend using this company. I am so disappointed in this company especially since I trusted the owner's brother in law in recommending them.
Although PNG did very nice work, I had an issue with them. The street asphalt was damaged and although they denied doing it, they did say they would fix it. On "twelve" different occasions they told me they were coming over to fix it and I waited home all of those 12 days. They obviously never showed up, nor did they call. I had to pay to extend my temporary CO and still have not heard from them!!!!!
Said they were coming and never showed or called back. The worst.
They messed up all my customers cars. Blowing all dirt and leaves on cars. And on top of that one guy was drunk. I Tried to explain it to the workers that what they are doing is wrong buy they didn t speak English. Pictures attached of one of the cars.

When cutting the grass their guys shoot the clippings all by my yard
If I could give no stars I would one guy speeds through my neighborhood and drives completely careless
While cutting my neighbors grass they blew the grass clippings into my brand new AC unit. Cost me monies to have it cleaned out Do not use these clowns Negative

Dealing with PNG Landscaping and Pavers has been a good refreshing experience for us. Lenny Gengaro gave us reasonable estimate for our backyard pavers patio. They finished our patio with good quality workmanship and within the promised time. They took care of every little things including leaving the yard in good condition afterwards. Lenny, his office staff ladies and particularly Ted and his team were really prompt, courteous and professional during entire work period.
Poor customer service. Had a date and time set for a quote and nobody showed. Called and spoke to someone twice after and was told they would call me back but never did. I ve left multiple voicemails with no call back. I get if you re busy but have the decency to call if you can t make an appointment. And don t say someone will call you back if no one ever does. Very disappointed.

We had PNG for our drainage, site grading, paver, and lawn installation for our new house that was being built. We moved in April 2016. As being a home improvement contractor myself, I understand what good quality work looks like. The pavers and retaining walls came out excellent. The new sod lawn looks fantastic after its first year. Drainage works as advertised. Before we could get our CO we had a problem with the township engineer being overly picky with the lot grading. Lenny sent his guys back to take care of the problem and we were good to go. I was nervous we would have to get someone else to fix the problems, by they came back and made it right. In my books thats good customer service. We also have them for lawn cutting and fertilizer service. No complaints here. Shows up weekly like clockwork. We were so impressed with the work and customer service we had no problem giving the new next door neighbor who was in the processing of building their new home a glowing reference. The neighbor chose PNG as well, and their patio and yard looks great too! My only tiny complaint is communication, could be better. But sometimes in small business there are so many hours in the day to do what needs to be done. So I do understand.
was good in the begining, now never shows up, half ass job and guy takes his shirt off during the times they do show up, then stops to talk on his cell phone, not what i need my 3 daughters to see. very unprofessional.
PNG renovated our yard last year...pavers, shrubs, etc. In the spring we noticed a few shrubs died, I started sending them emails in April and was told these would be replaced. I now have a email paper trail a mile long (today is July 30) with promises of replacing the shrubs. Apologies all over every email but still no one has shown up. Numerous phone calls were made to their v/m machine and again no response. I wrote my final email last week stating that I have given up and would post on every blog I found how unprofessional and unresponding they were and still never heard back. Although the initial work was good, I would never recommend them due to poor customer service and lack of follow up.
I love the service and have had them for over 5 years. I would highly recommend them to all of my family and friends. When you call make sure to request all prices as they gave me a bundle discount! I love that when the guys come to cut the grass they pay attention to all details and go above and beyond.

Have used PNG for more than 5 years, clean and professional service, always accommodating to needs and special requests. Every spring, I get advertisements from a new guy for less, but keep coming back because I know they do a good job. Highly recommended.
