A couple years ago my neighbor was using TNT. I got Jordan to come over and talk with me about my yard (that was in great shape). I m always working in the yard, but wanted some relief. Jordan has kept my yard in great shape and addresses any concern I have!!

I have been with TnT for 12 years. After a few visits at my first home I never saw pest in the house again. My new home has been more challenging as it is a very wooded area and the cockroaches were in abundance when we moved in. Josh and Justin came on Friday and did an extremely thorough job treating every possible area and I am confident that I will continue to only see dead ones and hopefully none at all. Their employees have always been professional and polite. Recently contracted for service for 2020. Have and will continue to recommend them and their services to all of my friends. Been having tons of problems over the last couple of years and even went through several different companies and individuals (you truly get what you pay for) before landing on Top Notch. Update: we are now towards the end of our second summer with TNT and could not be more impressed. We ve just weathered the effects of hurricane with many lost trees on our property. Jordan took time out of his days off and came by and helped in the recovery. We could ve never seen our former lawn treatment company taking a genuine interest in our recovery needs We had a brutal summer and TNT assisted and guided us in caring for our St Augustine and Zoysia. The triple digit heat and drought were difficult, but with their ability to adjust for the conditions we made it and our grass is now thriving agin. Jordan is keen on eradicating any weeds that are trying to take over. Can not recommend them enough- so glad we switched from our former lawn care company. TNT has far exceeded my expectations!

I have been loyal to Top Notch for several year. We have been through a series of technicians, but have struck gold with Jordan. He is punctual, efficient and professional. He takes personal responsibility for his work, and will apply special treatments as needed. I appreciate that fact that Top Notch lets me know the day before treatment, and also still allows me to pay my bill by check (old school here). There are plenty of lawn services available, but I choose to stay with Top Notch and Jordan.

Had them come out to treat house. Called back out for an infestation of red wasp. They tried to sell me an additional service instead of doing the job right the first time. ***UPDATE - called another company after being told there was nothing further that could be done. That company did the trick, have not seen a live wasp in 2 days

On April this year they serviced us on Round 3 for Bermuda program. The service report sent to my email said they did a full treatment with complete fertilizer and sprayed for weeds. However, my cameras recorded video of tech only spot spraying for weeds (never pulled the spreader from the truck to apply fertilizer). I asked for a discount on that round since they did not use part of the products I am paying for. Denied. Tech did not realized I had torpedo grass weed (did not even informed on the service report). I had to send them pictures of it and ask for a service call. They came with a special herbicide (never told me what it was nor informed on the report which chemical(s) were being applied to my lawn). They overapplied and burned various spots in my front and back yards. Even told me that if I wanted specific treatments for torpedo that they would charge $25 per visit going forward. Really? See the pictures attached. I am already paying $55 per round. Moreover, today they came to do a Super Aeration, what a joke!. Left particles of fertilizer on my driveway and patio and many dirty spots. Organic fertilizer looks and smells like Milorganite (not specified on the service report what it is besides 05-05-00). They were supposed to treat with Gypsum too but I am not sure if they did - I dont see any traces of it on the ground. Decided to fire them today and cancel service because to me the trust was broken and they seem to be cutting costs via chemicals (this was my my impression).

My ex Krista and I used them for years, they are great guys and do a great job everytime!! They are definitely worth the money!!! Before using TNT, I had 4 different recognizable name companies servicing my lawn over a dozen years. I was one of the few in the neighborhood paying to have my lawn treated, and still had the worst lawn in the neighborhood. I have used TNT for 3 years now. It has not only been the best experience with customer service (Thanks Virgil, David and Kevin), but my lawn is the best it has looked since I moved in 15 years ago. Thick grass with no weeds and no fungus. I finally feel like Im getting my moneys worth. I recommend TNT to anyone tired of using an expensive company with little results. They have won me over as a loyal customer. Thanks.

We used TNT for 3 years at least. In the Spring our lawn was looking miserable, a large area of dead grass. They came out and said our lawn needed aerated and new topsoil recommended. We aerated outselves added top soil to areas they recommended. The brown continued to spread, they continued to come and do their quarterly spraying. We decided to get a second opinion. They quickly identified a huge infestation of chinch bugs and at this point our entire front lawn has been destroyed. Far from a top notch turf and PEST experience.

Just don t do it!! Can t recommend this company! The team is lazy and my yard actually looked better before using them and when I was doing it myself. I installed brand new turf in the backyard and immediately hired TNT to take care of my yard. I ended up with weeds galore and getting the team to eradicate them was like pulling teeth. I have bald spots where all the weeds used to be. Every now and then you ll get a good technician but most of them are rude and lazy. I honestly think I should receive a refund at this point.

I always enjoy working with Hazen Myahon, he takes time to talk with me about the landscaping and always takes care in addressing any issues we may be having with the flower beds and lawn.

I have used TNT for 2 years and my yard has looked great, and is almost always 100% weed free. If weeds to pop up, TNT takes care of them quickly. Kevin is my technician and he is the best! He is always very friendly, polite, professional and thorough. He always takes the time to walk the yard with me and answer any questions or concerns I have about my yard. He takes care of any small weed issues I have and the weeds don t come back.

Edit: They reached out and have found a way to help me out. Looking forward to more services treatment plans! Ill start off by saying that the actual product may or may not be good. I only received one spray for fertilizer because their scheduling didnt work for us at all. I asked them to schedule us for an evening time because my wife and I both work, and we have dogs. We have a pet door, and we cant lock up the dogs for the recommended 10 minutes for the product to dry. The person on the phone said that she would put a note in the system. They have scheduled us, and we get a text saying theyre coming out the following day. When they come out, they called (on at least 3 separate scheduled occasions) saying theyd be there in 10 minutes in the middle of the day. Just know that if you have pets, and you work away from home, they really cant work with you. Even after sharing my frustration when cancelling, it didnt seem like they tried to make it work.

Phil is the man! He is the definition of what exceptional customer service should be. Very informative on issues and while letting you know what additional services TNT offers, he does not try to push you into anything you don t want to sign up for! Hands down have won me over through north customer service and customer care. 10/10 will recommend and use their services.

We ve had their pest control and lawn service for the past few years and they ve been excellent! Our grass went from weeds with spots of grass to a great looking green yard. The employees are always nice and professional. They also offer call back service without an issue when needed.

I have been a customer for close to a year now. During my time as a customer I have had reason to speak with the office manager, Brook, many times regarding scheduling, invoicing, application explanations and extra services. Brook knows it all and handles any issue or question immediately. She is pleasant, professional and easy to work with. Id refer TNT to a friend and will continue to be a customer. I have had the same experience with the techs who preform the tree, shrub and lawn applications as well.

Such an amazing company that will help you get the best out of your yard. We use their year-round service which includes pre-emergent, post-emergent, Aeration and fertilization. I have Bermuda grass which is a chore to take care of but it looks fantastic and I could almost golf on it. Their ultra responsive and just all around a well-run organization. Thanks guys!

Updated review: Jordan came after this issue occurred and did everything in his power to make things right which is all anybody could ask for. Jordan is very respectful and offered a ton of helpful advice when I advised him I wasn t interested in the service. I called to speak to someone over the phone regarding questions about potential services. I was asked about my address, which I thought was just to confirm I was in their service area. The sales guy called as he was on the way to my home and when there was no answer he welcomed himself to open a closed gate and walk around my yard without consent, appointment, or invitation. The unprofessionalism was extremely irritating. When I called and asked the sales guy to remove all of my information and to never contact or come to my home again I was sent a text message immediately. It is unfortunate this happened as this company was referred highly by multiple neighbors and I was very interested in working with them.

I have used TNT for the past 3 years, and they are excellent in addressing my lawn needs. The technicians are professional and friendly, and I have personally recommended their services to several of my friends and family members. We have lived in the area for 26 years, used several different companies for lawn and landscape services, and TNT is the BEST!

Fire ant repellant is absolutely terrific!! Never could get rid of the mounds using store bought products. Just a waste of money. Since TNT has taken that job, I have not had one ant of any sort nor have i needed them to come out for the entire year after the initial application. Well worth the money!!

TNT is a quality fertilizer and lawn care service. Luis is one of the best and takes date of our lawn, trees and shrubs like it was his own. Very knowledgeable and a true professional!

I ve been using Top Notch Turf (TNT) for my homes lawn, landscape, and aeration needs. TNT just completed another lawn aeration and fertilization, and I m extremely satisfied with the results grass looks great! I schedule two aerations (Spring and Fall) per year and TNT notifies me with the specific day of service. Jordan and Josh arrived on time, performed the aeration and fertilization, cleaned up the work area, and ensured I was satisfied with the services. The TNT crews are always professional and takes pride in their work. I appreciate the excellent service and very fair price.

I met with David for my first call and appointment from that point I could already tell he was someone I wanted to work with just by how flexible he was to meet me even despite having to help a family member. Then upon meeting him he knew his stuff top to bottom went through the yard needs and even the lack of needs answering every question no matter how minor. The service has been timely and effective, I honestly thought my grass was a goner but 1 month later not only had it survived but it flourished. I may not be great at reviews but I will say this they are great at what they do honestly. Id recommend them to anyone.

Top notch turf is the best! I have had other companies try to combat webworms, and no other company has ever been as responsive in eliminating the problem. The staff is professional and courteous. They will continue to come out to address the problem that your yard is faced with until it is completely eradicated. I have been a customer for several years and will continue to be a customer of theirs as long as I own my house.

My large yard was full of different kinds of weeds, even with a competitor s service! After discussing with Virgil what weeds he saw, he knew exactly what was needed. The initial treatment was super effective, knocking out 90% of the weeds. And true to their word, they are coming back for spot treatment before the next scheduled treatment to take care of the weeds that remained. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

We have used Top Notch Turf for close to 10 years at two houses. One home in Atascocita and now in Fall Creek. Their service has always been truly Top Notch, from the scheduled treatments to spot visits to address a specific issue. Our first encounter was a time when I had no specific issue, but I just wasn t happy with the appearance of our lawn. TNT came by, after a short normal discussion I finally cut to the chase. My instructions were that When I open my car door after work, I want to be able to hear the grass growing. TNT didn t let me down then and they have maintained their high standards continuously.
